These guys take car care to another level. Just as I check my vehicle in for an oil change with an outstanding front desk representative, I have a seat in the lobby and browse around the area for 15-20mins. As soon as I get comfortable one of the technicians is pulling my vehicle back around front where I had originally parked it before I checked in. In a matter of minutes my oil has been changed, fluids have been topped off and they even vacuumed the inside of my vehicle at no extra cost. I checkout at the front desk and was on my way. By far the best experience I have had at any vehicle repair center. Thank you to Mark and his team.

I don't typically write reviews, but my experience here was great! I just moved here and don't have a go-to place yet, but now I do. They got me in late in the afternoon, did my service quick, and the customer service was great. The woman at the desk was so sweet and helpful. Will definitely recommend and be back for future repairs and oil changes!

Probably the one place in Pitt county I trust to give me an honest opinion, which is hard to find in this industry. They told me exactly what I needed to get done and why, all for a reasonable price. They could have took my money and ran on some of the work that I needed done but they pointed out how that would affect my dealership warranty. This is my 2nd vehicle I ve taken to them and will continue to from here on out

We recently moved from Ohio and were not sure of a mechanic to use in this area. After looking around at reviews from Google, Yelp, etc. I came across Marks and I am definitely glad I did. They got my husband's truck in right away and changed his brakes at a reasonable price. We will definitely be using them again for future repairs!Service: Brake service & repair

Got me in and out in 20 minutes for an inspection for $40. Great deal! Especially as a woman, most places make you wait an excessive amount of time. Nice waiting area too. Will be taking my future services to them. :)

I was recommended to this service center, and I was not disappointed. My experience was perfect and I'll return here for any future automotive repair needs I have. I had my front brake pads replaced. Everyone was friendly and professional. The price was fair.

Been going here for oil changes and Car inspections and some car repairs for about 2yrs. This staff are nice and we've never had an issue getting in. They are also pretty quick with the oil changes and inspections. I would definitely recommend this car shop.

This is honestly the only place I will get my oil changed moving forward. A Spot-On provider each and every visit. Their Full Synthetic IS ACTUALLY Full Synthetic. Never a flaw with their service and they actually PROVIDE THE SERVICE REQUESTED [i.e: they ACTUALLY change your oil and filter(s) with NEW oil and a NEW filter(s). Some places I have been FAILED TO HONESTLY PROVIDE THE SERVICE. You should never have to debate/coerce the truth out of a company for a paid service. I've NEVER had that issue at Marks Quick Lube ]. Trustworthy, exceptional prices, knowledgeable staff, warm and welcoming environment....I honestly can't say enough about this Company. Glad they exist.

After hearing a weird noise while braking a couple weeks ago, and being told by Meineke that it would be 732 to remove/replace my brake pads after their inspection (they told me my pads were down to 2 to 3 and needed to be addressed real soon), I decided to get a 2nd opinion at Marks after being referred by a friend. Thank God I did because they straight up told me there is nothing at all wrong with my brakes, they actually look almost new and that i should have no worries. The sound I heard a couple of weeks ago was most likely moisture from all the rain we had gotten that week. Thank you soooo much to Marks, everyone was so friendly and they were quick! But most of all they were honest which saved me hundreds of dollars! Marks will be my go to mechanic from now on!

Marks Quick Lube has worked on both of our cars with care and compassion. Mark made sure to call us and update us on any changes that needed to be made and always got our approval BEFORE doing any work as to not charge us for something we didn't know about or approve. They were honest with pricing and answered all of our questions with patience and are very knowledgeable. As two ladies who work on their own cars whenever possible because it's less expensive and because as women we get quoted for bogus problems along with a hefty price tag, we are beyond grateful for Mark and his team. THANK YOU

Popped in for a quick safety inspection and was very impressed. Everyone was professional and courteous and they had my inspection done in less than 30 minutes.Will definitely use them for other services in the future.

My first and second experience here was outstanding. The wait was so unexpectedly quick although they had multiple vehicles in their care at the time. I had planned to be there for atleast a hour both visits and would have been fine with waiting 2 because I don't mind being patient for good work & I have a larger vehicle that usually needs special parts so I was also expecting to order a headlight as well. I was given the option to run down to Autozone to get a bulb or have them order one although I'd have to wait 2 days for shipping. I chose to have them order it but 20 minutes later I was approached BY THE OWNER who apologized for the mix-up, they did have a bulb & he made sure to walk me inside to tell the receptionist (Who was extremely friendly, empathetic, & personable by the way.) to refund my order & the bulb he did put in was FREE! WHATTTTT? Never in my life have I ever been given any part free from anywhere else, ever. I was literally in & out in 40 minutes, unheard of. I had an inspection, oil change, & headlight replacement! Now my mom & several other family members have began going there instead of their other mechanics! Hands down, the best service I've ever received over the course of my 17 year driving history! Great place! I had my 3 yo with me and we felt very comfortable in the waiting area. The personnel and the other patrons were friendly and happy and when I got the bill I totally understood the vibe! Great prices!

Went in at 8 for a oil change and inspection , with two people ahead of me. My first time going and this will be my new spot for sure. My usual auto place inspection machine was down and it was a couple hours wait just for a oil change. So I just googled a place and chose this one cause I see it all the time in route to work. I was able to go in work a hour early lol I have NEVER experienced such fast service. I'm really impressed and pleased with my service today.Service: Oil change

Took my truck to Marks in November to get new brakes, went in today because brakes were very squeaky and they told me there was a year warranty for them. I took it in and he tried to tell me my brakes were good KNOWING they weren't. Then he told me they were gonna charge labor... why do I need to pay labor if the brakes are good??? Come to conclusion they sold me used brakes for $260 dollars with labor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO MARKS can't be trusted.

Marks has the best customer service of any automotive repair shop I've ever been to. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and there are even computers available to use while you wait.Best of all though, is that I trust these guys. They've never tried to swindle me by trying to sell some unnecessary service or telling me I need to fix something that doesn't really need to be fixed. I'm not a "car person", so I highly value their integrity and honesty. Both Marks are genuinely really nice people. I'll continue to go to them exclusively for oil changes and general auto repairs.

Mark explained everything during my inspection & when I called about a weird noise. After my inspection, One of the techs also showed me how to change my oil filter on my work truck. I feel comfortable & confident enough to allow them do it. I will gladly return....whenever I have another business day off work. They can work on all of my vehicles and I live 30 minutes away. I wish they offered AAA services if my vehicle ever needed repair away from home.

Went here because the ratings of 74 people were 5 stars. And you know what, it is! First thing I notice was every one was super nice. And I'm talking about the customers. They sat smiled and when leaving were all nice and happy when leaving and waved good bye to me. My car came in needing some motor mounts I was told. Another shop told me I need shocks, rocker arms, $1,000 worth of service. After inspection all I needed was tires. I had two steel belts that were busted. One in front and one in back. No wonder why I had shaking in my steering wheel. So I have good tires on order. And I did get transmission flushed which all cars need it done to keep them rolling. Mine has good power passing and take off still and want to keep it that way.The mechanic came and talked with me about my car and asked questions and he was extensively helpful. And made me feel I was important and my van. So that is why I give them 5 stars. From the customers, guy at desk, to mechanic all super nice. They did what needed to be done and didn't try and make a profit on saying something needed to be done. Women men your in good hands here!

I am a college student here in Greenville and I know NOTHING about cars but the guys at Marks Quick Lube were the best! Mark even called and talked to my dad about the issues with my car, which was super helpful! Definitely recommend. These guys are helpful, knowledgeable and charismatic. Mark was arguably the nicest, most professional owner/mechanic that we have ever met. He didn t even charge us for the diagnostic he ran on our vehicle. But we offered to pay him anyway just for being so helpful. I highly recommend this place. No need to go elsewhere.

Best place to go in Greenville to get your vehicle serviced! I got my front brakes replaced and it was done in a timely manner (reasonably priced too). Not to mention the staff is very friendly and honest about what they do. Will definitely be going back!!!

Wonderful communication & exceptional service. Went over our "about to buy" Lexus RX and gave us the great news that this car would be a great second car for us. We are Kill Devil Hills residents and purchasing this car from a private owner. I only wish Mark was closer to the outer banks. Definitely can recommend very highly.

Mark's has consistently taken good care of me. I've brought my car in for multiple issues and worked with William each time. William stands by his work and will be very straightforward with you - He'll tell you everything you SHOULD do and based on your budget, he'll lay things out for you in terms of "do this, then two weeks later do this" etc. so that if it's expensive work, you can spread it over a couple of paychecks. He and the whole staff have been easy to work with and accommodating and you don't feel taken advantage of.I went to an auto parts store recently where I wanted them to check something out for me before I decided whether it was a simple fix or I needed to actually go to Mark's for it, and just happened to run into the owner in the store. He recognized me, asked me what was up with my car, waited with me and instructed the auto store employee what to look for, and gave me his honest opinion without making me feel pressured to bring my car to him. Good customer service from all these guys.

Mark was a Godsend for my granddaughter's car yesterday! He was able to take it in at 3:30 and replace the EGR Valve and get it back to her by 5:30. So accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend Mark for his honesty and integrity and especially his customer service! I have found my new mechanic for her aging car!

I called to make an appointment and they said, "can you bring it in now." It was on the wrack with in minutes of me getting there and they finished quickly. They were doing some remodeling on the inside, so the wait was a little noisy. I'll use them again even if they are still running the compressor.

Called and inquired about about service before taking off work to make sure I wouldn t be wasting my time, so I Told them I need a balance, rotation and oil change. They Seemed confident in there ability to do so until I proceeded to sit in their lobby for over 2 hours just for the mechanic to tell me he couldn t balance my tires because they don t have the correct weights and I should take it somewhere else, over 2 hours for a oil change I could have done myself the only reason I got the oil change with them was because I needed my tires balanced so I would already be here, so now I m leaving here without my original issue being resolved and one vacation day down because they couldn t do something as simple as balance a set of tires, oh and this is the second time they told me they couldn t balance a set of tires on two different cars. In my opinion if you re in need of wiper blades inspection or an oil change this is your spot ANY OTHER MECHANICAL ISSUES TAKE IT SOMEHWERE ELSE!!!!!!Services: Tires, Oil change
