I needed an inspection fast, and my usual place told me that the state's inspection computer system was down. I called Jiffy Lube, and they told me they could do it. I was in and out very quickly!

I appreciated vacuuming in the front part of the car and cleaning the outside of windows/windshield. There is a lot of pollen that has messed on the car, and this cleaning helped me a lot! I was also pleased with how quick the folks did the work on my car!

The service was good, but my $25.00 coupon off of my full synthetic oil change was not accepted. I went to Jiffy Lube. com webpage and got the coupon. I didn't understand why my coupon was was not accepted. If Jiffy Lube is not going to honor their own coupons, then the company should not offer them. I was very disappointed.

Worst place ever. I took my car there for an inspection a little over a year ago, and they wouldn't pass it because they claimed my tires were "too worn." They were checking the side of the tire tread and were really pushy about buying new tires. So, I took my car for inspection at a different shop, and they said my tires weren't even close to failing the inspection (which was obvious), and their primary business is selling tires. No refund was given.Shortly after that incident, my wife took her car there for an oil change. They used an oil filter that was too small and didn't screw the oil cap on tight. Luckily, we caught it early enough. We ended up taking it to a different shop, and that's how we found out. Again they took no responsibility and no refund.Thank God for honest and competent businesses, unlike Jiffy Lube. Save your car and keep it way from their shop.

My wife took our vehicle in for inspection and oil change. Oil change went fine but during the inspection they pushed the wiper blade replacement scare tactics. Also when they checked to see the air filter. They unplugged the electrical plug for the mass air flow sensor and did not plug it back in. Also someone left an oil handprint on the inside of our door. Don t be in suck a hurry. Doubtful we ll ever be back.

I was traveling to Arizona and Tonya asked me would I like to consider the fuel ejector service....it may help with mileage. With a 31 hour trip ahead...I said yes.I filled up in Greenville...a tank (35 gallons) was calculated at 14.4 MPG.I filled up in Bessemer Alabama and it was calculated at 15.7.I filled up in Longview Texas and it was calculated at 16.3.I filled up in El Paso Texas and it was 17.1!!!Thank you Tonya and Jiffy Lube for looking out for your customers!!(BIG HUG)Google

Went in for a normal oil change and left with over $800 in damages. The over tightened the drain plug, ruining the threads. When going to Jiffy Lube with to bring up the issue they attempted to pass the blame on to the dealership. The my told me to file a claim online and that a manager would reach out to me. I have not heard back from the company or the manager. I would not recommend bringing your car here.

The oil change was quick and easy as always. The staff are professional and very nice. It is because is this because of this I go there every time.Also for veterans they give a discount on the services you receive. I recommend the jiffy lube on greenville Blvd across from target next to walgreens every time.

I do not appreciate the dishonest sales tactics used by this company. I just had my wiper blades replaced a few weeks ago, and they tried to tell me my van wouldn t pass inspection unless they were replaced.Of course I refused and showed them the receipt that I still had showing how new they were. And what do you know, the vehicle passed inspection without me shelling out for new wiper blades (again!)I will not use Jiffy Lube again. I have always suspected that they do this, and now I have it confirmed.

I was charged 70.00 for an iol change. I have never paid this price not even at the dealership for an oil change. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for several years but this price was a rip-off.

Did not receive a service from them today, however my car decided to shut down in the middle of Evans right in front of their store and the nice guys at Jiffy Lube stopped traffic for me and pushed my car out of the road into their parking lot! They gave me water and helped me find out where to tow my car. They were so kind and helped out a very stressed and nervous girl! Thank you again!!!!

I have no clue what is going on at this jiffy lube but be cautious if you go. I took my old, and better, review down because of the insanity that happened today.I went in for a state inspection today.Everything seemed okay until a random lady (not in a uniform or with any id on her clothes identifying her as a jiffy lube employee) asked me if I was there for an inspection. I didn't see the harm in answering and said, "yes."She looked at my cracked windshield and said, "I don't think the inspector's going to pass it. He's not going to pass it."I told her, "it's passed before." She said, "well, I wouldn't have passed it." If this random lady is so knowledgeable, she should know, as long as it doesn't cause visibility issues when I am driving, it should pass.If she was an inspector, she could have told me herself that it was a no.She said she was concerned about the windshield tearing up my wipers. Right.She proceeds to grab the inspector and has him bring the tint tester out with him now, I've had that car for 5 years and there has never been a problem with the tint. Seemed like she wanted to "get me" on something.This lady was over there talking low to the inspector while he was testing the tint (which was in the passing zone). Then she said, "I don't think he's going to pass it."He sits in the car for two seconds and shakes his head. Then says in a low voice he wouldn't pass it.I didn't debate it because I didn't want to argue with someone who 1. was being blatantly ignorant and 2. obviously didn't want me at that Jiffy Lube.Went to another shop for an inspection, my car passed (as it has for the last five years with the FACTORY tint and as it did last year with the crack in the windshield).Watch yourselves at this place.
