Been dealing with Cody since he started working for Mazda. He is a great addition to the staff. Industrious, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and respectful. His mannerisms are truly welcomed at your dealership. To be honest, service (Cody) is the reason I come to Mazda and not a secondhand establishment. Thanks for acquiring such a model employee.

Loved the total package of the Mazda crew. From the sales person Calvin, Dwayne the manager to Cody in the service department. They all worked as a team to make my experience exceptional. Also helpful was Michael accounts and Ethan with technical assistance. So glad we did business with Brown & Wood!!

I called that morning and they got me in within 3 hours. I did not buy my vehicle from them but they still gave me a loaner while mine was being serviced. They also provided text message updates on the progress. I will definitely use them again.

My latest visit to Brown & Wood Mazda was outstanding. When a Sales manager made sure your new car has a full tank of gas the license plate has the correct screws which he purchased and the valve stems had covers replaced. That's awesome SERVICE. Thank.

Best service and sales people I ever came across. They don't bully, over price or try to finesse you out of your money! Calvin is the best and works with you to get what YOU want and can afford! I love him and my 2018 Cadillac XT5.

I took my 2011 SRX to be fixed. It was fixed but 100 miles later the check engine light came back on. I explained to Anthony my situation. He carefully listened and put me in touch with Tony Hand. My car was fixed and drives beautifully! Thank you Brown and Wood!

After driving around a truck that was older than me, I needed something new, safe, and easy to drive! Knowing nothing about cars, the customer service was very helpful and informative about every option available! Jerome Edmond is THE best! If there are any issues or concerns he always responds quickly and is super helpful! I had the best experience at Brown & Wood! Ask for Jerome, you won t regret it!

My husband and I had been looking within a two hundred mile radius of our home in Virginia Beach, Virginia to find the specific vehicle we were looking for (2024 CX5 Turbo Premium in Mica Blue). After finding a match at Brown & Wood Mazda, I sent over an inquiry and Stacy responded. Although that vehicle didn't work out ("in transit with no definite date of arrival"), Stacy worked with Dwayne and they found an alternate (even better - higher end model, Turbo Signature in Mica Blue) for us and worked some serious magic to get us into it. This team TRULY works together to make the customer feel like a priority and to put the deal together. I consider myself to be a hard negotiator, and Stacy and Dwayne worked with us and gave us a really good deal on our new vehicle. We drove 141 miles each way to go to this dealership to purchase our new car from them, bypassing all of the local or closer Mazda dealers to buy from them. Stacy and Dwayne did all of the preliminary paperwork to be ready for our arrival since we were traveling so far to buy from them, and had us ready to meet Micah, who finished the financing portion of the deal (with no pressure or games, what a welcomed touch to the finish line). He had us sign and out the door. We were at the dealership, start to finish in less than two hours. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM FOR MAKING OUR REPLACEMENT 2024 MAZDA CX5 TURBO SIGNATURE BUYING EXPERIENCE SUCH A PLEASURABLE ONE (we replaced our 2019 with a newer model). We would make that drive again and again to work with such a wonderful team of professionals. We will see you next year when its time to change the oil and get some more of that great Carolina bbq!! My Husband and I came into Brown and Wood/GMC Truck sales to see what our trade ins were worth and to see what kind of deals we could get. We met Joshua he was Fantastic. Knowledegable, friendly, NOT pushy, very engaging and easy to work with. Through the entire process he was right there for any questions or concerns and basically was patient until we reached the deal we were happy with. The sales team at Brown & Wood was awesome! Frank was my salesman and did an excellent job with helping me find the car that I wanted. But Micah S., the finance manager, was awesome! I had some issues with the car I originally purchased so I had to return it. When I was able to arrive it was right at closing. Micah stayed over 2.5 hours to ensure that I walked away with a car, not just any car, but something that I really loved and could afford. He really worked hard on my behalf and I really appreciate everything he did for me. He was very patient and never once tried to rush me because of the time. The customer service that Micah provided to me that night was beyond excellent. He went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for all that he did for me. I will be recommending everyone that I know that is looking to purchase a car to go to Brown &Wood. If I could give 10 stars I would because I was very pleased and is still in awe on the superb customer service I received! I have never felt as comfortable at a car dealership as I did at Brown &Wood. I never felt as if I was being hustled into making a purchase I wasn't comfortable with, instead I was satisfied and felt they had my best interest in mind. Thanks Brown &Wood for making this car buying experience a wonderful one!! You guys rock!!

I have owned two mazdas, one who has required a little extra attention! Cody in the service department never fails to go above and beyond in helping me and my family. He has on multiple occasions gone above what needed to be done to make sure everything is right for my car. One of the only reasons i have remained a customer at this mazda dealership is Cody! He deserves a major shoutout!

Excellent service and customer care.I brought my car into Cadillac to address a couple of warranty issues that I was concerned with and the staff was both patient and attentive. They kept the car all day and I got a report back on each line item that I had concerns with, they updated the software and I was just delighted overall.I would gladly, and without hesitation recommend this dealer.

Thomas, Rob and Mike got me a new GMC truck to my door in less than 24hrs and I m in upstate NY!
