So far so good. Much better price than safelite. Looks like they didn't clean around the window mounting surface very well. Still a lot of crud caked around the window. Hoped that they cleaned it good enough for the adhesive to work properly so I do not get leaks. All in all I am satisfied. Very quick job from start to finish (lack of prep work likely a contributing factor). Also, right much of the adhesive protruding from the bottom of the windshield. Definitely not a factory looking install. I'm ok with it due to the money saved but someone with a higher end vehicle may want to consider other options. I was very impressed that they had 24/7 call center with actual English speaking American humans on the line

The service itself was good and the price was fair. We did, however have an appointment and we were told multiple times 1.5 to 2 hours. We came back 2 hours later and our car had not been touched. Our car wasn't done until 5 hours later.

The people were friendly and the job was done on time and very efficiently. Unlike their competitor (starts with an 'S') you actually get to talke to real person when setting up your appointment and they follow up with a reminder call the day before the appointment. I would definitely use AGN again and refer friends and family to them.

I would give more stars if possible, from the first phone call to vehicle pickup everything went incredibly smooth. The young lady that answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable, after a few questions she quickly gave me a quote. The quote was honored even though they realized during installation that a special gasket was needed, my car is an older BMW coupe. They ordered it overnight, parked my car inside and it was ready the next day as promised. Installation was perfect, the glass and my car was squeeky clean inside and out. Auto Glass Now gave me the best price for my windshield. The installation was really quick. I dropped my vehicle off there earlier because I had something to do that day. They got to my vehicle right away. I am pleased with their service.

Waiting area and bathroom was FILTHY. Customer service rep was rude and lazy. Theres a beautiful picture of the place on Google, but when you drive in to the parking lot...LOOK OUT!This place is a total DUMP.Almost scary

Had appointment last Wednesday for a shattered back glass. Everyone was great, they did an excellent job on restoring my backglass to better than new. Front desk staff was very friendly and treat you more than just a customer. Great rates, friendly staff Check them out!

They had availability that allowed me to come in the next day. I had them fill a ding in my windshield and, although they told me it would still be visible, I can barely see it. I was in the shop about 30 minutes. Everyone was very courteous.

Asked to have windshield repaired was told over the phone it would be done, and basically back to how it was before the small rock chip happened. Unfortunately after the guy said he was done it looked as if he didn t do anything still cracked. If customer service was adequate I would have been told before they even touched the car. I would ve just asked for a new windshield. I ll tell you these days it seems like everyone is trying to get a quick buck no morales. Guess I ll be visiting safelight for a new windshield. If you don t want to deal with individuals that run that old street rule anything goes stuff do yourself a favor and choose someone else for your auto glass needs!!

Auto Glass Now Took my Avalon in at 1pm and about 1:45pm I was driving away completely satisfied! I will definitely be going there for any of my glass repair needs and recommend them to anybody who needs Auto Glass Repair!! Tech was very friendly and courteous!! Great Hib Auto Glass Now

I had a terrible experience with Safelite and so I called Autoglass. They had a windshield for me by the next day! I have a Motorhome. Anna, who works at the front desk was amazing!! John who replaced my windshield did an EXCELLENT job! I am so glad that I came here. Their team went out of their way to make sure the correct glass was installed instead of what was supposedly allowed to be installed. They made sure the best glass for the car was installed.

The representative made an appointment at a wrong location and wrong state. I had to reorganize my work, postpone my work trip to make this happen only to find out that it was all incorrect. The representative on the phone was not helpful and rude. Please get it together and not waste my time. If you made a mistake, be nice and correct the issue.

I got quoted for a whole windshield replacement when it only needed repair. The rep at the front desk didn t even bother to take a look at the windshield. Safelite AutoGlass came to my house the next day and took care of business.

The service was good until they didn t have the correct date that the representative told me on the phone and I was completely upset because they had to reschedule for that same day but a different time and I was mad because I had took that day off work and come to find out I had to reschedule because of the date and time I had wasn t what they had at the shop but I called back to the 1-800 that scheduled my appointment and they was like they wasn t understanding how they didn t have the correct information and they was sitting right there looking at it. All I say is my information was correct but don t know how the shop had something different.Service: Auto windshield repair

Called and was quoted $283 for windshield replacement, made my appointment, showed up 10 mins ahead of appointment time to be given an invoice for $376! Feels like I was hoodwinked. Other auto glass providers were quoting $400, so Auto Glass Now lost their competitive advantage and this potential customer.*UPDATE: Followed up after seeing the response by the owner, they were willing to make a change in their system to reflect the original quote.

My Visit at the Auto Glass now was very unprofessiona at the front desk I asked a questions and the Manager was very short with me when I asked about the services they offered and the 50% off that was advertised on the building because I wanted to ask was it applied to my total and deducted but again he was very straight forward with a No Ma'am and that it will be token down. Plus when I first called in and gota quote I was told one amount and got there I was told a different one but thats needs to be corrected because I was very upset about that .Now for the young friendly Caucasian guy he was on point communicated with me and always had a great smile and very friendly , He took my car in at 10:00 on the dot ( My Scheduled time ) to the exact and was finished by10:35 he was very professional and I'll give him a 100% any Day at the Greenville, NC Auto Glas Now . I haven't had any issues and it's rained and Tropical storms have came and all is well I would send anyone I know who needs a window replacement here just because I know the Window repair guy is so real a 100% true to his work and the best

Showed up at 10:00 for appt. And waited 30 min for someone to figure out what was going on. Finally someone got on it but crack has come right back after I was told it could be repaired. Have used this company before with no issues, don t know what s going on now. But please don t make appointments if you re unable to keep them, other persons time is important alsoService: Auto windshield repair

Excellent top notch service! This is my second time back. I don t go anywhere else for auto glass work. Why pay 4 times as much at a fancy pants place when I get the same service and quality here. I have more time then money and I don t need someone to hold my hand and give me a cookie while in an expensive showroom/waiting area! I just want my glass replaced and on my way! Listen to me .
