I hadn't had my red 2014 Chevy Cruze a good week before I smelt something burning the tire light and the engine light popped on. Before I could take it to get it serviced I dog ran in front of me damaging the front of my car. I have been having problems communicating with the service guy there when he says he'll get back up with me I end up HAVE to call him. He said my radiator was bent due to the incident now it's the oil pan bent I'm like really. He said he put a starter on from another car but why use a used part. It's like he don't care I don't have a car to drive and he's taking his time. I feel like the service sucks. I feel like I've been sold a lemon and he trying to say what was already wrong with the car now the incident made it wrong. Wish I never God a car from there now especially when they have my car and don't care about me getting it back.

Great experience! Staff was very helpful and the follow up customer service as well. If you're in the eastern NC area and looking for a used vehicle I would highly recommend!

I have took my car back numerous times and still having same issue.....everytime they tell me it's fix and end up having to take it days later have not had my car 1 month and back in shop again... If I'm not mistaken this makes trip #5.... Haven't had my car six months today is 03/12/2024 and has to be put in shop for brakes,cv joints...I don't know what's going to go wrong next....

Greenville Motor company knowingly sell unreliable cars. The banks need to know about this company as well. Highly recommend other options over this place. Greenville Motor Company never have mechanics to fix an issue so they will erase codes as if they fix the problem. If you want a reliable vehicle this is not the company.

I highly wish it was possible to give somebody a half a star or even zero stars if you want a reliable decent car this is not the place to go please don't go here they will take advantage of you fully they sell you lemon cars and just like a majority of the review say the owner will never call you back here I am four months later and still never personally talk to the owner and every time I showed up the owner just so happened to be out of the office...... I forgot to mention that our fuel pump went out within a month of having the vehicle, plus our emergency brake was out which according to them person before drove with it on. Well they made an appointment for the brakes an guess what the emergency brake still didn't work after waiting an hour for it to be so called fixed ,smh. They didn't allow a trade in even though I had a vehicle cutting off while driving !!! Or just not starting an would be stuck waiting hours until it wanted to start . Terrible customer service..

Seriously considering small claims court for how many things were put back in my vehicle incorrectly, causing more damage. The staff and owner will lie about how it was exactly how it was when it was dropped off until you find photos that show thats not true. No one that works or manages here will take any responsibility and make the smallest effort if any to stay in contact with you, especially when they're racking up your bill.

Do not buy from this dealership. I bought a 2013 Ford F150 for $15,000. Bluebook value is 13,000 so you would think I would get an exceptional vehicle since I paid $2000 over bluebook. I was so wrong because on the way home I noticed that it was shifting rough.I had to have transmission fluid added and I had to give it a complete tuneup. I hear car prices have gone up, but this was ridiculous for the amount of money I paid my car should ve at least had a good tuneup and the proper level of transmission fluid in it. To be fair I guess I let them screw me over because I got in a hurry buying a vehicle. I just thought they would be a little more honest my fault

A very courteous and professional staff. They have a wide range of vehicles for all to choose from if you are in the market for a new vehicle! The service department is very professional and highly efficient being that they service the lot vehicles but they accept anybody who needs repairs or service also. The Mechanics there are top of the line and come very highly recommended! All around its a great facility and reasonably priced automobiles for anyone's own taste! Definitely consider GMC for your next vehicle purchase.

I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from here. Didn't have it for two weeks and it started running hot. I had two more problems tht came up. When I tired to trade it. They refused said it would cost them to much money to get it fixed. I will never buy another car from them ever.

We rented a Budget Truck and trailer through them for a cross-country move.If you spend a few minutes talking with the owner Tim, you will see what I saw - somebody honest, trustworthy and helpful.He went out of his way to make sure that there were no snags in our stressful move and it was greatly appreciated.If you need anything, talk to Tim and I'm sure he will take care of you!

My car buying experience from Greenville Motor Company was absolutely amazing. Starting from my first contact with them, all the way to purchasing the car. I live out of state so I was a little nervous about traveling so far to buy a car, but Abraham made it an easy & enjoyable experience. Abraham answered every question I had about the car before I made the trip there to see it in person. Abraham and all the staff members that I met while I was at Greenville Motor Company were all extremely helpful, very professional & they all made my car buying experience there very enjoyable. Horrible place of business I have had multiple issues with the vehicle I purchased from here and only had it 7 months. The check engine light has been on since day one and I took it in for repairs multiple times and they still couldn't fix it .I traded in two cars and 500 dollars down payment towards the purchase of the vehicle. But when I checked my paperwork I didn't get any trade in value for the second car I traded .I would highly NOT recommended this company to anyone. The service and sales department will give you the run around. Gary was our salesmen and he is never available. Hopefully they won't be around for long to steal people hard earned money. The sales price was 5 thousand and some change but after finance fees and tax it was 10 thousand. I'm looking into legal action against them for fraud and misrepresentation. Please save yourself heartache and your money by not giving them your business. HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS WITH EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 STARS FROM ME, but i had to give it at least 1 they deserve none.

My name is Ashley. This is under my husbands name. I see everyone putting bad reviews. I dont understand. I bought my car 4 years ago. I still have the same one. They were so helpful putting me into a car i liked. And working with me. Anytime something goes wrong they are there to help. They have an awesome staff. The auto part is also amazing. The boys in the service department are really helpful. They know you. They remember names. If you are having trouble all you have to do is keep communication with them. And not be rude. They will bend over backwards to help keep you in your car. When I am ready for a trade or new car i will go through them. I absolutely love my car company. They truly are some of the greatest people i have come across.

Greenville motor company is a sorry excuse for an establishment. The car we received worked fine for 4 months. After the 4 month mark, the radiator had a hole in the front. In the beginning they told us that warranty covered everything until this happened. Then they backtracked n said that it only covered oil changes. So we had to go out of pocket for a new radiator; no problem, until the transmission started to slip. They provided no assistance with the matter and they still insisted that there was nothing they could do. Later on in the month, the motor company thought that we didn't have insurface and proceeded to turn of the car. When we tried to get the car turned they would not answer the phone at 6:15 even though they closed at 6:30. I should've known from the start that they weren't a business worthy of being mentioned in the same breathe as even a someone who running a garage sale. The first time we bought the car the car was filthy and it was sold to us in that manner. We spent the whole night cleaning the car and still to this day it remains just a piece of scrap metal with wheels. I would never recommend them to anyone even if that person walked everywhere for what they needed. They would be better off with a bike then Greenville motor company. If I was able to give 0 star's I would gladly do so.

This is a great repair shop! Troy always has a smile on his face, they never overcharge or pad their repair estimates trying to get you to spend more than you need to. And if they aren't able to fix the issue, they recommend another repair shop that can. Great bunch of guys at Greenville Motor Company! I highly recommend them.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE I never do reviews and no one has to listen. However, hear me when I say this dealership is full of con artist. Many of the staff members are rude. They do not care about the customers wants or needs. They will put you in ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING to get your money. Honestly, I will never in a day of my life purchase a car from this dealership. YALL BETTER HEAR ME ON THIS! GO ELSEWHERE

Wow I ve read these reviews and was wondering if this is the same service team that I have dealt with over four years! I can t speak for anyone else but the service department At Greenville Motors has always been nothing but great! Instead of going to Raleigh I first take it to them. Having a Benz if their system can t catch it they will get me in to import services which by the way serviced my BMW. The staff is great I have not had to wait and the service team especially Mr. Blount has always taken care of me... just called and made an appointment for service and Zack was on it. I m truly sorry for those that had a bad experience and we are entitled to our opinions. If ever there were to be a bad experience I will definitely write that review!

I normally do not write reviews, but because I am a very pleased customer I will. I started out dealing with East Carolina Auto Exchange. I bought 2 automobiles from there years ago and I never had a problem with either of them. I didn't realize that ECAE and GMC were connected when I initially went into GMC to get my truck worked on. While there for that I saw this truck I wanted and David made it happen with no problems and with payments I could afford. I have not had any problems with the truck since I have had it. And I just recently bought my daughter a charger from there (Glen) but unfortunately that car was having some issue within the same week. I love buying used cars and I know they will have some issues but not that soon. However, I spoke with Tim H. and he was more than happy to work something out with me to resolve the issues I had with her car. With that being said I would definitely buy from either lot if I want another car or just to trade off either of the ones I already have for another one. Thanks guys!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE I am SERIOUS! Please, please, please NEVER WILL PURCHASE A CAR FROM here. I was 18 when I purchased my car with my step father. I kid you not 3 days after purchasing my car it started smoking. A month later the car broke down completely and I only drove to work which was 10 mins away. The General Manager, Tim, was very rude and disrespectful to me and in return we had a few chosen words on the phone. I can only discuss MY experience! When I went to the DMV they told me the car had been through a FLOOD. A FLOOD! Tim, if you are reading this I pray this dealership gets investigated.

Want a unreliable vehicle with unreliable service. Buy here. Pure trash. Made 3 car payments driven less than 100 miles, been broke down 5 times. Excuses excuses excuses, sorry excuse for a business that wont make the situation right by giving us a fair value trade. Tim suppose to be the top guy to make decisions but guess what Tim is NEVER available. True clowns. The 2013 Ford Fusion was already 600 overpriced just to get the loan. They sing a sad song like they aren t making money. They ve had 10 business days to pick my undriveable car and it s sitting in my yard. Tim s so sorry he has his service department make excuses for him. Best part test they sent the cart to hasting ford and had it fixed well soon as I got the car I called Hastings ford and asked what was done to the fusion. WOW they reset the computer and never fixed the problem. They get your money and claim they re mechanics are just working so hard to fix it. Anyone can order parts and be a YouTube mechanic. I see i they can afford to have 5+ salesmen sitting around because once they have your money they avoid the customerat all cost. If I m wrong, have WONDERFUL Tim call me but that ll never happen. Once again, TRUE CLOWNS

I bought my daughter a vehicle from this dealership and the customer service is terrible. I ve done sales over 10 years and the way this company operates is pathetic. I drove over a 1.5 hours to make this purchase. The sales guy, Dee Brown failed on all promises and communication. I will never refer anyone to these guys.

I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealer. When i first got my car the first place i had to go was to the gas station. They didnt not refill it nor detail clean it before selling. Now its been two and half months after buying the car and i already have to put in 600 dollars for leakage and lights blown. They act like they didnt even care while i explain my problems. These people is just trying to get a car sold, they dont really look into it before selling. My car was in the day before and they sold it to me the next day so there no way they actually taking their time to really look into the cars.

Do not let them put a engine in your vehicle. I brought my Chevrolet to this dealership with hopes of treating my truck with a new engine , spent alot of money with this company doing so only to have problems with so many things since then. For one I didnt get my old engine back , Having coolant trouble now , brought it in about 4 months ago for leaking coolant and oil only to find out my oil pan was loose and a quick connection leaking coolant supposedly. Well now its leaking more coolant when it was supposedly fixed the first time and still leaking oil. Should not have issues with a motor with 70,000 miles , engine isnt heating properly I could keep going. But of course it's not covered under warranty anymore. They fixed my catalytic converter and it went out after only 3 months and was under warranty , I called and it took him 3 weeks to return my call to let me.know it was covered but I had already fixed it out of pocket. Very unprofessional.Will be bringing it back once again to get my point across at how bad this service is. HEADACHE FOR SURE engine has only been in my truck for 3 years

Too much run around and terrible service department. Had a Pontiac Grand Am 01 and the water pump went bad on it. I tried fixing it up but then got behind. What made it worst was when I first went there to see about a car they every other car they had that was a "buy here pay here" had some sort of issue whether it was running hot, knocking hard while running, or drove rough the entire time. Lets not forget to mentioned when I had my car in the service department they catch attitudes when you keep trying to check on the progress of you auto repairs. Overall if you can go elsewhere please do so. Don't believe me check every low rating and view the owner's response to each of them.

I haven t bought from this place, but I know someone who has. They bought a 2016 Ford Focus and it only ran for 3 months! Unfortunately, it was going to cost them a fortune to repair the motor. There was poor customer service involved. I wouldn t recommend this place to someone who is looking to buy a car. Just go somewhere else and save your time and money.

I have had a great experience with salesmen and services. Excellent customer service, was able to receive feedback with in minutes for minor issues and last to say I am in love with my car!!! Would recommend this dealership to anyone and plan to purchase from them in the near future.... Such a wonderful establishment, makes you feel like you're at home

I recently sold a car that I no longer needed to Greenville Motor Company and was very satisfied. They were friendly, professional, efficient and very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell there again.Great experience.

Got a 2017 Eleantra from here, the every next day the motor blew because they did not put oil cap on properly, they let me use the down payment and I got a 2015 jetta, in less than an hour the car still drives, but smokes came from the engine. 2 major car failures, 2 different cars, in 24hrs, I keep you updated
