Good service & good prices. Had cell phone battery in stock where Best Buy had to order. Service tech was right on with timing. Actually called to let us know he was held up with phone repair before us . Will visit again!

Definitely go to this store!Excellent customer service!!Had to change truck battery in the parking lot. Would not have been possible without Ronnie!ECheerfully brought out some tools and got it done in 2 minutes!Old school customer service that is very rare these days!!!

Stopped by to drop off batteries for recycling. Was told by the person at the desk you can just throw those away - they don t have mercury in them. Really?!?!? I could just throw away paper and plastic, too - no mercury there, either - but that would defeat the whole point of recycling. I left in disgust.

Purchased a battery for my vehicles fob in June. This past weekend my vehicle displayed a warning got message that the battery needed to be changed.I proceeded to the BP store at which time was told that the battery is still good despite vehicle warning on dashboard. Owner claimed to blow particles from inside battery case, and said that was the reason for the misread . He proceeded to test the fob s buttons which responded. Car was parked directly in front-no more than 15 feet away so therefore it will respond accordingly. I was encouraged to return to swap out battery if the vehicle s warning returned. Needless to say upon starting my car, the warning returned. I decided to wait a day to see if the situation would improve. When it did not, I returned to the BP store, I spoke with the owner who refused to replace my battery. I mentioned that the same situation was occurring with both fobs. He was only interested in trying to sell me a new battery.Long story short I paid $12 for a battery that lasted about two months. Felt even foolish after speaking to coworkers who advised that for what BP charges . I can get up to six batteries, and then some elsewhere via online or in the community. I can certainly fathom as to why businesses fold frequently because of selectively poor customer service. Very disappointing as I have made numerous purchases this year alone including the ridiculously marked up lifetime replacements.I guess you live and learn. Customer service is only as good as your most recent purchase. Make no mistake. I have no problem paying for a service, but a customer should not feel that they have been taken advantage of.

Whatever batteries you need are here. Just ask for Jeff and about the $21.99 lifetime battery warranty. Never go dead again .

Brought my watch in today that needed a replacement battery. John had me in and out in 10 minutes and with a lifetime warranty!Excellent customer service!

I've been dealing with this Batteries Plus location for a few years now, on a regular basis, and I've had very positive interactions with the owner and all employees that work there.If they don't have what I need and they know where to send you, they will direct you to where you can get what you want, this is very much appreciated!!!!!!!! mcc

During a thunderstorm my computer battery backup failed. I took it in, prepared to spend $200 on a new one. The staff tested my backup and determined that it was fine and that it was the battery that was damaged, even though it was still holding a charge. I bought a new battery and the backup is working now. They could have just sold me a new backup instead of taking time to find the real problem--that is superior customer service! I'll definitely shop here again.

William was an excellent sales rep. I watched him as he waited on the older lady in front of me. Some folks just don't have what it takes to provide great customer service but William is not one of those people. This guy know how to provide excellent customer service! Great job William!

Will always provides exceptional service but today he really went above when I came in during r!ush hour after work and he replaced my battery. It is service like this that keeps me coming back to batteries plus!

I had such a horrible experience at the Batteries plus on Greenville Blvd. I purchased key fob battery for installation, changed my mind and wanted to purchase the bath and install it myself. The cashier agreed and offered a refund. She must have been new and didn t know how to complete the transaction. She asked her co-worker William for help. He came in and began to tell me he was not giving me a refund, I received the service and so forth. Invited me to leave the store all without fully understanding what went on prior to his entry into the conversation. He was threatening belligerent and nasty. The young lady was very apologetic and appeared horrified. Customer service not existent. I asked for the managers name and contact information which William refused to supply. It was very disheartening. I will never patronize this establishment again. This guy should never be allowed to service customers!

William at Batteries Plus was incredibly efficient in analyzing and offering product options, explaining the benefits clearly of the premium product and offering premium service. A very friendly guy working for a good retailer.

I must give this company a 5-star rating. My car broke down and I had it towed to them and I was certain to have brought my battery from them however after learning I bought it from somewhere else Alyssa the store manager was very helpful in Lincolnshire everything was taken care of. I know I only recommend them for batteries for your car but other accessories for your home!

A member of our Church recommended that we go to Batteries Plus Bulbs when our Trailblazer decided to declare its battery dead. I am so glad that we did. The entire process was perfect, from beginning to end. Ordered online on Thurs night, got confirmation on Fri AM, needed to change installation from Fri to Sat, no problem at all. This store is the role model that all retail companies should strive to achieve.

First visit and the store was clean and very well organized. Went for a replacement battery for my daughter s ride on car. Customer service was awesome! Will definitely shop here again. Did I mention they have a small clearance section that was worth a second look? Money saved!

I ordered a battery online to pick up in store only to have to wait 10 minutes for 3 associates to figure out how to refund a $6 core charge. The battery works well so far. More training is definitely needed. Customer service was good overall.

I found a way to get my car battery replaced under warranty from another place and the guy did not hesitate to give me a refund. He was incredibly nice and helpful. I wish I could remember his name but he represents you well. So, I bought something I didn't really need right away as a thank you.

I just installed the battery in my motorcycle yesterday, works great so far. Lets see how many years it last, hoping a long time.The one gentleman in the store that I talked to on the phone was very misleading as I had researched the battery I wanted online.He as is normal now did not know much about his products.I will add that the others in the store were nice and seemed knowledgeable........the luck of the draw.But I ordered online and just picked up in the store and saved 10% doing that and really did not have to deal with him much. Though I did request a new in the box battery, not one that had been opened and on the shelve for who knows how long

I know Batteries Plus as a place to get unique batteries. When my phone screen cracked on Thanksgiving Day, Batteries Plus showed up as a place to get it repaired, which I wasn t aware of. I made an appointment online, and my phone was good as new in less than an hour! Also a discount for scheduling online. The staff there was also very helpful and courteous.

I had a wonderful experience at batteries plus bulbs. Bradley was so helpful. The whole team really went out of their way to answer questions for me. My car key was $300 at the law and only $80 at this shop. They really go above and beyond! The manager Matt took time on his day off to come out to help me with my key.

Great customer service, friendly staff.I know repairing a phone takes the skill and patience of a watch maker.I give them credit for making sure everything was working with my phone before closing the ticket. Great job Batteries Plus Bulbs of Greenville.

Your online ordering with store pickup was very easy and the 10% discount was very helpful. And along with the $10 rebate, it brought the price close to other places (Sam's etc) I checked on. But the main reason for the '10' was the service by the young man who had the batteries waiting for me behind the counter, answered all my questions and then carried the batteries to my truck. My old feeble arthritic hands appreciated that very much. It all went down so fast there was not time for me to catch his name. He was guy on duty on 4/23/2020 around 2:00 PM.... Thank you! Now I hope the batteries hold up; I've owned boats for over 45 years, and never had Duracell Marine batteries. My last boat had six, 4-D truck batteries. I got nearly 9 years out of each set! I am curious to see how well the Duracell do... I don't expect 9 years, but I hope to get 3-4 years as I have gotten with my DeKa Marine batteries....

I was at a nearby store when my battery died in my car. I didn t have any tools with me and my wife was over 30 minutes away. Brad and Tim were extremely helpful with the purchase and installation of a new battery for my car. I would highly recommend them.

They were amazing. I went to go get my phone fixed because it was cracked everywhere & they fixed it perfectly and it only took an hour and a half. I will definitely be coming back here next time. I highly recommend stopping by Batteries Plus Bulbs. They ll do you some good.

Well done as usual! I had a battery and connectors that were extremely corroded and the employee spent over an hour and a half working to loosen all the "frozen" connectors. We both kept apologizing, him for the time it was taking and me for bringing such a difficult battery. I was pleased with the work and pleasantly surprised at the employee's willingness to resolve the issue, no matter the time and effort required!

Got stuck in a pinch needing a new battery just a couple hours before I had class. Matthew was very helpful and polite and I feel like went out of his way to take care of me and get me to class on time. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new car battery!
