GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY... I WOULD LIKE TO SEND A VERY WARM AND HARDY THANK YOU TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT STAFF AT EAST CAROLINA CHRYSLER..DODGE.. JEEP & RAM IN GREENVILLE,NORTH CAROLINA FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY "2013 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN".... I WASN'T ABLE TO OPERATE ANY OF MY WINDOWS FROM THE DRIVER'S DOOR OF THE VEHICLE... AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT EAST CAROLINA CHRYSLER..DODGE..JEEP...RAM CORRECTED THE ISSUE IN NO TIME AT ALL... IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG... Professional, friendly, and polite describes the service I received on both visits this week. Even though the Parts Department was fairly busy on 8/19/2021, Scott acknowledged my presence, in about 60 seconds and told me someone would be right with me. He assisted me with ordering a replacement key and told me to expect a call on Friday, 8/20/2021, when the key arrived. I was pleasantly surprised when I indeed got the call on Friday that it had been delivered and was ready for pick up. When I arrived today, 8/21/2021, Scott in the Parts Department and Sophia in the Service Department acknowledged me within 2 minutes of my arrival in each area. Both department were fairly busy; but, the key was programmed plus a few extra perks were all done in less than 45 minutes. Great job!!!

Technician did not do a diagnostic on my truck. I went because the heat in my truck was blowing but my a/c didn t work. I had checked my compressor, Freon, condenser and the fuse and they all were good. I relayed this information to them. After keeping my truck in the back for 2.5 hours they come back and say that my blend door is stuck and it would cost between $1800-$2200 to fix. That night I was going to Raleigh and had the heat off, but I kept seeing the a/c button light up. The next morning I pulled off the trim holding the control unit and as soon as I pulled it off the plug for the a/c popped out. I plugged it back in securely and my air started blowing cold and I was able to switch back and forth from heat to air with no problem. In November I had a different shop install a backup camera and they obviously didn t snap the plug back in securely. Had the Dodge tech done a diagnostic at all he would ve seen this issue

Ken Hudson in the service department and I go back over 15 years and he has never failed me in assuring my vehicle is properly repaired or maintained from another repair business and he never failed to not keep the good maintenance on my Hummer 2 and over the last 6 years of my Jeep Wangler Shara service never fails. For years he never failed me in maintaining the scheduled maintained needed. As far as East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fait Lincoln dealership Donnie Durham is the man that can do what it takes to put you in the vehicle of your dreams if you have the compacity to afford it. Why do I say this? State Employees Credit Union in Winterville approved me for my desired vehicle but they tried to push me for a down payment but Donnie Durham got me approved without a down payment and the protection of cover to cover insurance with no down payment in a matter of hours. I am very glad I stopped by to check on my new vehicle mind you that so many other customers did not qualify for! I am above and beyond satisfied. However, whenever you go see Ken Hudson or Donnie Durham be for real and be ready to spend the money for what you need or go some place else if you want something for nothing they both have nothing but the best to offer you but true quality truly costs.

They quite literally never pick up the phone and after waiting a month for an order I placed it still has not arrived and I haven t been able to get in touch with anyone there about it. Terrible service.
