Today: On 09/26/2022Okay, Mr. Allen Eason, Service Advisor did great being friendly, polite, kind, and very intelligent and knowledgeable about my vehicle and I was happy that it didn't take no longer than what Mr. Allen told me. Well, he is a hard worker and knows what he is doing, so what I am going to do is say thanks for being funny and friendly to me and my daughter. My car drives like always great. A multipoint inspection was performed on my vehicle. Very friendly, kind, cool people at this facility. I am a pleased customer because of the friendly staff, and Mr. Allen, he knows what he is doing. Thanks again, Allen for real professionalism and getting it done on time. +10 for you Allen.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Absolutely terrible. It should be illegal how much they charge for a diagnostic. The Nissan in Elizabeth City where I bought my car could not believe that the Greenville NC location was charging customers 3X times the amount they were for a diagnostic. I had a diagnostic ran on my truck a week ago that told me exactly what the issue was (a sensor) which would take roughly an hour to fix and cost between $200-$700 depending on where I take it which is far less than the $2000 quoted here.An example of the service charge you can expect here: the AC went out in my truck. My husband took it in to the Greenville NC location where he was charged $150 for them to tell him the AC is out and would cost us $800 for them to fix. My husband (who is not very knowledgeable with cars) went online, bought the part needed (a fan) from Advance Auto and fixed the AC in less than 30 minutes for less than $150. Thankfully, my bank refunded me for the wasted $150 charged by Nissan. I know that you can expect to pay extra taking your car into any shop for services, but this is ridiculous.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My Service Advisor TJ was awesome today. He helped me make the right decision about my additional services for my vehicle. If you have your vehicle service at Greenville Nissan ask for TJ. He will do you right.

Steven was very nice and my car was serve well. My service was on time thank to Steven explain to me what was going on with my vehicle and I think he done a good job Steven is really a good person. Service was great. Arrived about 10 minutes early was greeted upon arrival. Very friendly and informative staff. Fast and reliable service. They also have a shuttle that will take you where you need to go and pick you up when your car is ready. Awesome!

I'd looked forward to this visit for weeks. Justin, my advisor, bent over backwards to make sure that I was comfortable and in no way inconvenienced by the wait. I feel much more confident in my cars health after a visit to the Nissan service center

Best experience I ever had in buying a vehicle. Greenville Nissan is a great place to buy a vehicle you should go and check them out and their staff is so very sweet and professional, take my word they are good and will work with you. A great place to buy a vehicle.

Left a review a month ago but it seems to have disappeared. Took my sons car there since he's going to school in Greenville. Paid them over $800 and 36 hours later had to tow it back. They wanted to start throwing parts at it because they had no clue. Wound up towing it to New Bern and they tried to charge me another $275 plus tow bill for failed diagnostics. Called the GM and he has yet to return my call. Worst service Ive ever dealt with

The worst place ever to take your Nissan too....if you want to get robbed go here The Worst Nissan Dealer in North Carolina. You will go in with one problem they will make sure you come out with another problem.....gave me a 10k bill and the fix was only $200 these guys are robbing people. My car is fine thanks to a real mechanic in Greenville never got Greenville Nissan if you want to keep your Nissan running smooth.
