I was in a wreck and I used this place as a last resort for my car because I needed it fixed as soon as possible for insurance. It was suppose to be a simple fix with my bumper and having it painted. They completely took advantage of the fact that I am a young college student that doesn t know anything about cars. They never gave updates or stayed in touch, and had a million excuses for what was going on. There were multiple times I couldn t get in contact with them at all to pick up my car. I had even driven to pick up my car at the time and date he provided and he wasn t there at all, he even ghosted multiple times. I finally get my car back weeks later and less than a month after the paint is chipping and my bumper looks like it is about to fall off due to the fact that it is missing clips to hold it in place. I m now going to have to get my car fixed at a different location and pay out of pocket for what should ve been done right the first time. I would NOT recommend them at all.

I don't know where to even begin with the garbage that this place of business provides. This man was given 2 months to do a week's worth of work (max) on my car. Paint and new wheels. That's all. I guess I'll start with the paint job: what a disaster. Not only is there dripping around the ENTIRE car, he somehow managed to get it on my door handles and even on my windshield. Instead of removing the adhesive that holds the decals on the rear of the vehicle before painting it, he left the adhesive on, painted over it and just forgot to put the decals back on. Ultimately anyone could come rip the adhesive off and take paint with it. Poorly done and not professional at all. He also replaced my cars battery with a very obviously used battery. Now comes the part that infuriates me. The wheels. Within the first few miles of driving the vehicle, the TPMS lights came on. I guess that happens when putting on new wheels, so not the biggest of issues, but when addressed, he told me that when he took it for a test drive, the light didn't come on for him and that the reason it didn't must've been because he had the old wheels in the back of the car...because apparently the TPMS sensors are bluetooth now? Man, technology is crazy these days. I took it to another shop that was able to determine that he had cleared the fault. In addition to that, the car was vibrating badly. I was given used rims, which wouldn't have been a big deal if they weren't bent and if he hadn't welded one of the rims together in 3 different spots before putting them on my car. It very much looks like he had put JB weld on it and just spray painted over it. In addition to that, he left 2 lug nuts off of the wheels. The worst part about it? He did this to a vehicle that carries 2 of his own children around regularly. I get it if he wanted to put me in danger intentionally, but his own children? Of course, when confronted with all of this, he just completely denies all of it. Zero accountability. If this man is willing to put his own children at risk by doing a poor job, he DOES NOT CARE about you and yours. Those of his friends that are leaving false reviews just to boost his numbers are doing everyone a huge injustice that takes their vehicle into this business expecting him to actually do good work and care about the safety of his customers. Shame on you.

Its review time. It looks like the front bumper that was replaced and painted is missing some clips and is coming loose. The paint itself is starting to chip off which is insane considering I was told it needed to be painted three times to get it right. What was to be a one week job turned into three weeks. Our insurance paid for a 2 week rental while Komplete did provide another vehicle for our daughter to drive for the remaining time. Communication was sketchy at best which is something we are not used to. I think the paint job has a one year warranty but we will not return it for the repairs. We will contact our insurance and find out what steps we need to take.

I came here to see about getting my door handle fixed and he gave me a great deal! I also had an issue with the hood of my car in which Haseem told me to get it welded, I thought I could wait and come back but ended up having it come up on me while on the highway and cracked my whole windshield! I immediately called Haseem & he told me to bring it to him, he was able to get it fixed for me within a day and a half for a great price and had me back on the road with money still in my pocket! I definitely recommend him to all my friends and family & anyone who needs a loyal & dependable auto shop!Service: Welding

If I could give a 0 I would. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE! My vehicle sat for 7 months all while I m paying for a rental car out of my pocket just to find out the car was totaled. And that s not because he called the insurance company but I had to get a supervisor involved because I was trying to get the car moved to another body shop and he would not release the vehicle. Wouldn t return phone calls or respond to texts. Very unprofessional and incompetent. BEWARE

Horrible he is a horrible man he feed your head with lies and say this gonna be done when it s not he will keep your vehicle for months at a time ! He will lie about the days it will say he s done and he doesn t have no employees there how the heck can you have a business with no employees there if you couldn t do the work you shouldn t take people cars and money karma you will reap what you sow I hope you get bad cause you deserve it your rude and you lie so much I hope this place gets shut down

Man.Mr. Everette Sr. (The owner) is a man of integrity and does quality work regardless of timing. I have a car with aftermarket air suspension and I had a line crack (which is a big deal when your closest relative is 5.5 hours away). I called 15 other shops in Greenville and Mr. Everette Sr. was the only person willing to even look at it. Mr. Everette took the time to fix the issue properly and charged me a beyond fair price. He is a down to earth, honest, businessman and gentleman. Without Mr. Everette there is a high likelihood I would have had to tow my car across the state. Been trying to get in contact for a week to get a status of my car, everytime I call the receptionist tells me the owner isnt there (which im sure is a lie) shes rude and unhelpful. It's been 4 weeks now since I brought my car here to be repaired with zero follow up. the one time I was able to call and talk to him, he said the repairs would be done 2 days later....its 2 weeks later.Service: Body & Trim

My husband car had broke down in the parking lot of a car wash. He politely came over and helped us and even towed my husband car back to our house. He was reasonable, quick, and very professional. We would highly recommend him again for sure .

Terrible customer service, gotta do better! The bottom of my car is literally hanging off after sitting in his shop for a week. While my car was there, I would call and NEVER get a response. I asked him to fix this mistake, he said he would fix it the next day. I came to the shop and no one was there and of course he didn t answer his phone. Nice guy but my experience was a headache

The owner is Wonderful!!! He stuck to his word!! He was straight forward from the beginning!! He made sure he use the Best Products on my car!!! Everything was great !! He responded back to me along with his assistant she was great trying to help me understand what I needed to know about my car.. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! I am so impressed and grateful for Komplete Auto Repair and Body Shop on Spruce Street in Greenville, NC. Haseem Everette, the owner, Briona, the receptionist and all of his other staff were so kind, courteous, and professional. Hakeem (Tweet) checked out my car close to his closing time with no hesitation. Another place here in Greenville refused to look at it late on a Friday afternoon. He arranged for a car rental agency to meet me here at his place the following Monday morning when I dropped my car off. About a week later I came back to pick it up when they called. I am so pleased with the results. Everything they said they could do was done. All the dents and scratches were gone. They even cleaned my headlights that were getting dull. It looks great! A top of the line job!! Thank you all at Komplete Auto Repair and Body Shop. You do live up to your name!!

This place is fantastic! The owner was very knowledgeable about more than just the car, which really helped me since this was my first time dealing with a claim. We were backed into and there was huge dent on our driver side. They did an amazing job on the car. It doesn t even look like it was hit! There are some delays but they communicated with us. One of the best works in the best short time frame fashion we had a issue with our muffler in most cases a mechanic would take weeks to even look at it. Not here, the owner took a look at it the night we had it towed in and had it fixed and ready to go back on the road in 24 hours. Best mechanical service I ve l ever had in 16 years. Took my car to this place about 5 months ago. They seemed very nice and like they knew what they were doing until it would become very hard to communicate with them. Then it took months for my car to be fixed as i was charged $2000. When i went to get my car the owner asked for $700 more and that if i did not pay the $700 more that he would not let me get my car and after a certain amount of time the title would be switched to his name and he would sell it. The job they did when i got my car back was done poorly, days later noises were coming from my car and they would not fix it. Not 5 months later my car is a complete disaster and im paying thousands more to have it done correctly. I told komplete to fix anything wrong with my car which they said they did, and they obviously did not. Horrible business.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL DONT EVER GO THERE!!!!!!I went there to get my taillight fixed and I was asking questions well with in my right and the owner Hassem Everrett caught an additude because of it I guess I hurt his feeling with my vaild questions but nonetheless little message for him dont compete where you dont compare and you are your own set back. Edit: Now its how I took the joke but when you kept going on and on about me asking questions and me wanting to see what your doing to MY CAR, like I said pressed, and no appointment but wasn t that one of the MANY questions I asked, and you could ve have said no I would have went elsewhere.( you must have needed me) I guess you missed the customer service portion of your lessons but like I like said YOU ARE YOUR OWN SETBACK!!! you have a nice life HOPE you are still around in 5 yrsService: Body & Trim

I recommend if you actually have time. They don t really move on your time unless you re calling 5x a day.A week later, I m back at a different auto shop. The results of my paint job is a 5 star. The work on my car just wasn t complete. My rim wasn t painted after the accident nor my letters on my car put back on..Half job.

Komplete repainted my son s car after a terrible DIY rattle can attempt by me in the garage. It was a MESS and my son s birthday was coming quick. Komplete got us in and done in record time with the most spectacular paint job and color I ve ever seen. Mr. Everett took time to listen to our ideas, shared his suggestions, and handled us and the car with so much kindness and compassion. He was very responsive, we never had trouble reaching him and his sister was so wonderfully kind and skilled, too. Literally thousands less than Maaco. Mr. Everett is an artist with a real eye for the entire car as a composition, keeping the color in harmony with the age and style of my son s very classic Volvo 244. We ve already had neighbors stop and ask us where we had the car painted because it looks so clean, like factory but better. I wouldn t hesitate to take all our cars there. Guy did mention I could get a replacement but put on the windshield banner sticker like tint which is not the way it should go on AT ALL. Had to pay out of pocket for a new replacement which I will be doing myself since last time I did it myself it lasted a year before I got my windshield replaced due to a crack. His work lasted less than 24 hrs and denied me a refund. Would have given him a big job to replace and paint hood from a deer hit as well as put in my headlights. Wont be getting my business again.Service: Painting

The owner and people there are so friendly and nice! I was in a hurry to be able to drive on a short trip and they went above and beyond to help my car giving me a good deal as well. When the part came in late they even offered to stay after hours to get it done! When I said that wasn t necessary but could I come in the next morning (Saturday) they agreed and worked on my car! He was honest with me about what was going on every step of the way!!!!I told my dad about Komplete and he is also going to check the place out when he has time!This is a great place to go to get my car fix, and not feel intimidated, like your being taken advantage of or that general uncomfortableness that comes sometimes from being a woman going alone to a auto place. Just great vibes, and new friends. I m so glad I went!!!!
