Went in thinking I was gonna have to haggle a better price. What I was quoted "out the door" really surprised me. Fastest in and out purchase I've ever made. (Edit) Sent me home with the wrong owners manual after two times being told I'll get in the mail, nothing. Not the best way to treat someone who just spent big $ with ya. I'll be doing business elsewhere from now on.

My wife and I purchased our son s first ATV from Bernie back in August of 23. Since then I ve had to purchase some parts and have it serviced. Bernie and Christian made every bit of it easy, and it s a definite no pressure dealership!The Cforce 110 is a sweet ride. Runs with Raptors, Renegades and Outlaws of the same CC with no trouble. Only time will tell as far as reliability. But it performs great so far and my son is stoked to have it. Thanks guys!

We purchased a CF Moto 500 yesterday at Greenville Sports and Imports. Bernie Mac, the General Manager, was incredible! He carefully explained the different types of ATVs, then SO efficiently helped us through the loan process quickly! We have purchased a Bad Boy mower from him in years past, as well. He is consistently professional and friendly. His staff were equally top drawer! It is a true pleasure to do business with them!!!

We bought our Bad boy lawnmower from here last year and it's the best mower we ever owned! Staff is awesome and very helpful! Just had our first service done and I'm definitely pleased with their service dept.

Called on Saturday and had me approved on a brand new bad boy in 10 minutes. Bernie is awesome to deal with and just bought another one 4 years later! Still Bernie will help you anyway he can.

I purchased 2 mowers and a trailer from Bernie and his son in 2022. Bernie and his staff are great people! His mechanics, Joe and Chris will go above and beyond to get you what you need when you are in a crunch. They will stop and help get parts installed to get that mower back on the road. Thanks guys for the continued customer service and respect.

Well I was told my 2023 ATV 500 was under warranty I have only made 3 payments on my ATV and I take it to them to be fixed and they had it a month then they tell me it's not under warranty it would cost me 600 to 800 to fix it they are some of the most lying people I have ever bought from the owner was there and he was no help I would not recommend buying anything from them fraud people will no about them

Initially I went to this dealer because they had a large BadBoy inventory and I was hoping to buy a Maverick HD, unfortunately they had none in stock so I settled for the ZT Elite. The buying experience was great, it was very smooth and easy and I was on my home in a hour. Where I have had a problem is with the trailer hitch that the manager said he would "Threw in" for free and a replacement bolt for my seat. I have waited over a month and a half and still have not received anything. Ive called several times and was told that it would be mailed out ASAP and still nothing, also during my first mow, a bolt fell out of the seat, the dealer said they would send a replacement along with the hitch..... Still nothing! So, today I drove to Ebron's Mower shop in New Bern and bought a hitch and a few replacement bolts... Selling a mower is the easy part guys, the hard part is continuing to provide quality customer service during the life of the equipment, That is how you get positive reviews, referrals and customer loyalty. I also found that Ebrons had the exact same mower for about $400 cheaper and they give a %3 cash discount.

My unit went in on November 18, 2021 for a top end replacement. I was told in March it need a water pump. I received no communication from service department. I picked my utv up today with more parts in the back than when I took it. Battery was dead and 2 flat tires. Salesman was great help, but no one from service came to help load utv. The story was We could not get parts . Lack of professionalism!!! I have a friend whose 4 wheeler stayed there for 6 months. At one point a bolt was holding up the progress. One you can easily get from Lowe s or any hardware store. Buying from them may be good, but service sucks.

Had an excellent experience w/one of the owners and Margaret that handled the sale. How do i say it? They were not your typical "professional " car sales people. They treated me like family (the good ones). They were open, personable and engaging.engaging

After having the car for two days a ticking sound came from the engine bay. I was told it would be looked at and itnever was. I called at least four times and was just given the run around. I was even told they would stop by my house and that did not take place. After having an oil change the problem still persisted. I would never go there again to get a vehicle! The noise persists and so does my disappointment. I would give a zero if it were available.

I was interested in getting a car from them, I live 2.5 hrs away, so when i went to look at the car and get a bill of sale, I asked them if it would be a problem if I couldn't come back until Monday or Wednesday of the following week, I was told it would be no issue and just to call them of I decided not to get it so they can sell it. I called Tuesday to confirm that I will be there and was told that it was sold the day before and they don't hold cars unless a payment is put (which I was not told or else I would have done so). Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and upset on the lack of communication this place has.

Great low miles vehicle. Scotty was very professional. Came through on a promise made during the sale in reference to missing items that I wanted. Took a little longer but I blame that on the Holidays falling in the middle of car purchase. Thanks Scotty!! Go Steelers!!

We visited the business about 2 weeks ago after learning that they are now selling UTV's. We met with the owner Scott who gave us his full help and most of all treated us with the upmost respect. He and his staff went far and beyond to help us! So we recommend them for their customer service.Secondly, if you are in the market for a UTV check out the HISUN. We bought the Sector 550 camo package and it has performed phenomenal! It has features that the big brands don't have. We looked at the big name brand competitors and they just don't compare. Especially for the price. One thing we like most is that it is USA made in Dallas Texas.Go give Scott and his staff a chance and be sure to check out the UTVs! Scott comes from a farming family and is a dedicated hunter.

straightforward people that didnt change the deal after being promised something and agreed to online. they dont waste your time it literally took me twice as long to drive there as it did to sign the paperwork and head home.

my husband brought a 60" bad boy mower put 3 hrs on it he took it back because it did not handle good he traded it for another model but had to pay more money and all of a sudden the mower he brought the day before 24hrs is the amount of time he had this mower and the warranty was gone the next day. The manager was horrible they have fixed my mower before but they will no longer get business from me. BERNIE made promises that he did not keep!!!

Loved the customer service we recieved paid in full for what we recieved which was a used product but for all the problems we have had in just two days i would never recomend this place to anyone for a product, friendly customer service but will not be going back to buy another product!!!

Was absolutely the worst service and costumer service I have ever seen my unit was returned with bolts missing and fluids leaking none of these were issues before I left my unit with shop took a yr to get my unit back and now I will have to take it back to a shop with integrity this shop is the worst and should be considered a fraud
