I came here for tire service I spoke to Jose before coming up he was friendly and professional. Everything here was handled in a timely manner and they took care of the issue I had.Highly recommend them.

My van was running hot so I pulled in to colony tire. Jose waited on me. He put water in my radiator and it ran out on the ground! I was stranded then, cause I live in Snow Hill! Jose actually gave me a ride home! They worked on my van and I am totally satisfied! Jose was my angel that night! Thank you! I will be back!

Thank you so much for taking 10 minutes right at 5pm yesterday to check my tire and then put on my spare - I really appreciated the assistance with no charge did I mention it was raining. Very much appreciated the help - way to go above and beyond.

Unfortunately, my 2pm appointment that I had my truck there for was forgotten by the shop. I came out from work (just a few miles away) around 5:30pm and quickly realized Colony never called me back and I was without a vehicle to get home (which was 45 miles away) and Colony was closed for the evening.I had to spend $40 just to get home.I m a long-time Colony Customer (about 15 yrs) and I have taken all of my vehicles there because it was so convenient to my work.I called the shop in the morning and they apologized up and down & said we will have ready early this morning. I scheduled about $35 to $45 worth of work to be done. The manager (I think) did not charge me for the work as I was stranded the evening before and paid $40 to get home.That s how it went. I ll certainly consider Discount Tire in the future as a price comparison and decide on that metric.

Dropped my car off before a road trip for service and got off work a little later then expected and they waited after 5pm for me to pick it up additionally the price was very reasonable

Looking for a place to trust to work on our vehicles, I tried colony tire, because their reviews were all mostly positive which got me to give them a try. I'm really choosy of the people and place who work on my cars. I just want to get what I pay for, quality work at a reasonable price. I went in for a oil and filter change and 4 new tires with an alignment.Colonies pricing was very fair and the service seemed good. While I was there I even got a price for a battery for our other vehicle. I also asked for my tire pressure to be at 34psi. After my car was done the service manager, went over my alignment results and told me that I needed to replace an adjusting arm, as I called it, he just showed me what it was and said this piece and explained what it did for the alignment. He said he will have to order it. I told him ok let me know what it would cost. This all was done Oct.13th over a week ago. That vehicle sat for 2 days after this work was done when I checked the tire pressure with a good quality pressure gage and all the tires were a different psi, 4 to 5 lbs higher than I asked. A tire place who sells tires who doesn't make sure your tire pressure is where it should be, is nuts. When I called to tell them, I talked to the service advisor and all she said was sorry.And on top of that I've never heard from the service manager about the part he was suppose to order. I think they may have to work on their customer service skills a bit...TO YOUR RESPONSE:It figures you would come up with a bogus reason why I didn't hear from you on ordering my part.I'd never say that I had to talk to my wife first when it came to taking care of our vehicles..just so you know..sounds like someone's trying to cover their_ _ _.........

Great service! Dropped my vehicle off to get 4 tires mounted/balanced and one of the take/offs put on the spare. They gave me a ride to work and called me an hour later saying it was ready! I picked it up during lunch. Easy peasy and all was good! Been using their service for years and never had any complaints. Thanks !

The service was amazing. Fast and friendly. Set an appointment and they were spot on at getting me in. Technically competent service crew and I loved that ! When you are there be sure to see the French Bull Dog Lou Lou.. she entertains folks. Very friendly atmosphere! I give them 5 stars !! Betsy Bunting /Greenville

We had told two other places what was going on with my daughters car and we had paid expensive amounts and nobody had fixed it yet and then we took it to colony after the third time when it put her down they had it ready the next day and it was very affordable they definitely have my business now

They are not professionals, I do not recommend them, they swept the screws off my tire and did not fix anything and now I have to pay to fix what they did.

Carried my 2500 up there to get it aligned pulled me back in the shop to show me exactly what was wore before alignment..that's trust they have my business here on out

Colony Tire delivered a good tire at a great price. They were professional and courteous. Even offering to go to my vehicle to retrieve registration when aware of mobility issues. 4 tires, alignment, balance, and inspection in less than an hour!

They took me on time and I was out of there at a very reasonable time. I will be using them for my auto servicing. I just moved to the area. First experience with another company was horrible. I was very impressed with Coopers. Thank you.

I have been receiving service from Colony Tires since moving to Eastern Carolina three years ago. Since receiving service from them I've had one unfavorable incident regarding my appointment not being secured. The appointment was changed but was not indicated on the books, this left me withoyt receiving services for two weeks after the rescheduled appointment. No one admitted to the claim, however I do know her name and I also know she's relatively a new employee. Besides this one mishap, I have never experienced anything but professionalism fast and accurate service from Colony Tires.

I'm from Washington and you'd think there'd be shops in my area that could help me, but they either act like they ain't got time or can't do it at all. This was my 4th trip here to Colony Tire, and service is always outstanding. The techs in the back are amazing and quick. I'd give 10 stars if it were possible. Great job guys and gals for keeping my tow truck up to par. I highly recommend yall and I will be back.

Everything went smooth. Ordered a tire online, setup an appointment to have a couple of things done. Was in and out in about 40 minutes. That was tire rotation, tire replacement, and a tire repair. Customer service always top notch. Have also used them in the last few months to put a tube in a tractor tire. Reasonable rates. I would recommend!

Another satisfying trip to Colony Tire, they diagnosed my AC issues on my 11 year old Silverado and fixed it, they have done all the maintenance on this truck since I bought it new and just went over 210,000 thousand miles. Stuff breaks and goes bad, I m just glad Colony tire has been there for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. My go to place for tires and repairs, currently have 6 vehicles and 7 trailers that they handle the tires and repairs for. Always up front and they back what they do. Been my repair/tire shop for over 25 years.

Easy getting a price quote, great support/knowledge finding an alternative tire size (mine were discontinued), and excellent timely service on the install. Would definitely recommend Colony Tire.

Excellent service as always! Thought I had a nail in my tire but turns out it didn t puncture the tire. Was willing to buy a new tire but after inspection they told me it wasn t needed. Got my alignment, inspection and tires balanced and on my way in about an hour. +1 for honest mechanics in Greenville!
