The people here were fast and friendly. Very much a small mom n pop feel but again, so personable and easy to work with. Big thanks to them for getting my truck inspected and done quickly.On a side note, another gentleman came in after I did with a bad exhaust issue and with a very few minutes of getting there they had his vehicle in as well and before I even left, they were already discussing with him his options.I have a lot of respect for down to earth nice people and those who work here fit that bill

Very friendly and fast service! Called at 8:00 am for inspection information, and they had me in and out less than 35 minutes later! Wonderful family business! Everyone is friendly and cheerful! Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I ve been to over 10 exhaust shops in the past 3 years and this one is by far the best. The price is half or less of what i would pay elsewhere for quality work. I ve been turned down by many exhaust shops for having to much of a complicated ask, but easy muffler can get it done with ease, and speed all while keeping the price extremely affordable.

Easy Muffler was "easy". In and out in a very reasonable time. Had a Flowmaster muffler installed on my son's truck.

Had a problem with the muffler on my granddaughter's car. After examining the problem it was repaired. Very honest people as I would not have known if it had to be replaced. Very reasonable price and I was in and out in about a half hour. Would definitely go back if any other muffler problems in the future. Entire staff is awesome.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Stopped by here after calling a few different shops to help weld part of our exhaust back together. We walked in without an appointment, told them what we wanted and they had it done in a few hours. We checked the work when we got home and it's beautiful. They did an excellent job and it didn't hurt my pocket. Will be recommending this place to anyone who asks. The customer service here was great. They took a look at our car right away when we stopped by without an appointment and determined the problem wasn't related to the exhaust system. They suggested another repair shop to take it to and didn't charge for the diagnosis. MUCH appreciated!

I had called on Friday for information and general questions, very pleasant to talk to. We took the car in to be looked at on Monday and the woman at the counter rembered our talk from Friday. They steered me on the best way to fix my needs and took the time to explain everything. When I get all the things I need I will be back for them to do the work. Outstanding people to work with if I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would but Google only goes up to 5. Please make them your first call.

I went to get my catalytic converter replaced and it was roughly $700. They provided fast, reliable, and convenient service. However, when I picked up the car, the car started to fume and told them about this shortly after. I was informed by their staff that the vehicle has to burn off the oils from the catalytic converter. I left the shop and went down the street (about 2 miles) and my engine light came back on. I went to the shop the next day to inform of this issue and they told me that o2 sensor needed to be replaced. I told them that I have the part in my car and they wanted to charge me $30 to install right after I got the catalytic converter replaced. I understand that this was going to happen, but this is very shady my o2 sensors started malfunctioned after getting my car fixed.

Easy Muffler was recommended to me for an exhaust leak and I'm so glad I went! It was a lot less expensive than I was imagining, and didn't take quite as long either. They were also super helpful and professional, and explained everything that had to be done before doing it. I really appreciated that. I'll definitely return should I ever need their services again!Service: Exhaust

They were very friendly and helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me quickly. They were very fair priced, i think my total bill was actually cheaper than they quoted me. They also diagnosed my car for free. I'm very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I could not be more happy with my service here. Mike, Philip, and Carmen were all wonderful to work with. They saved me $1500 worth of exhaust parts and labor. Honesty goes a long way in my book. Thank you for being straight up honest people guys! I will recommend you to anyone needing exhaust work! Keep up the great work!

I had a bad manifold problem and they fixed in one day. Although my car sounds a lot better, the price I paid was more than quote. That was my only problem is the price, but I know that work is hard and I needed it done so no need to complain.

After reading several positive reviews, I had my son's 4Runner towed here after hours. Was contacted by 11am the following day with a diagnosis and cost for the repair which was very reasonable for the problem. Replaced the exhaust system and catalytic converter and was able to pick up at 4pm that same day. I was 3 hours away and handled the complete transaction over the phone. Can't say enough about a positive experience with service and price. Would recommend to anyone in the Greenville area. Thanks again!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

It was a breath of fresh air to finally find an honest person in the mechanic industry to work on my son's car. Mike gave excellent service, advice, and assisted us over and beyond my expectations. Very good customer service from the person answering the calls as well.

Very friendly. Told them what my van was doing, they took it, looked at it and read the code. Told me what needed to be done, gave me quote. Got me right in. Few hours later it was fixed . Amazing work at a great price. I will definitely recommend them and be going back for future work.

This place is very family oriented. The people here are great and the mechanics are the best you'll ever get that's coming from someone who worked at auto parts store for 14 years. If you're looking for a lifetime mechanic with friendly staff in a extremely comfortable atmosphere this is the place to go. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Very satisfied!Great service. I was in and out in about an hour for a muffler change. Staff is very friendly, price was great and most importantly, my truck purrs like a kitten! lol.Great experience all around!I will recommend to everyone.

I was originally heading to another Muffler shop right around the corner, but this establishment popped up right before I arrived to my destined location. I went in during lunch time and I was told the staff was out on lunch and if I wanted to come back at 1. I arrived shortly after, had my car checked out 5 minutes later and minutes later found out it was simply a bolt that needed to be installed. Great Work! Highly recommend!

Awesome place honest and reliable - went to have my f350 7.3 muffler deleted - a must do modification for any 7.3 owner - they did a great job and fast!!! I mean really fast - their work is great and very trust worthy I am glad I went to easy muffler and didn t need to shop around for prices they gave me a number I was happy with right off the bat - skip the calling around for a mechanic go to Easy Muffler!

This was my 1st repair done by this shop. Had previously called about the installation. Mike the owner. Was very nice and helpful. He even gave me information to get my car check out.By another Mustang guy. His wife did the paperwork. They did a great job installing my Flowmaster catback exhaust system. My 5.0 1994 Mustang sound like a Mustang now. They charged a fair price. And did the job in a short period of time. I would recommend this muffler shop. I brought in my 2nd Mustang a 2001 GT on 5/2 /2022 . Mike replaced my exhaust pipes and muffler ,and installed new chrome exhaust tips. Good job as I expected from this business store .

I don't write many reviews but my experience there was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job on the exhaust on my car, and their prices are reasonable. Best place to get exhaust work done in Greenville in my opinion. Much better than Seahawk Muffler...
