My first car dealership purchase was amazing from the moment I stepped foot out of my vehicle. NED greeted me in the parking lot and saw that I was seeking interest in one of the vehicles. He greeted me as if I knew him forever. From that moment I knew I had also met a great friend. There was knowledge about the vehicle is if it was his own. The complete walk around, start up, test drive and signing was a memorable experience. NED is a fantastic salesman that answered all of my questions and provided excellent services to my needs. Complementary items also was a great addition. There was no extra pressure to make the purchase or to use in house financing. All of my options were given to me and everything was done so that we were both happy. NED s MGR. was also very helpful as well as friendly. I will rate my entire experience a 10/10 I would also Thank/recommend NED and the Barbour Hendrick Honda team of Greenville N.C. For their excellent service.

I visited Honda of of Greenville yesterday looking for a car. This was my first car from a dealership, and I was a bit nervous going in. Eric was my salesman and he was extremely helpful. Will definitely work with you and your budget to get you the car that fits your needs. Everyone in there was just extremely nice and I walked out with a nice Honda civic. Great people, great business. I would recommend anyone to this dealership.

Best dang auto dealer/mechanic in Pitt County. I get all of my auto work done here on any vehicle I ve ever owned. Currently have a 2019 Tacoma and I prefer coming here over the dealership down the street. Nice people. Clean showroom/waiting area. And great coffee!! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This was the best Honda Dealership I have ever been to!! I moved here from TN. Airport Honda In Alcoa TN can t even come close to the fantastic customer service and work performed on my vehicle!! I went in for a service on my Honda CRV and Alec was great!! He was so helpful, polite, funny and let me know what all I needed. He also didn t pressure me. Ben helped me with my key fob on changing out a battery. Everyone was so nice and helpful!! Plus they have a coffee machine that does everything !!I was very impressed with this dealership and will always take my car there!! I highly recommend you all!! Thank you for a wonderful experience especially from you Alec!! And kudos to the service staff too!!

Derrick W. Was a great guy to deal with and easy going. I d probably buy another car from him with no hesitation. This dealer like all Hendrick dealers are the reason people distrust the car buying process. The finance manager was rude, condescending, and just plain unpleasant to deal with. I feel terrible they didn t make a dime on the sale according the the finance guy . Like please who hasn t heard that weak one liner before. My hats off the act of charity they are doing for the public. Time for a shower.

I bought my first Honda todayNed was my salesman. Ned is very knowledgeable about Honda. He went over everything with me about my car and even told me in the future that if I have any questions, I should not hesitate to call him. He isn't pushy, and he doesn't make you feel like you are wasting his time just looking at cars. I highly recommend Ned. He is an awesome salesman, and it was a pleasure buying my car with him.

I purchased my Pilot within the last month and had two concerns which were addressed quickly and professionally by the folks at Barbour-Hendrick Honda of Greenville, NC. The service department is top-notch. Even put me in a loaner while my vehicle was being worked on. 10/10 recommend.

The guy who helped me find a car was AMAZING! He was really nice and worked with my budget! I m a college kid and it can be hard to effectively find something that s going to last at the quality you want and I know for sure, Josh, who was the person who helped me gave me a great quality car for a great price. Not only did he work late to make sure that I was satisfied and went home with my new car, but he worked with me multiple days to see what would be the best fit to fit my budget and for my needs along with my as well. I recommend him to anyone buying a car used or new I think he would be a really really good fit!

I went in to get my car worked on, and the salesman (Eric Batchelor) was one of the best salesman I ve ever dealt with. He went out of his way to help me get a trust worthy car, Nigel that worked into the service department was truly sympathetic when he told me what all was wrong with the car that I had driven there to get worked on. Well as it turns out I ended up buying a Honda Accord Hybrid, Eric really helped me out getting my payments were I could afford. Got to Barbour-Hendrick Honda if you won t trust worthy company and the best staff anyone could ask for!! Thank you all for being so nice and honest with me.

I was having an oil leak issue for a couple of months, and after the mechanic I had do some work on my engine didn't give me any input I decided to drop my car off for an examination. I was initially told that It would take about 2 hours, maybe a little less, and So I shuttled home to wait. Come 6 hours later I still had not heard anything and had to call down to the dealership to find out what was up. The automated notice system did not function. I go down there and the mechanic has said that the oil pan is leaking and the threads on my oil plug are stripped so I need a new pan - $1000 according to them. $650 just for the labor if I buy the part myself. They have a video that points out everything the mechanic says needs to be fixed, cool.I'm not comfortable paying that much without knowing for sure what's going on, so I go under the car myself later. The oil plug was loosened and just needed to be tightened up.I got two calls from the dealership after offering to lowball purchase my car to trade in. Avoid this place if you have any option to whatsoever.EDIT: I have no interest in contacting your general manager. You have my number, as evidenced by the multiple times I was called and offered to trade in my car after this ordeal. I am perfectly happy washing my hands of Bob Barbara Honda.

Absolutely the best service department I've ever been to. My advisor was Michelle who kept me informed the entire time. They went above and beyond any expectation I had and treated me like royalty even though I didn't buy my Honda from them.I can promise you that the next vehicle I purchase will be from Them.

We requested Monte since he sold me my 2020 CRV. He did a super job helping us then and again this time. Monte has a great personality and always goes the extra mile for us. He also called the next day to see if everything was okay. He is always Eager to help. The other two gentlemen that helped complete the sale were very nice , very friendly and very helpful too.

My Dad s Honda had codes that were making the car glitch and offsetting the trans. Upon walking in the office it s immaculate and very inviting. Everyone is pleasant and extremely assisting is a breath of fresh air.Specifically Patrick in Customer Service was assigned to us and kept us abreast on everything going on regarding my father s vehicle, he even offered to loan me his charger block .Josh in Customer Service was inside and noticed my Dad (who is an elder) was outside he came outside to check on my dad to see if he was ok or needed water.I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism that was offered from everyone that work at this location. We need more businesses and people to follow suit!! .

Just bought my car yesterday and it was an AMAZING experience! Everyone was nice, and the environment didn t feel hostile at all. I had Josh as my client advisor and he explained everything thorough to me, explained every paper I signed, and made sure I understood everything. He put me in a 2019 Honda Civic LX and I couldn t be more grateful! If you are ever looking for a Honda I recommend asking for JOSH!

I always have a great experience when I come to Barbour-Hendrick. I work with assistant service manager Keith Dion. He goes above and beyond not only to help me with the services I come in for, but to make sure the overall health of my car is in good condition. I never have any problems with my vehicle and I know If I do, it is thoroughly checked and cared for. Prices are great for the services I receive!

Showed true effort right away. Derrick sent me a video where he was talking to me while showing me one of their 2024 Accord Hybrid Tourings I had asked about over the weekend. I ve never even heard of that being done anywhere, so I made a decision right then to stick with Derrick and Hendrick Honda without any hesitation or regret. The best car shopping experience I ve ever had, so great job to Derrick Williams, the finance manager, and the rest of the dealership. They were also very realistic and helpful when telling me what they could and couldn t do. My first car shopping experience since 2014, so everything about doing it again made me a bit anxious. Derrick W and the rest of the dealership immediately got rid of what anxiety I had, and the whole process was realistic and very smooth. Thank you all for that! Whoever has been mentoring Derrick W has done an outstanding job!

I would NOT recommend getting a vehicle serviced here. I was scheduled for an oil change and asked to have the washer fluid filled because I noticed it wasnt filled the last two times I had my oil changed. I also asked them to be very careful with my key because they had previously broken the key to my Honda CRV. I was assured that the washer fluid had been filled. They had NOT filled the washer fluid but lied and claimed it must have leaked out of the car. The service has become horrible here and the employees lie.

This is my second Honda purchase from Barbour Hendrix of Greenville, NC. I have to say that the reason I came back for a second vehicle is because of the remarkable service MR. MONTE WILLIAMS provided with each purchase I have to take a moment to brag on Mr. Monte Williams, hope he doesn't mind , but honestly if it wasn't for him, I would probably still be looking!! He is by far the most helpful, hardworking, caring, goes above and beyond in all he does, to help you find what you are looking for!!! All the staff are very friendly, they work together in a way that makes you feel like family. They work diligently in all they to ensure your car buying experience is a pleasant one! The team there was super professional and worked with us without any pressures and took the time to provide us all the information we asked for.I would like to thank Jimmy Varnell who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He took the time to send me a video of the car as we were not in town and also gave me a ride to the dealership to pickup the car while I found out later he had his son taken to the doctor for an unplanned event.
