Gerber did the repair work for a fender bender I had. The service was great. They gave excellent updates on the progress of the work, and they completed the work in a timely manner. I am pleased with the quality of their work!

Great place! Only took 3 days for my car to be repaired instead of the original 2 weeks timeframe they thought it was going to take. The lady at the desk was very nice too.

The experience I had with the Management and staff of Gerber Collision was total incredible. I worked with Kevin and Brandi mostly... they were extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. Not only did they do an excellent job on the restoration... which included matching a non-standard color of paint, but the work was done very professionally and on time! As if that wasn't enough, they they cleaned the vehicle inside and out too! I mean, wow! They returned the vehicle to me in much better shape than I left it with them. The thing looked like new! Gerber Collision demeonstrated what excellence in workmanship and customer service is all about. Many thanks and many blessings.

I cannot put into words the caliber of service I received here. They had my car in earlier than my scheduled appointment, out in 2 days, did an incredible job, and were extremely polite. The professionalism, punctuality, and quality is unmatched. If you re debating another shop just don t.

Gerber s work on our Subaru Outback, after a minor accident that had damaged the left front side of the car, has been thorough. They were professional throughout the process. I especially appreciate their communication and regular updates during the time the car was in the body shop. Their workflow is set up to send automated updates. The work was completed on time and the car looks terrific. Would highly recommend the Gerber, Greenville NC location.

Had our Hyundai repaired after an accident and Gerber did the repairs. They did a great job communicating weekly updates and repairs were finished ahead of time. They did an excellent job returning our vehicle back to like new condition. I went to Gerber because my husband went to them when he needed Collision Repair, and just like with his repair mine was also flawless. The staff is great, very nice people all around, and Will kept in constant communication with me the whole process. He gave me detailed updates, AND I got my car back when they said I would without any delays which is major! I highly recommend their services.

I will recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone that needs auto body repair. The staff was very cordial and made you feel at home. I would rate their service an A+. My vehicle looked like brand new. My paint was matched perfectly when the repair job was complete. My vehicle was ready earlier than my proposed return date which was definitely a plus. I am very livid they lost the original key to the vehicle never informed me of that fixed things that had nothing to do with the rear end collision besides the bumper they done a terrible job had vehicle towed nov4th to receive the car bk on November 22nd still n the same condition to find out they dont do mechanical or electrical work then female brings car out an slams on the brakes knowing g that was the issue they dont DESERVE the star that was left so I'm not sure why the insurance company even paid them work still needs to be done an scratches are still on the vehicle never not one phone call to ask what was going on with the vehicle they need to be put out of BUSINESS they also caused further damages to the vehicle while it was in there care from 11/4/19 to 11/22/19

This place is top notch! The customer service is amazing. They call and send text to keep customers informed of the ongoing process of their vehicle.
