STOP! LOOK NO FURTHER! Everett's is one of the greatest, if not the greatest repair facility in the world, YES! in the world. I have traveled extensively and have owned countless vehicles and have been to countless mechanic's, and Everett's is the best of the best! Feels like you are family when you walk through the door, super friendly, superior service with a at home atmosphere. So happy to have found mechanic's I can trust and rely on, a true diamond in the rough. TL;DR: Had them do a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was looking to buy. They missed some obvious problems that cost me hundreds of dollars to fix.---------Paid for a prepurchase inspection and they missed some really obvious things, the biggest one being the tires. I didn't think to look at them, since I figured I was paying them to tell me what was wrong, and ended up having to replace them a week after buying the car. If they'd pointed them out to me, I could have haggled down the price and saved so much money. They also didn't tell me the tire pressure sensors were shot. The light was on to check the tire pressure when I brought it to them, and I just figured the tires weren't filled since they didn't say anything. But turns out it's broken. Now I don't really trust the bill of clean health they gave me for the car. Feels like I wasted my money.

I had 2 cars breakdown almost at the same time. They were able to fit me in and get both cars back on the road. I am very happy with the service and feel I was treated fairly.

Went 3 summers ago because my AC stopped working. Had a young mechanic. He lied to me and told me it was broken. 3 hot summers later I m selling my truck and went to another mechanic. He had my AC running great and out in 37 minutes. 50$. Nothing wrong. Just needed Freon. Be careful here. Maybe too big with young guys trying to get more $. I guarantee I m not the only one.

Cut corners, miss diagnosed problem, and changed parts without speaking to me with a quote. Presented a $1400 bill. For replacing rear breaks rotors and pads and misc. other items. I told owner I had shaking in front end before he worked on it, even told Mr Everett I had jacked up truck and could see front right ball joint loose, and worn out. his mechanic changed the breaks instead. Later they replaced ball joints and charged me again I actually had to jack truck up in parking lot and shake tire in front of owner to get him to listen. Not sure what happened to this shop a couple years ago they did timing belt job for my wife's 4-runner and all went well. Maybe insobordance on behalf of the techs, either way I wouldn't recommend or use again. I still feel i was screwed over 2 years later.

I will not Go anywhere else except the export for my BMW . I highly highly recommend! The best auto shop EVER!! Price quality friendly and professional. We take all our vehicles here and always satisfied and they exceed our expectations. Honest fair and quality. They deserve 10 STARS!

Had the hydro boost go out on my Ram 2500 at the end of a coast to coast trip. Looking around the Greenville area for a reputable diesel mechanic I came across Everett's. They were able to get me in quickly to be looked at and diagnosed the exact issue in only an hour or so.Nothing on a diesel truck is cheap and I braced myself for a huge quote. Instead, I was given an extremely fair quote and told it would be about two days... Maybe three business days over a weekend. That wasn't a problem and I expected to not get the truck back until the next week. I got a call mid morning on the second day saying it was all done and good to go which was great news. What really shocked me was they came in $100 under the quote. Lots of places I've been would've still just gone with the quote, but not at Everett's where they're actually honest on all their work performed.One thing of note: Like many small businesses they are getting raked over the coals by processing fees on cards, so they charge 3% if you pay by card. I pointed out to the lady that this isn't legal on a debit card (it is completely legal on credit) due to the Durbin Amendment of the Frank Dodd Wall Street Reform Act, specifically 15�U.S.C.���1693o-2. This is because a debit transaction is treated "same as cash" under Federal Law. As the lady didn't have the power to change the charge I paid it, but explained that I had worked for a business where our processor was taking the charge on all cards. We were audited and then forced to pay back about 18 months of charges which basically took all profit from about three months of business.

My car broke down almost 2 weeks ago. Originally, they were unable to diagnose the issue because when my car turned over for them after I had gotten it towed to Everett s. Unfortunately, it s been almost 2 weeks and we have heard nothing. We ve gotten a few possible diagnoses but no one has communicated with us whatsoever. I ve gotten my vehicle serviced here before and I ve had a fine experience, but this is ridiculous. We ve called everyday to see what s going on and for the first 4 days after dropping it off, no one looked at it. Four whole days. We ve had to initiate any form of contact and now they haven t been answering the phone. Im frustrated. My vehicle is necessary for me to work and Im draining the bank from Ubers. If you re wanting to get your car serviced here, I can t persuade you not to, but make sure you won t need it for at least 2 weeks.

I've gone here for 5+ years for regular maintenance and they've always taken great care of me. Been servicing my vehicles for years. Let's me know when issues need to be taken care of before hand (may need brakes done at next oil change). Total trust. Never had surprises on the road from something that should have been caught. But hey, they are human.

will NOT be going back to Everett's auto service ever again. Not only did they make it hard to actually find a time to get my car fixed but I was shocked when I saw the bill. They did good work and they did it fast. They were polite and helpful once they actually started - But I will not go back.

My daughter who is a college student at ECU was having car issues and took her car to Mr Tire. The manager at Mr. Tire was basically strong arming her to spend unnecessary money unrelated to the mechanical issues on the vehicle. We called the owner at Everett Auto at 530 pm and he agreed to wait for my daughter to arrive. She finally arrived with an overheated engine at closing time. The owner stayed after hours and made the repair at half the price as Mr. Tire. Who does that? No one I know. Great integrity, great service. If you have a student at ECU with car problems this is a place you can trust! Highly recommend!!

These folks are honest, dependable, and professional. My daughter is a student at ECU and her car broke down and being from out of town time mde things difficult, but they got us going within 24 hours and I was able to get back home and to work. Highly recommend Everett's.

I'm very impressed with the work they did when they picked up my Chevy and replaced my starter. I had a few questions & the staff was courteous as they answered my questions. I would recommend them over any other garages.

I have taken three different vehicles to this shop within a year.What ever is needed to be fixed they fix it quickly,could possibly be cutting corners for instance documenting you replaced a part but the problem still shows it wasn't fixed to begin with.The main issue i have with this shop is,they fix your vehicle's issue without getting YOUR consent FIRST.So they'll call you with a balance,but doesn't call you for the diagnostic results to see if you either do/don't want them to fix it.What if someone can't afford their price,then the shop will have to remove the part/parts that has been put on and has to leave the car there which may take over 10 days for you to remove it from the lot...so there's another bill waiting for you concerning a car storage fee.Ridiculous! HINT:Notify the owner of the vehicle before giving the car techs the "green-light" to fix the issue because maybe they can't afford your price at the moment and PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK OR HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK TO SEE IF THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED.THANKS
