I do NOT recommend Caliber Collision in Greenville NC! When I got my truck back there was a dent that wasn t there before, trash in the paint, bolts not bolted down, one bolt chipping the paint off because it is sticking out and hitting part of the tailgate, and damage to my tonneau cover. When I went back and pointed out the dent, Terry at caliber collision tried to convince me the dent was supposed to be there. He said it was part of the manufacturing process from where the metal is stamped. Terry said he would call me later that week about making things right. I have not heard anything from him. I emailed Johnathon, who did the original appraisal and emailed it to me, about what had happened. He emailed me back and said to give him a call. I replied to his email and have not heard back. If you don t care about your vehicle and how it looks, then caliber collision is definitely for you. If you value your vehicle, its appearance, and functionality then DON T go to Caliber Collision in Greenville.

Caliber Collision has repaired two vehicles for me within two years. Both repairs were completed with excellent results. The paint match is almost imperceptible. The repair shop sent many text messages with repair progress during the process. On my first repair, the cable connecting the vehicle's horn was not reconnected during the repair. I was able to bring the vehicle to the shop without an appointment, make them aware of the issue, and have it corrected immediately without question or cost. I highly recommend Caliber Collision as a repair shop to anyone that asks me where I had my repairs done.

Caliber collision was professional & speedy Caitlin was fantastic to work with! While I was there, I took notice of her hard work. She assisted me, other customers, & helped out other employees while I was there and she did it all with a smile that lights up the room! Her welcoming and friendly demeanor set the tone for some great 5 star customer service!

Very Happy with repairs I had 2 doors replaced and quarter panel repaired after a side impact everything lined up doors close perfectly the color match is perfect the customer service is excellent John kept me informed throughout the process Receptionist is pleasant and helpful my vehicle was clean when I picked it up and my vehicle was completed within a reasonable amount of time I will and do recommend Caliber Collision it is worth the wait to get your car fixed at CaliberWhile my vehicle was in for repairs, I had them repaint a part that another local Bodyshop had painted under warranty for a local Dealership the part color did not match my vehicle it was orange my vehicle is a red pearl metallic Caliber was able to repaint and it now matches the rest of my vehicle.

Immediately after our accident, I called our Hyundai salesman, Anthony, who recommended only one body shop and it was Caliber Collision. Our experience with Caliber Collision was excellent and completely stress-free. Our Caliber representative, Jonathan Dodaro, kept us informed every step of the way. He was utterly professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the repairs needed and performed. They did such an excellent job that my car looks exactly like it did the day I drove it off the showroom over 5 years ago. Horrible experience . Trust me they rude, unprofessional. They made me reschedule work to pick up my car many times when it's wasn't available . It's been almost 4 months. My car broke the logo and sensor not working. And then damaged it Overheat . They want me to apologize them because my car fix only cost 7k to fix but because of overheating they had to bring it it's somewhere else to fix and cost 35 thousand dollars.they cost me a lot of time and affect my work because of their lack of professionalism. they are practicing on my car .When they dropped off my car at Mercedes Benz they didn't mention anything about the Sensor .They blame on me because my car got overheat . He said maybe because you made another accident before this accident.Is it make sense???No matter what when I dropped off my car . Your Job your service is find out what is the damage and fix it . This handled my car after the car accident. My car front right headlights was really damaged badly where the front part had detached from the hood and bottom part. It was a mess and ugly. A man name Peter Habashi had it fixed like it was brand new again. I was very pleased with the outcome. He was very nice and very understandable about fixing my car. This man loves cars and it showed it by fixing my whip up like it never been in an accident. The paint job was great. The wax job and till this day looks great. This establishment knows what they are doing. If I could give a 10+ I would. Great job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

1I am not happy. Got my car back and found multiple things wrong with it. The hood on the car is to small. They lie bout taking my engine cover off to make the hood work. My car is brand new, They claim they didn't touch the engine cover. You can clearly tell it was taking off and not replaced. The hood is shaking as I drive the car like it's bout to come off. My door panel is not put on right. I have air coming thru the door panel as I drive it. My truck button doesn't work when they replaced everything. They tired to give me the car back with a broken window seal and cracks in the paint. You guys are the worst and clearly don't care bout people cars. My car had 10,000 n damages and to not be fix right is clearly wrong. I highly recommend nobody using this place for car repairs. (Greenville NC Location)

In short : This business is outright evil. If you are looking for an estimate do not give them insurance details. Once they have it they are in control and they and the insurance company will do whats is best for them not what is best for you. Just because I had a disagreement , they low balled and forced an estimate on me which they had no intention to honor later . Why ? So insurance will pay me less and they do not have to make repairs at that price.Long story: My car was rear ended by GMC SUV and insurance wanted me to take it to them for estimates and repair. After inspection I asked them if they have opened the trunk they said they did not and will not open it. The reason is that insurance deducts points from them after 30 days of car rental so they wanted to declare my car "safe to drive" even if they know that is not the case. Opening my trunk will immediately render my vehicle unsafe so they will not touch it even if it poses risk of opening abruptly while being driven. I accepted the fact that I will not get a rental and patiently waited for the estimate. Which to my surprise seemed very low. But what got me is when Andrew (desk manager) said that the supervisor (Jonathan Cooper) asked them to not service my car. I asked them the reason and they said we had too many "mis-understanding". When I asked why did he do the estimate and lock the rate when they had no intention to service my vehicle. He said they had to do it for the insurance also it doesn't matter wherever I go the insurance will see this estimate and I have to get all my repairs done at that price. I realized what they did to me. They forced an estimate on me which they had no intention to honor .

Caliber Collision did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle, and their level of customer service was unmatched! Mr. Terry communicated with me consistently throughout the repair process and both he and Cooper (manager) went out of their way and waited for me to pick up my car after not making it on time before closing hours due to being stuck at the airport they also check in my rental as well.My car looks as good as new and they went above and beyond. Terry was the associate who assisted me and he was great! The entire staff was very nice and polite. My car was fixed from an accident a few days before it was supposed to and they even offered me accommodations considering I had surgery and wasn t able to drive yet. 10/10 I def recommend !!

Happy with the work done to my car just hate to get the same update for several weeks, very satisfied with Mr Peter customer service! After picking up vehicle Automatic start and auto lock wasn t working but they did stand on business and took care of things, so I m thankful for services. Excellent customer service. I came to get a quote on my car that was hit, it turned out it was mostly paint from the other car and a very nice older man named Terri came out and turned out it could just be wiped off which he did without hesitating or charging us. My vehicle was hit by a deer, the Dealership and some friends suggested I use this shop as they do a top quality repair. Normally I have another shop that handles all my repairs, however the reviews and support of the dealership made my decision clear. My vehicle was repaired by this shop the repairs were completed quicker than they initially estimated. When I picked up my vehicle I almost didn't recognize my car, it looked better than when I initially purchased it. I was very impressed, I couldn't even tell it was damaged. The staff was wonderful and professional the office was clean and well maintained. The best part is that the work they did perform comes with a lifetime warranty on the repairs. I am going to suggest that any of my friends and family who require body work come to this shop. Job was horrible they had to correct multiple times, paint had runs in it. They pulled my car out thinking I was going to take it and they didn't even put my emblem back on. Customer service lady extremely rude to my husband. Will never use them again!!! How do you call me to say it's ready and when I get there you tell me it's not. Wasted a lot of time! Caliber Collision has a super professional team. The entire process was easy and straight forward. Their facilities were clean and their office staff was very hospitable. They answered all of my questions about the process, kept me updated the entire time, and finished the repairs a couple of days early which was awesome. When I picked up my car, they again answered all of my questions and were all very kind and knowledgeable.
