My Mercedes needed a gearshift replacement & was at this shop for 4 plus months only to find out my Sam Modular was taken out of my car while it was sitting for all those months. When I went to pick up my car, Tony wasn't available and my dashboard was reading all kinds of codes. Took a picture of it and didn't have any ideas what the problem was. So had it pulled to a Mercedes Dealership & that's how I found out the Modular that in my car now, wasn't the factory part that is registered to my car.....my car has never been in a shop before. So Tony, you know you were wrong.

This owner, Tony, or whatever his name is, is a real work . don t take anything to him. He doesn t deserve you to even try to even work on your car. Take it to somebody else he d rather drive a box made out of cardboard and take anything to this guy he s rude, unprofessional and charges people way too much. If I could give him MINUS -10 stars I would thank you.

This is a joke took my 2005 maxima for a transmission replacement and they were also supposed to change the motor oil, do a tune up which they didn't do!!! Got the car back drove it not even a day later it was acting weird so I took it back and it had 2 much transmission fluid and it was dirty so I said you don't put clean fluid or change the strainer In a transmission when you change it Tony said we don't do that!!! Got the car back it drove fine for awhile then it started shifting hard, so i took it back they kept it a day and supposedly drove it around and said it wasn't doing anything. The car went back multiple times with no solution and with only a 30 day warranty. So here we are maybe a little over a year later and $2000 + gone the transmission that supposed to have been replaced is messing up. But I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go here Tony is rude and nonchalant about these situationsService: Transmission

I took my car to get a crankshaft position sensor installed and to get it serviced.I must say that I highly recommend A1 Imports to everyone with a foreign car. Omg they are the best in Greenville NC .They have multiple locations, I went to the new location on 3588 NC Hwy 33 which is Belvoir Highway. Omg I was treated with the upmost respect and the positive attitude that my BMW mattered to them.They took my car in gave me a diagnostic and ordered the parts, installed the parts when they arrived and made additional recommendations which I followed through with. Mr. Tony knows his cars and he has a staff that are all very knowledgeable as well as being highly skilled in their profession.Ms . My first time stopping at the shop a month ago, I met Jake and Brandon,Jake's son all three were very professional. They all were more than helpful and willing to go above and beyond with answering my question one my 2008 Audi A3. Since then, I have been going back to have things done, and Brandon has been taking care of my car. He is honest & knowledgeable, very professional, and affordable for a European mechanic! I have never yet had any issues with Brandon, and only heard good words of Jake and Brandon from other clients who I have met since moving here from out of state, that have taken there vehicles there that had work done. I highly recommend checking them out!

If I could give A1 a zero rating, I would. I took my Jaguar there for some repair and I picked it up with more damage than it went there with. However, I spoke with the owner Tony about the damaged items and he promised me that he would replace them. It s been over 2 months and I have yet to hear back from him. This place is very unprofessional and definitely a waste of money. BEWARE OF A1 IMPORTS!!

A1 imports does a great job with my BMW. They are fair and professional and always take care of the problem the first time. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

A1 imports was so nice to me they put gas in my car mr Brandon talk to me for about an hour about my car I honestly would recommend anyone prices are cheap they are very good.

We didn't buy anything but the owner was extremely nice and helpful. It he treats a non customer that way I know he'll be great to his customers.
