We purchased our first camper from Forest River RV, I must say what an awesome experience. I called ahead, spoke with Mike answered all our questions and concerns. Everyone was so friendly it makes you feel like family. We were greeted as soon as we came in the door and immediately partnered with Brian. He was very helpful and gave us a grand tour showing us all the campers that would work for us. Keeping in mind the vehicle we d be towing with. Once we found the one we setup an appointment to pick up and finalize the paperwork. When we came back we were greeted in a friendly manner and everyone remember us. Jeff took us for a walk through of the camper. Providing detailed information on it, showing how everything works and where it s located. He was very thorough making sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. Mike did all the paperwork with us and provided detailed information. Ensuring we understood everything and all the options available. Overall this was an extremely amazing experience and definitely recommend if you re looking at purchasing a camper or RV!

Kyle was our sales person and was great to work with. He made sure the camper had everything we wanted. Russ got the camper road ready and was great at showing how it works. Mike the service department manager made sure we were well taking care of. Tammy was great to work with helped to get the paperwork done.

TJ Seibels was awesome to work with. He listened to what we were looking for in a camper and made it happen. TJ went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the camper we purchased. Even after the sale was completed he was always there to answer any questions.

Hopefully when this location reopens, camping world puts some strict service and warranty protocols in place.We purchased a new 5th wheel in Sept 2022. Needed some minor repairs done, while some were nitpicky, they still agreed to be completed and would all be under warranty. Long story short and many lost, wasted hours later, we are STILL fighting to get the repairs done and now camping world Greenville is involved. Do not recommend this travelcamp at all. Extremely disappointed since our initial purchase experience was great.

Stopped by here during our adventure in shopping for our 4th RV! Greeted by the front desk promptly and after a short wait, we had a salesman Mr. Drew Mitchell walk us around.There was more of a relaxed experience here and none of the showing you what you did not want in a rig since you did not ask for it. We did find a unit we were interested in and decided we wanted to wait on pulling the trigger since this rig we'll have for awhile.Checked around at different dealers and after a month of browsing, we checked their website for any new inventory and found our new RV that was recently delivered to their lot. (By mistake we were told LOL!) We went through the normal paperwork process and the ole "signing your life away" ordeal and awaited to take delivery the following week since we did not need it right away.So on the attempt to take delivery there were some communication issues. We arrived with our current rig for the trade and found out that there was some issues found during the inspection that needed to be addressed. They did say we could take it if we needed to, but they would need it in shop for one of the repairs. We declined and asked if we could leave our current rig there until the swap could be made. General Manager Mr. Lee had no problem with that and even kept it plugged in for us so we didn't have to clean out the fridge.So the day came when we could pick it up! We did our walkthrough and the explanation of the all the different features on the new rig. The tech (sorry, forgot his name) was very patient with all our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he would find out for us.We did find some items during the inspection and the Service Manager Mr. Martin had them addressed right away.After we had the new rig setup, we did find a few more minor things and reached out to the store:1. We never grabbed a copy of our paperwork after completion. Miss Tammy Cherry said it was not a problem and would have the documents ready for us when we stopped back.2. We didn't even notice things like there wasn't a single remote in the whole unit for the TV's, fireplace and the fan! Reached out to Parts Advisor Colt Wilson and he took down all the items we requested and got to work on getting them shipped.3. Found some minor warranty issues and reached out to Mr. Martin. He and Colt got to work on getting the requests satisfied.Bottom line is this: THE ENTIRE TEAM IS THERE TO HELP YOU! If you're looking for a better shopping experience with a dealer that cares a little more about the customer, give them a try!Service after the sale is Top Notch and you're always welcome to come in and just say "hi"!Thank you goes out to team Greenville, NC for all that you did and continue doing to ensure our family is SAFE and Happy!

John and Drew were amazing through the entire process!!! There were a couple bumps in the road (not do to either of their faults) but they stuck with me and my husband through it and made it right by us! They truly made this a great experience for us. 10/10 would recommend. We will be buying our next camper through these guys!!!

Updated from my previous review (Sissy Collins) done 5 months ago. I wish I could say that our experience was fixed. We remain under a warranty claim since we bought our Cruiser MPG at the end of January of 2023. We are now ignored by the parts/service department at TravelCamp of Greenville and have had to notify the manufacturer. The service department manager has changed since the beginning of this year and we were hopeful that we could get somewhere on our claim. Instead we are ignored again. It is sad to have a camper that we are paying on that is still not fixed. I cannot seem to get anywhere with the local dealer. I remain a very frustrated consumer.

Bought three campers from Travel Camp in Greenville within three weeks.. they had all three finance to me at one time. The first two brand new campers had wood rot in them the third one had electrical issues and in the process of fixing my child s video game system, and all of her games were stolen and they destroyed my floor and two of my cushions.. management told me to re-purchase the games that were missing and bring the receipt so I did and then after that, they refuse to pay for anything, so I got angry, and they refused to fix the damages that their tech did to my floor and my cushion, and the owner of the company supposedly said the reason he wasn t paying for anything is because I got an attitude.. after all they had my brand new camper for almost 6 months and I ve only owned it for eight. I had to cancel three trips. I had lined up this summer because they still had my camper. Now I m taking them to court.

My wife and I were going to take a beautiful Saturday in Greenville NC to browse your lot. Upon arrival we were greeted by TJ and asked if we needed any help, we discussed what we were looking for and just wanted to look around. TJ was not pushy , very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered to ride us on the golf cart and would show us where to look for what we told him we wanted. TJ allowed us to browse , gave us several options and did not hassle us. Most of the time we were looking for him. TJ answered all of our questions, he was very personable and had lots of knowledge plus we were able to talk to him about camping, football and everything in between which made the atmosphere comfortable and relaxed. My wife and I went to lunch and came back to pull the trigger. TJ and the Travelcamp team in Greenville made this experience of buying a camper easy and stress free. The whole experience of looking to financing all the way through the service department to picking up our camper a great , friendly and easy experience. Richard in the service department was extremely professional and helpful and was able to find and correct a couple issues and reached out to communicate with us throughout the process. Douglas took us through the walkthrough and had everything opened up and working and answered all our questions, showed us the ins and outs of our camper , fixed the only issue we had, very friendly and personable. Melvin done a great job getting it detailed, had it showroom ready. Russel went above and beyond to pull it out for us to hook up to it and assist with making sure all the lights and the hook up was good to go. I m sure I am leaving someone out and I apologize, everyone at Travelcamp Greenville was friendly and professional. Conversations with everyone was fun and relaxing, other sales associates were friendly and Tammy in financing was so very helpful. This made this buying experience truly a great experience, we will most definitely be back and recommend this to everyone. We recently upgraded our travel trailer for one with more space and Travel Camp of Greenville made it a fun and easy experience. Brian was super patient with us as we considered different models and answered every question we had. Lee, the general sales manager, listened to our concerns about the few previous bad reviews this location had received and put our mind at ease. We have experienced very poor service at other places and, as two women purchasing a camper, have been treated poorly. Lee, Brian and John treated us very well. Lee worked hard to get us the deal we needed and the service department had our camper beautifully detailed in a two-day turnaround. The final walk through of our camper was thorough and helpful. We previously had issues with our sway bar system and one of the service techs made adjustments to make the system work with ease! We are thrilled with our total experience at Travel Camp and highly recommend them for anyone buying a camper!

Should have posted this earlier, but we got busy enjoying our camper. We stopped by to look at a used model. However, that model was just sold. We were shown a new model we liked, after some negotiations we decided to purchase and things go a little side ways. Long story short, Lee and his team worked hard to get us what we wanted. Tammy handled all the paperwork, and the service guys were great. We are very happy with our camper, we will be back when we decide to upgrade.After owning our camper for a few months, our ac unit dies on a trip. I called Tammy and she got up with a store close to our location. The next day, we were fixed and back on our trip. Service and support have been wonderful.

I had the most amazing experience purchasing a travel trailer at this location! Emilianne Carter was my salesperson, she was extremely informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and empowering throughout the seeking, purchasing, and signing process! Their southern hospitality is not lacking in any way. Communication is a 5 star with quick responses and she was able to answer all questions I had about my camper, parts, etc! She was even able to talk a deal with managers for me! The financial manager John was also super kind and informative while signing paperwork and did everything he could to work with a bank to get me the best deal for leasing! TJ and Colt are very nice gentlemen that I came in contact with while in the office to help with parts, finding the right camper for 4 seasons, and driving the RV off the lot to finalize my purchase! Everyone is so kind and helpful here, I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a camper here especially new travel trailer owners like myself; I don t think I stopped smiling everytime I entered their location. I can t wait to start this journey as a travel trailer owner and I have these friends here to thank for such a pleasant experience!

I had a perfect experience. Everyone was very Autism and Service dog friendly. Very accommodating in regards to working around my financial timeline. The service man who worked on my rig was thurough and even took the time to teach me how to turn on/off my electric system manually until my next visit when I can afford the last part that automates the system . They also advised me of other repairs needed and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision on what to prioritize.

I came to travel camp looking for an affordable pull behind camper there was plenty of inventory to pick from! I called ahead because I had my dog with me and asked it was okay and they said yes. It wasn t just okay. The whole staff loved on my pup and kept her busy while I was getting the deal done. Tj and John were beyond professional and stayed a hour after close to get me the right deal. I will continue to do business with them and would recommend anyone to do business with travel camp!

Earlier this year, 2023, I decided to purchase a travel trailer to be able to move to North Carolina to be closer to my son and daughter. I made a contact at a nationwide corporate retailer and we stayed in contact until my anticipated move date in May after mid-month. I didn't realize at the time, it was the start of the busy camping season. After about 2 1/2 hours of looking at models and attempted negotiations, I realized the corporate retailer was not the way to go. After leaving, my son suggested we try another dealer called Travel Camp in Greenville, NC, a family owned company, where we met salesman Brian Renner who changed my life! Brian listened very intently to every request I had and what options I was looking for. After a couple of days and possibilities, he zeroed in on the perfect choice. He had it transported up from Florida, and as they say, the rest is history. Brian didn't give up and kept searching and finally found the perfect choice. Thank you Brian, you kept my feelings and what I was looking for in mind, and made my dream come true! You are #1 in my book!!

We stopped by to look at some campers and I tell you what...it was the BEST experience we have ever had! Although we did not purchase a camper at this time, it will definitely be our GO TO place! They have a large selection to choose from and Jamie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us find exactly what we wanted. She fed us a spectacular lunch and went out in the rain to search for exactly what we wanted while we sat and ate. She was amazing! Although we did not purchase at this time we sure gained a great new friend! Thank you again Jamie for making our visit a fantastic experience!

I have been wanting a new camper for awhile now and since I no longer do the off-roading part as much I really wanted to downsize to a smaller toy hauler. I contacted at least 20 dealers all down the east coast and everyone lowballed me on my trade except for Greenville Travelcamp. I talked to TJ Siebels, I told him the exact camper I wanted, that checked all my boxes. he made it happen, and was awesome to deal with especially since I m from Pennsylvania doing this all over the phone. Thanks to John and Tammy for getting all the paper work to me with ease. Can t wait to get it shipped up here. Definitely 10 star service.

I have done everything possible NOT to have to make this review.First, Drew, our salesperson was wonderful. I give 5 stars to him.Second, Lee, the sales manager, was another story. We had a horrible experience in finalizing the paperwork through him. We were quoted different numbers, provided different paperwork that apparently was intended for another person and so on. We should have known to stop there. But we really liked the Cruiser MPG and the design was exactly what we had been looking for. We finally got everything approved and sale was finalized end of January 2023.We have wound up with a RV that the heat does not work in, the panels are peeling and cheap appearing and a ladder that was promised to us during the sale, never having been ordered since January.The service technician came out a few weeks ago to our home and he was wonderful to work with. Parts should have been ordered. Apparently they were not.I called today for updates since I am the one that has to call. We are stuck in "warranty". Again our parts have not been ordered.We are stuck with a camper that has no heat. We are making our payments and are very disappointed in the reliability of the after sale care from TravelCamp RV.

Travel camp gave my wife and I five star treatment for sure.. for Texans traveling to Greenville North Carolina to find the Montana we want. We was treated like true friends. From Drew our sales person , Jami made sure we was well taken cared for. And Will, Tammy and lee. And a big thanks to all of them.

Great place for service!! I ve used Travel Camp twice now for service on my motor home. They scheduled me within a day of my call and had me on the road in the timeframe I needed. And now my slide outs work better than they did new! The annual seal work on the roof has 0 leaks (tested thoroughly on our first trip)! Give Martin a call. I know i will if I need more work done.

The ONLY reason these guys even get 1 star is because the salesman was super nice. They charge thousands in fees (above the norm) & such beyond the price of the campers they are selling. The finance guy is sketchy & has the feel of a person trying to "get one over on you". So glad someone warned us about them before we made the mistake of purchasing, so we knew what to look for (& they were right!) Buyer beware.

My husband and I had been looking for campers at numerous RV sales sites. Our salesman, TJ, immediately introduced himself and offered any help we needed. TJ was always kind, respectful and available to us for any questions we had. If there were any questions he was not totally sure of he reached out to his representative and contacted us with information. We found TJ to be very honest and friendly, willing to help. I would not hesitate to buy from him at any time and recommend him to everyone.

I am interested in a fifth wheel toy hauler so I stopped at Travelcamp in Greenville. Very nice showroom and many campers of all shapes sizes and name brands to choose from. I dealt with Anthony Herring and Jimmy Sandy. They were great to deal with and no pressure. Haven t made up my mind but I will give them a try. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a camper or need supplies.

We recently visited Travelcamp of Greenville to look at campers. This camper facility is very nice and clean and they have a lot to choose from! Nice people there too! We met TJ Siebels, when we came in, and he was very helpful from that day forward! We really hit it off and appreciated everything he did to assist us, providing us with so much information. We haven't purchased as of yet, but when we are ready we'll be back visiting TJ and Travelcamp.

I couldn t be happier with my new purchase! TJ Seibels, Tammy Cherry and John Hantz were wonderful to work with; answered all my questions. Even Richard, the technician, was wonderful showing me how to operate everything! These are the people to see if you want to camp!
