Another shout out for John! We needed some help installing our new headlamps. They were pretty tricky for us, but John had everything handled and we had a great conversation, too! John and all of the fantastic crew are the reason we choose AutoZone.

John at Autozone was amazing. He was so helpful with all of my car troubles and explained everything to me. I will definitely be returning to this location and getting help if I ever need it. 10/10 recommend. I am very happy with my choice of going here!

This AutoZone is my favorite. Each and every time I come by, I am quickly offered help with my issues and solutions if they do not offer the service instore. I literally drive across town to see them. And I was shocked when I realized the one who had efficiently resolved my issue this time was the store manager! He came over from fixing another customer's car to me when they were done, and I was so stressed about my brakes that I didn't notice much more than his name at first glance. It was after my issue was solved that I really looked again and saw the title of Store Manager there above his name. It really makes sense! That is a shining example if I have ever seen one. Thank you John D!

I visited autozone today to change my battery they Claimed they weren t able to change my battery because my engine air valve hovers slightly above my battery. I ve replaced my battery twice already on this car by two different auto zones. Instead she recommended I buy the battery from them and go to her personal mechanic for a battery replacement. This all sounds like a scam to me. I went down to road to advanced auto part. It was the same price took them 15 minutes to replace it.

I needed a battery replaced as well as a second auxiliary battery which my vehicle has for Engine Stop Start (ESS). John went out of his way to install both batteries for me, despite the store being very busy. I can t say enough about how great his customer service was. I will be back to this location for all my future needs. Thanks!

I went to this AutoZone yesterday with a dead battery. Even when I could not afford to have a new battery installed, Ralph, a great technician for AutoZone, helped me out anyway. He cleaned the terminals on my battery, tightened the clamps and help me start my car so I could head home. After reflection, I came back today and was greeted warmly by Ralph who did a great job installing my battery. We need more service people like Ralph! Great job!A happy customer.

Mountain Top Thanks goes to Employee Bennett & Supervisor Cam for rescuing a Senior Citizen with a pipe split leak today. I accept this jesture of kindness as part of your Autozone Rescue & your Give Back Program to your customers. Yes, Miss Delilah and Jordan were extremely helpful. They figured out all the problems. They were extremely nice. They went above and beyond to help me realize what the specific error is and that I just got my brakes done so I should go back to the main place that I got them done at because they messed something up so shout out to miss Delilah and Jordan! They deserve raises their customer friendly they re amazing they re very welcoming and inviting I highly recommend the store to anyone and everyone all friends and family! In

I was running late & called ahead to see if they d please find the part I needed. They grabbed exactly what I needed while we were on the phone & had it waiting for me at the counter when I got there. They offered excellent customer service & were very friendly, despite the fact that I was running late & walked in like 5 mins before closing.

great auto store and customer service. John helped me out with replacing my key battery. go see him if you need some help.I just came back to get my car battery replaced. Once again John helped me. If you need anything ask for him. He is very friendly and got my battery installed in under 10 minutes.

Terrell was very kind and professional with helping me determine wether or not my vehicle required a new battery. He ran a diagnostic test which showed a new battery was not needed but found that corrosion was present on the connection. Terrell quickly clean the part (taking more of his personal time) to ensure the battery had a good connection and ran properly. He also took his time to show me the problem and the step he took to correct it. Needless to say, Terrell saved me hundreds of dollars I would have had to spend anywhere else. It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone with as much integrity, honesty, and skill as Terrell when dealing with my vehicle. Thank you. I will be back!!!

I ve been riding around with a blown head light for about 2 weeks just to avoid the hassle of stopping and getting it changed. I stopped by auto zone and the staff there was very helpful and friendly, Especially Mr.Terrell K. Not only did he assist me with my headlight but he went above and beyond to educate me on proper procedures , thanks Auto Zone and thanks to Mr.Terrell K. for making it a pleasant experience with your organization.

I wish I could ve been told I didn t need to buy a new headlight *beforehand*, instead I spent $28.18 and wasted 45 minutes of my time. Thanks for the help though.
