Great service, honest people! We came in from out of town to purchase a vehicle from a dealership in town. My husband wanted to do a pre purchase inspection and since this place had good reviews we took the truck to them and had them go over it before we bought it. They were very thorough and checked it upside down and backwards. They were awesome and I would highly recommend Carolina Tire & Auto!

I thought my tire needed to be patched but they found that it was the stem that needed to be replaced. They got it done within 5 minutes. Great service, great price!

I usually don t do reviews but I had to the front desk lady was nice & the man that changed my tire was nice as well. Thanks for being kind and for putting me on a new tire! Will definitely be back!

Really good people.. I went there on 10/14/23 and they were great. The workers and owners was down to earth and the prices were reasonable . I had my own new tires and rims to install for my bmw and they was finished less than one hour

Great service and very prompt. Had no problems getting the right tires for both cars at a great price. I ordered the right stems for my rims (with the built in sensor) and they put them in no problem for a great price.

Used to come here when it was reasonable. 90$ for a wheel stud that took 15 mins is a rip off. Provided the stud. Be wary. Last visit here. Owner must still be beating his wife and has more lawyer bills to pay.

My husband and I have taken both of our cars here for various things. We've found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. When faced with more complicated fixes, staff have explained all possible causes for issues without pressuring us to fix any more than we had to. Any issues Carolina tire couldn't fix they've provided suggestions on places that could fix it. I highly recommend this shop.

They sold me a patched used tire and when I returned from Washington all they did was plug it again and to think I was going to get a alignment I'll pass men do women any kind of way most importantly some just do black people any kind of way

From Hello to Goodbye my experience was great. I was a little skeptical heading here when my tire went flat, but they did great. They informed me I couldn t get my tire patched, and showed me on my tire why. The Receptionist was also very friendly. They were able to get me in to the shop within 5 minutes of pulling into the parking lot. I would recommend this place to friends!

Although, they were short handed they put air in my tires and found the bolt that was causing the problem. They told me they could plug the tire the next day, since it was almost closing time.

This place was the absolute worst, extremely unprofessional and had absolutely no respect or regards for my time Came in for a simple break and rotor replacement arrived a little before 10 am, there was only me and 2 others waiting when I arrived , I had to wait over 3 hours for a job that literally only takes 1hour-hour and a half at most , I watched multiple other customer come in get serviced and leave even though I was there hours before they were, after sitting and waiting for over an hour and a half I was told that my car was being finished up and I would be done shortly, sadly that was not the case I ended up sitting outside for an additional hour and a half watching my Car just sit there without being worked on just ultimately wasting my time this has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy it doesn t even deserve 1 star

Just didn t like the long wait time of getting an oil change. Legit business; however, it shouldn t take as long for an oil change.

I do enjoy coming here but I hate the sometimes disorganization that comes from your typical mom and pop shop. But on a serious note, I HATE having to repair things that body shops break and don t tell you. Other than that, shoot your shot with them
