Just got new tires for my wife s Telluride. I m very picky about the look of tires on my vehicles.Cash took the extra time to show me all my different options and prices, as well as his own personal recommendations. Excellent customer service. In fact the reason I went there was because they had helped me out with an issue a couple years back, at no charge, and I remembered/appreciated that enough to not even shop around. Very clean, quick and courteous store.

Best Tire Prices and Service in Town. Great Attitude! Fast!It's not just a company it's a family and I felt that.They hooked me up and looked out for me when I had an issue with finding my wheel lock for my Tacoma.Josh, Andrew thank you for being the best part.Here I am in the shop now... waiting on my new shoes.

I highly recommend Discount Tires! Exceptional service and integrity to say the least. Very rarely do people come across anyone who owns a business, preforms a service, or offers help to people who are in need of help unless they profit off it or benefit from it themselves. My tire sensors and light were on and I went to Discount Tires. Not only did they check all tires for nails etc, but they patched one tire, added the appropriate air pressure to all tires and reset the sensor on my vehicle. I went to the desk to check out and asked how much I owed them. They said that there was no charge. I asked why. Danny explained that Discount Tires does not charge for the services I received today. Again, based upon my experience with many people, businesses, etc over the years I again asked WHY? Danny said, We want our customers to be able to drive safely. I m so impressed that they actually have such high standards and value not only their customers but they value the company s integrity. On the way out of the door I glanced to the right of me and saw this sign hanging on the wall. Thank you Discount Tires! There s a huge storm expected in the area today and you were so kind, professional. You gave me the peace of mind knowing that if I need to travel today in case of an emergency I will not have any problems with my tires.

I hate to be writing this review but I am livid. I have had nothing but good experiences here and have recommended them to countless people. My sister had a tire blowout so sent her in, she had a bent wheel so I fixed that and went to change the spare tire out. They put different lug nuts on the spare, they were 2 piece lug nuts that were old and swelled up so I could not get the socket on. I called and they said they d give me new lug nuts, awesome. I got there and they said let me see if I need to break open a new pack or if we have some, he comes back and hands me the exact same lug nuts that they took off the car. In my opinion they did this on purpose because they saw vulnerable teenage girls and wanted to make an extra buck when she has to bring it back to them. I know one bad experience shouldn t change everything but I am extremely disappointed in the service they gave her and will no longer be taking my vehicles or recommending them to anyone. SEE PHOTO BELOW, YELLOW CIRCLE IS A LUG NUT FROM ANOTHER CORNER, YOU CAN SEE THE OTHERS ARE SWELLED.

Simply put poor service, I will never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone.Discount Tire is over priced all they do if put tires on the car.

Service was great purchased tires for 2 vehicles & a warranty is included for services performed. I did have to return because 1 of the tires didn't have enough air after installation but was resolved promptly the following day. The variety in prices & products were a plus!

Super friendly, reliable and fast with the services. I got my tire patched for free. If I ever have any issues with my tires in the future, I will definitely come back. The best tire shop in town.

Sent wife there to fix flat as I have bought multiple sets of tires and a set of wheels from them.The guy told her she needed a new wheel as hers was bent.Said they didn t have one but told me the exact model and color to get.so I found one on inet and about $375 later I get a call saying wrong color and i said I ordered exactly what I was told still have screenshot of conversation.Then the guy I talked to on phone said that I told him I couldn t find exact match.which I never said I mean I thought I had done good getting exactly what he saidAnyway they said they were going to check with Kia but I ve never heard backWon t be doing business there anymore

Patched our tire at no cost. In town working and found a nail. They were right across the street. Met me in the parking lot. Greeted me when I came back and knew which vehicle was mine without having to give my name! Some of the best customer service ever.

VERY pushy on windshield wiper blades being replaced. At least 1 person got upset saying he replaced his 2 weeks ago, and they replaced them here without his knowledge 2 different employees asked me if I needed mine replaced. Other than that, AMAZING customer service, was greeted the second I pulled in.

They had the tires I needed in stock and at a very reasonable price. My car was ready 1 hr before they had originally told me.I have been their a few times eith different vehicles and I have always have had great service

The online ordering requirement is terrible. The system offered installation appointments that weren t reasonable, so we picked a day/time further out. 30 minutes before the appointment, the store called to say oh the tires aren t here. We are working people, this is unacceptable. When the tires came in, and we went to get them installed, the Greenville Blvd staff couldn t have been any better. No matter how many different locations I visit all over our country, I have never been disappointed in the service I receive at Discount Tire. This store is no exception. This is where I go when I want a good deal with excellent customer service. Every single person I dealt with at this store was friendly, professional, and courteous. My third, four tire set at Greenville Discount Tire. Dustin and his crew did an amazing job and were very helpful and knowledgable. There was some speculation as to whether my order would actually fit and I had gone up several sizes due to a lift.They took the time to mount a tire, check for contact on the upper control arms, crash bars, and fender wells. They also let me view it, and we all agreed it looked very nice. While the rest was being completed they also helped me look into some wheels in the future.Having been a mechanic in the past, these folks are nothing but professional and personable. I greatly appreciate their attentiveness to detail and customer service. The new truck is now rolling on 35" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Another wonder job gentlemen!

I went in earlier this morning after discovering a large nail in my tire. All of the employees and managers that I interacted with provided excellent customer service. Thankfully, they were able to plug my tire and I was back on the road in 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is very nice and helpful! My appointment was fairly quick for a busy Saturday afternoon. I had nails in one of my tires and had to order a new one. Prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that they initially put my new tire on the wrong side and left the one with nails in it still on my car. I went right back in after discovering the mistake and they corrected it right away with apologies for the wait. Good service but they are very busy here and are constantly moving cars in and out, so just verify that everything looks good before you leave!
