I called Carolina Collision Repair on the morning of September 28 about some scratches I had on the finder of my car. They told me to bring it in that after. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They buffed the scratches out while I was there. Did an EXCELLENT job. The really surprising part to me was They didn't even charge me. I would highly recommend you taking your car there for any body work needed. Thank you Mr. Piper and staff. !!!!!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I had a great experience with Carolina Collision! After receiving my initial estimate and turning my car over for the repairs, my car was finished and ready for pickup within the same day. Great friendly staff and willing to work with you! Thank you

Initially, I went for an estimate. Bubba rendered a written estimate...within 1-2 weeks, he'd forgotten about it? I was asked to returned and he gave a totally different guesstimate/estimate? It was an extreme inconvenience..Needless to say, first impressions are NOT always lasting! Thanks, but no thanks...#notimpressed

A staff member (Bubba) was quite patient with my questions and concerns re: my car. He was very business oriented and shared the best action for me to take.My insurance adjuster deemed my vehicle a loss whereas I needed not to have CC to do the repairs .

I wish I could give no stars!Oh the details of my experience. I will never ever use this shop again, and I am telling all of my friends and the mechanic that suggested them as well!A job that was scheduled to take 3 days plus ordering parts, 7 days total estimated, took 27 days. They ended up having to cover my rental because they still didn't have my car ready at day 30 when the insurance stopped covering it. The repair was less than $3,000.00 and only my front end was damaged from a hunting dog. So bumper, radiator, ac etc. nothing major.When I dropped my car off they did say it would be the end of the next week before they could work on it. No problem, but that alas was not the case. It was only a week.They constantly ordered the wrong parts, they blamed the insurance company but honestly you run a repair shop, you should do better.The updates I got when I called were, we are working on it. My insurance company got so fed up with them, they sent the appraiser back out to check on the car.Then I get my car back and they were supposed to detail it, said they were doing it 2 hours before I picked it up, LIES!! It had cob webs and weather stains on the outside and all they did inside was vacuum and wipe the dash down. Nothing else.It seems like this is a good ol boys shop and if you are not in the circle, well you are out. Also they are closed half day on Friday, seems to me if you are that behind on your work a little overtime might help!It should not have been that stressful.It should not have been that hard.Super disappointed in this company and their customer service.

Would leave 10 stars if I could. The brothers that run this shop are TOP NOTCH. When I wrecked my vehicle, I had so many problems with other shops in the Greenville area. But Bubba and Kevin at Carolina Collision were my saving grace!! I was paying for a rental out of pocket after wrecking my car, and they got my car in SO quickly after other shops told me I d essentially have to be without my car for an entire summer...because it would be weeks before they were even able to work on it. Everyone else was either too busy for me, or just didn t care. These guys got my car in as quickly as possible, (VERY quick), got it worked on and had it back to me in under two weeks for a $5,000 repair. They told me I would only pay my deductible when they were finished with my car, and there was a smile on my face! I haven t seen customer service like theirs in YEARS. They were both so concerned, and so genuinely caring about my situation and the problem I was having! Especially as a female, most auto body shops treated me poorly. But not Kevin and Bubba. I got treated with the UTMOST respect, from beginning to end. And my car looked, and worked FANTASTIC when I picked it up. ZERO complaints. If you have any issues with your car, need a car fixed, got into an accident, what have you. PLEASE take your money, and your business here! You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!

Please don't give this place your business! They are the worst! I went to get a quote for how much my car would cost to get fixed and they fixed my car without my authorization! Then bubba had a nasty attitude and was down right rude about them being in the wrong! You have the right to look around for the best place when it comes to fixing your vehicle but this place is definitely NOT IT! They kept my car and caused me not to have transportation for a whole month..mind you I have a full time job so because of their lack of professionalism I had to get a rental at my expense! This place is no good, and the staff is rude and disrespectful! They are all about the money! But they will never get mine again!!!!

Bubba pretended to be concerned about the insurance not settling with me. He suggested that I not let them pick it up until they settle. Well since the insurance company was playing their game of who is really at fault it turned into a long wait. Bubba was getting concerned about how he was going to get paid. So he was never concerned about me he was only wanting make a little money off the deal.I contacted my insurance company and told everyone not to pick up the car until Friday...but I guess Bubba was so desperate for his $1450...that he said the hell with her getting her things out. I got my money..... y'all can take her truck. Guess what God don't like ugly...so we'll see how much longer they stay in business. But hey people seem to get away with everything now..so I guess it's okay to steal. As long as it's so you can get ahead.Don't trust them...not even to tow your stuff.

I was referred to this business by a friend. Found the owner there very knowledgeable & extremely helpful in giving me an estimate on my repair. Also he even directed me to another place of business that might be helpful in this repair.
