So went to get a tire, and Edward done quick service yet poor work in that as I left the shop my low air sensor came on so I return and he added air to all my tires only for the tire in question to go low again before I could get back across town. I called Edward to see if I could get a full refund or partial refund and he began to stutter so I said just keep the $43. Here I sit at another tire company spending $143 for a new tire. Moral of this story is, you get what you pay for! No used tires for me periodT!

I needed a tire to get me home just before they were due to close and they took care of me and got me right in and charged me a very reasonable price for the tire and service. I will definitely be coming back to get tires from there.

Have been going here for over the last 4 years now, have always had an amazing experience. They have solid used tires for a fraction of the cost of new tires, if you come on a good day you may even get one that s barely used. I love the customer service here and have been able to bond with the employees over the years.I ve only ever had one issue here, one tire did still have a microhole that slowly leaked but I called them and they swapped it out for me! Amazing service and I highly recommend to anyone looking to have consistently decent tires on.The hours also need to be updated! I m here today in Saturday with it saying they re open however the gates are still closed. Not sure if the hours have changed or not but please update them.

Update: glad they were still open as everything in this damn stated closes early. Needed some air for my tire.I was so glad I was close when I had a tire issue. As usual they were fast, efficient and friendly

First time customer, but I will be back and tell others about them. They gave me a quality gently used tire installed at a very reasonable price.I called less than an hour before they closed expecting to make an appointment and was told they have a tire and could do it now. Customer service was professional and Courteous. They even picked out 2 tires and let me chose between the two. Nice job!

Worst place to go to get used tires. They put the right size on to being with then they try to say the warranty was up when we just got them Sunday. Don't go here people.

This is my second time coming to the shop, and I just want to say that the people who work here are very fast and efficient with their work. First time I came here was for a complete tire blowout, and the second time was for a simple flat tire replacement.They have very good prices on used tires, most of which are of practically new quality. They also offer a 30 day warranty on any of their tires that they put on your car, granted if you bring back the tire they put on.I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The car feels great, and they do quality work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick, and great tire replacement for a great price.

DO NOT GO HERE, unless you need a tire asap and only need it for about a week until you can get a new one. I ve been here twice. The first time I went: within a week the tire I got from them blew and the owner claimed it was from my alignment being off. Nothing was wrong with my alignment until I went to them. Unfortunately I had to go back to them because they are one of the only place open on Sunday and that so happened to be the day the tire blew and this time my alignment was just fine so it had to be them. This second tire I got from them has a slow leak in it. They will never get my money again. I don t care if they are my last option I will wait until other tire shop is open.

I bought two tires from here, and had the 30 day warranty, the worker told me the tire didn't come from the shop, even though I showed him where I had paid for two tires 13 days ago, but they didn't follow through with their warranty and wanted me to buy another one , no follow through on your warranties

Quick stop turned into amazing experience. What this shop may lack in external appearance it makes it all back with the amazing gentleman that assisted us, and his sweet tabby cat. The shop took care of us right away with great communication. Likely to return should we have any other car issues!

This place is AWESOME! They fixed my tire when other shops said it could be fixed! The nail I had in it was not on the side it was in the tread but all the other name brand shops acted like it was too close to the out side tread (which it was not!) This shop fixed it and it has held up just fine!I needed a used tire and the one I got here was just like new, the little rubber things that you see only on new tires was still on the used one. They were also very nice and price very reasonably. Very good customer service. I will use them from now on, they are my go to tire shop. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!!!!

These people are crooks who take advantage of women. Brought a supposedly new tire for over 60 dollar. While getting my inspection at precision (best place to go for anything) they informed the tire was bigger than the rest and doesn't have much tread. I went back and the man wouldn't give my money back or replace my tire. Very bad business and I will reporting this.

Went this shop this morning after my wife was told yesterday by two places that the tire should be replaced because the nail was stuck in a tricky part of the tire. Here in this shop I chose a tire at $50 including mounting, but after checking the tire, they said I didn't need to replace but simply fix it at $10. I think these guys are doing their business with honesty and therefore will come again later. My experience with this folks today was great especially compared to the one with brand mechanics including the dealer service.

After I went to 6 other big supposed to be "reputable" places. Nobody would install my 35x12.50R22 tires for me because I had 22 inch rims, which majority of nicer vehicle models have now, they all claim their machine could not do them. Even after I called all of them places and told them the sizes I had and they said yes. Then I drive all the way there just to be told no. So I finally found this place and called him..and he said they could do my size and I was like are you sure now before I drive there and he said yes. So I went and not only did he do them, he did it in less than 1.5 hours and for half the price the other places wanted to charge me. The customer service was great, prices, quality, and everything. Dont be fooled by the look of the place. It is an older spot but the work ethic and service is top notch! He will have all my work from now on.

The guys over there were nice and had a calm demeanor, no sense in having someone pushing something on you. They asked me if the used tire was good, I said yes, and they put it on within 15 minutes, from pulling up to pulling off. Was happy with the service, I am hoping my product lives up to that excellent service.

I had a damaged tire and needed just one replacement tire. These guys had just what I needed. It had about the same amount of tread as the rest of my tires and they installed it in about 15 mins. Different brand but at a glance you can't tell, so I saved $100+ over a new tire. I left work, got a tire for $38 bux, and was back at work within 45 mins. How can anyone top that? Oh, and don't go here expecting the royal treatment with free coffee, flat screen TVS, and cozy leather sofas. It's just a place to get cheap tires. And to those with the bad reviews, don't try to blame these guys for what seems to be normal wear and tear or maybe even your failure to maintain your vehicle.

A fraction of the price of new tires, but sometimes you get what you pay for. One of the tires I had just bought from Dickinson went flat the next day, they had to replace the stem but we had to pay for that service even though it was clearly sold to us that way. Also my lug nut covers were not replaced correctly and have since fallen off. I would still go here again, but I'd be much more watchful of the work being done to be sure it was done correctly

I purchased a tire 6/28 this morning I contacted them letting them know the tire went flat when I got off work same day I purchased the tire.The gentleman stated if I come back he would replace the tire. In order for me to get to work I had to purchase other tire from another auto stop in my hometown when I got to Dickinson the same guy says "he needs the old tire with the nail back in order to issue s refund"?When clearly he was present when I purchase the tire yesterday around lunch time I stated I left the tire with the nail at the old shop this is not 100% customer service and poor communication make sure to fully check your tires when buying them from this shop I won't return

Had a rear air suspension that was shot in a '97 Lincoln Town Car replaced here with a traditional spring suspension like most cars have. Price was very reasonable for labor as I had my own parts already. Was doing a break job ~6 months later (1/23/19) and noticed the new shock absorbers were not present, but the spring suspension was. Called the shop and the owner answered the phone. The owner stayed 3 hours after closing getting the job done by himself after tracking down the shock absorbers, with of course no charge. It's not an easy job.There was a communication breakdown before, which is what led to them not being installed. (The older ones were still working fine, but I wanted the new ones in there anyway, I don't think that was understood by a few of his crew) At first, I was scared I was out of luck, and upset, but the owner made all that go away. These guys really are honest, and after spending 3 hours with the owner after-hours, his work ethic and moral compass is obviously very strong to me. These guys aren't here to do you a disservice, not intentionally at least. Anyway, like I said, spent a lot of time watching owner do the job, and my trust has been 100% restored with this establishment. I will be back. He even took the time to look over other parts of the car, and repaired some minor things while the car was on the lift. Showed me what some parts were, and how they function. He checked to make sure all the essentials underneath were in working order. Essentially, I am a hands-on type, and he gave me a better understanding of how certain parts work (tire rods, ball joints, pitman rods, stabilizer bar and linkage, etc.)For more complicated jobs, I suggest you make sure the communication is established 100% on what is going to be done to the car. A big thanks to the owner, whose name I know I am probably misspelling - Mahkmood - car suspension is even better now. Noticeable difference. Thanks brother! Will call you soon regarding having that oil leak fixed! Hope you found your short 14mm wrench, lol.

three weeks ago i had just bought a ford escape & it needed two tires.my fianc� called Dickinson & it was almost 5pm & they stated they had one used tire the size we needed and he would have more in the following day.When we get there me and the baby sit in the car as the front left tire is changed. I've had many cars & many tires replaced but when he got done putting the tire on i didn't hear the machine tighten the lugs. When my fiance gets back in I tell him that im not 100% convinced the tire was put on correctly but he said that I was just speaking nonsense ,but as we pulled away the escape had a slight shake to it and i said it wasnt doing this prior to tire change but he didn't feel it im assuming because i was driving and it was on my side.The next day I drove to Wilson & back, truck shaking getting worse and worse. By the time I got to exit 59 on 264 E I saw and heard stuff flying off the front end of the car and then i lost control of the car and when i finally got enough control to pull over I saw 4 of the 5 lugs were gone and tire flat. I took the baby out the car and sat her in the car seat as I attempted to pull off flat. When I finally did I seen the lugs had shot off ,went through the rim ,shattering it and flattening the tire. I had to hire a flatbed to pull it home because a tow truck that i originally hired said it would ruin my transmission to pull it. I am a single mom of five children on a limited income . I had to use $150 for the flatbed and I could only afford to have 3 lugs and have the spare put on. I have to work so this morning is the first morning I have to go by Dickinson and show them the rim,flat tire and explain what happened in person. I've called twice and sent a email. If they accept responsibility for this then I will gladly add that to my review and recommend them to all but if they help me none then i will add that to my review as well.and recommend to no one.

Rang for a quote, as well as reassurance that my unique size was in stock. Made an attempt to conduct business in person at their location the following morning, only to be turned away & informed that they never actually had my size on hand when i inquired the day before.

Super quick. No bathroom really but was in and out in 15 min. Not expensive. Got two used tires and they were in great shape.

I Love Dickinson Ave. Auto And Tire. The Staff there are excellent And I love the affordable prices that they have for the tires. I've been there a few times, each time, I've had a great experience! As a matter of fact I'm going to go there today!

Called these guys ahead to make sure they had my tire in stock and when I got there, there were none in sight. The guy that helped me looked a bit, but it would be nice to check the inventory when I call so I don t waste time.

Fast, friendly service on a Saturday. Repairman corrected me on the service I needed and explained the difference between the 2 thereby saving me 15.00! Would definitely recommend and will be returning!!
