Alec in service saved the day!. I Came in to fix my review mirror that came loose after just purchasing a brand new Accord a couple weeks ago. He was very polite and personable. He was efficient and got me in same day. He offered me a shuttle ride to help with the wait. Benny was wonderful and ensured i arrived to my destination safety. Great experience. Thank you for the excellent customer service

Justin handled my transaction(needed a new battery) and the cost plus labor was very reasonable. They were courteous and quick. The service took less than an hour and he was knowledgeable about my vehicle and showed me some things I was unaware of. I am very pleased by the professionalism and attention to detail shown by this business.

This service center really goes above and beyond for their customers, I needed to have a part put in my car the other day but I could only go after 5. Without hesitation I was offered the opportunity for Honda to come to my work pick up my car, fix it, and bring it back to me. This was much more work on their part and much less on my part. Not only did they bring my car back within 2 hours but they also completed a multi point inspection and an exterior car wash. I will definitely be going back to this Honda Service Center for all of my car needs I really appreciate the great customer service and everyone who works here!!Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

Went to service department to have grandson's trunk latch checked. Ben in service helped us. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Told us what needed to be done and showed us the parts department. Delt with parts rep Michael. Also very helpful and knowledgeable. Part ordered and appointment set up to bring car back the next day to have part installed. I was very impressed with not only the service but the compassion and concern shown by each of the employees. Looking forward to our return trip for the repair needed.

This is just the best place to do business! They all make you feel like you are family and provide top notch service before, during and after your purchase. Recently purchased my second car from them and very pleased with not only our vehicle, but the service is stupendous!!! Highly recommend Mr. Monte Wlliams if you are considering a new car purchase. He will do right by you, not just the day you buy, but follows up periodically to make sure all is going well. All the staff is superior in both service and friendliness. Love this dealership!!! Whenever I need repairs or oil changes for my truck, I come here. They re very dependable, customer service is excellent, and they do good quality work. Although I bought a used Toyota truck (which I adore) from here, they have technicians that are knowledgeable of all makes. I always like coming to the dealership for repairs especially since they order and install OEM parts.Service: A/C installation & repair

I recently turned in my leased vehicle and purchased a 2014 Civic with the unprecendented help of Allen Trueblood, Reggie Stevenson and Wayne. I had an issue because I had a leased vehicle and was putting way too many miles on it. Allen Trueblood was the salesman that helped me get my leased vehicle, so I emailed him and let him know about my dilemma. Now when I say he immediately started to work on finding an alternative for me, I really mean it. He set me up with Reggie Stevenson, who was extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. Long story short, I got an amazing deal on my brand new Civic and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome!Most people are weary when they are approached by salesmen on car lot. I used to be one of those people. The great thing about these men at Barbour Hendrick is the fact that they truly work to find the deal that is best for your needs. As a single mother, graduate student, and part time worker, my finances are tight and these gentlemen worked out a reasonable payment for me which included gap insurance AND a care plan. My family and I are lifetime customers of this dealership!

Drop a friend off to pickup his car . Very professional service staff . The estimated cost of repairs was extremely expensive. My friend is going to another repair shop.
