Had a great experience at Nissan of Greenville. My salesperson was Tyler he was great! Made sure I got the car that I wanted and took his time to help me with what I liked. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Fantastic service all around! Left very happy and pleased.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Nissan of Greenville! My salesperson Tony Johnson was absolutely awesome! He was not pushy and understood me as a picky consumer. So much so that I have purchased 3 cars from him in the last few months. I have choices in my automobile needs and they were so easy to deal with and HONEST, that I answered the needs of my wife and son at Nissan of Greenville too. Chad in finance was accommodating and worked to get the best rates. I am happy!

First time visiting by way of CarMax. Big on customer service which was good from beginning to end. My service advisor was ready to serve me when I pulled in. Coming for the first time, I had no idea what to expect, but I was well pleased overall. This will more than likely be our service location for as long as we have the vehicle. Keep up the good customer service.

We needed to purchase a car for our son. My husband called Tony a few days before and told him what we were looking for. When we arrived on Saturday morning, he immediately assisted us as soon as he finished with his previous customer. Tony was very patient, polite, and courteous during the entire transaction. Note, this is the second car we purchased and will contact Tony again in the future when we are ready to purchase another one.

Mr. Reid has always been very verbal and open with the services of my car and what is needed and most important every time I get the pleasure of having him as my service advisor. He keeps me involved with the process of my car so that I don t come across any surprises and I really appreciate his dedication to his customers to ensure they are comfortable with their service and well informed of what there vehicles need.

Tony was the man who was helping me and he was great. I walked in there looking for something used and kinda beat up haha but I walked out of there with a great car payment and a brand new car. I gave him m budget and he made it happen. He was so patient and I highly recommend Tony. Overall however everyone there was very welcoming and talkative. Great place

I was involved in an accident, which totaled my car, a month before my purchase, so I wasn't in the market to buy one at that time. However, after doing my research and figuring out what framework I was looking for, I began test-driving cars, and I started with Rogue. As soon as I sat behind the wheel, I knew the feeling; it was cozy, comfortable, familiar. Driving it was also a breeze; I didn't have any issues. After test-driving a few other makes and models, my mind kept coming back to the Rogue. I spent a few weeks mulling over it, but in the end, just visualizing myself behind the wheel was all I needed to buy the car.My sales representative did an excellent job of not being the "salesperson" most are. He allowed me to figure it out on my own without having to push numbers or information onto me. I appreciated that a lot.

Jamie is knowledgeable, friendly and low pressure salesperson. We talked for several days on the phone concerning the best choice SUV to meet my needs. The Pathfinder SL was the best decision. On Monday the perfect Pathfinder was delivered on the lot and on Tuesday, I was driving it home.

My recent visit to Greenville Nissan was exceptional. They are professional, friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of.A shoutout to Service Rep Reid. He kept me informed and had the part ordered and installed within 36 hours.My 2012 Quest will not be serviced elsewhere in the future. Such a relief to find a service department that is dedicated to it s customers.

The wait time was not long. Very relaxing atmosphere. Coffee really helped and access to charge my phone while I waited was really nice. I enjoyed how we were not forgotten after purchasing the car. The actual salesman, Mr. Moody visited us in the waiting room and remembered us, even my daughters name. Great experience even after the sale.

On Saturday, Oct. 28, I visited Greenville Nissan after receiving a mailed promotional offer, fully intending to trade for a new vehicle. The offer indicated that I could receive $14,017 for my 2019 Nissan Kicks plus an additional $13,125 ($4,158 + $8,967) depending upon the mileage and condition of the vehicle. The offer also indicated that anyone visiting Greenville Nissan on that day would receive a gift card and have a chance to win $5,000 cash. I was offered nothing beyond the $14,017 for my Kicks despite it being in great condition with exceptionally low mileage; a gift card was not offered or received; and the letter with the promotional offer and my number for the cash drawing was kept by the salesperson such that I would not have access to the number IF a drawing was held. I purchased my current vehicle from Greenville Nissan and, since its purchase in 2019, have had it serviced only at the dealership. However, this experience makes me question the ethics of the dealership such that I am disinclined to purchase or service a vehicle there in the future or to recommend that friends or family do so. BTW, I shared all of the above in an email to the dealership and got no response at all.

Tony did such an amazing job being able to help us get into a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. The customer service was outstanding, he answered all my questions completely. He was very thorough explaining what everything meant and how much it would cost. If y all go to Nissan ask for Tony he is the best associate to help you getting in a Nissan car or truck!!!!

When we got our first vehicle, they were great in so many ways. But when it came to our second one, they were extremely bad. Lied to us, sold my husband a "lemon" in our opinion and the warranty we got from them, will only pay for $1400 out of a $2500 job. Since we are stuck. We will never do business again with them and neither will our son who got his from there. His car went from 16,00+ was up to $24,000.

As soon as I pulled up, Scott knew who I was and called me by name all based on our phone conversation. Customer service was great the entire time. My children felt comfortable, and my mom was comfortable as well. They offered coffee, water, candy, and snacks during the process. Transaction was smooth, easy test drive, and Scott went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was nothing less than the best. I also have to add on the finance side, Seth is amazing! If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend Greenville Nissan, and see Scott when you get there!

All of my experiences at Greenville Nissan have been AMAZING. The dealership was spotless (CLEAN) from the waiting area to the bathroom. All of the staff were friendly and each and everyone of them said Hello to me, some even twice. I was offered something to drink was ask by my name if I was ok several times. (WOW) Tony who sold me my vehicle two years ago sat down and ask about me and my family. He made me feel like apart of the Nissan family. Very rarely do you go into a business and EACH AND EVERY team member (employee ) seem truly happy with their jobs. In closing I have been in retail management for 42 years and have hired and train thousands of team members . What ever you are doing , do not change a thing because its working. Maybe after I retired I may become apart time team member there because it appears to be a great place to work. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

I broke down on a road trip through NC late on a Friday night all by myself. I had never been in Greenville. The next morning I limped to this Nissan dealer and was treated like gold. William was my service advisor and was fully booked on a Saturday but he made time to help me. Aaron on the sales floor was not only professional but very personable and we discussed my options. My rental car was very reasonable and William updated me on repair status frequently. Aaron made certain my diabetic blood sugar issues didn t kick in after several hours by offering some food( not his job ). I have never been so impressed by the integrity of ANY dealership as I was by Greenville Nissan and especially these 2 employees!

I actually went in for service on my 2016 Frontier and left with a 2023 Kicks SR. I was fortunate to have Scott Gaithers guide me through the process. Scott s knowledge and easy going personality allowed me to weigh all my options without pressure. The whole team at Greenville Nissan out shines all other dealerships I have ever dealt with. They truly are beyond reproach. Most of my vehicle purchases were due to necessity but this time I bought because this time it was about me, what I wanted to drive.
