If I could ve gave no stars I would ve. Whoever answers the phone there is rude and not worried about business. Didn t even get to finish the conversation the customer service was so bad and all I did was call. I m trying to spend some money and I will not be spending any place that can t at least answer simple questions decently.

I have been going here for many years to get my motorcycle inspected awesome people awesome service did business with Coy Mills today he is an awesome guy he likes to chit chat as well as I do got a free soda to cool off go here for your automotive needs or to get your motorcycle inspected down home place with a down home feel

The owner, John, is good man. He bends over backwards to help people that he knows needs help. He's always been good to me and my late mother. Of course my mother thought he was such a good looking man. She would say, " if I was 30 years younger " and then she would giggle. John and his fellow mechanic are good people. They work very hard to satisfy customers and to make that the green. Definitely 5 stars

John and Kelly are professional and friendly. This shop is run like the good old days! Customer service is a priority! I trust the staff here with my vehicle and my family's. They are honest and trustworthy! You won't be disappointed here!

John and the rest of the crew at Lee St Tire have been keeping my car running for as long as I've had one, and have done work for my parents for as long as I can remember. Excellent prices, excellent work. Recently had to get several things done around the wheels/axels because of regular usage wear, got a good price estimate that was around a third of what the dealer had tried to bilk me for and picked my car up running like a charm by close of business the next day when the dealer said it'd take a week or more.Professional, competent, reasonable business. Highly recommended.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Battery, Oil change

Friendly old fashed automotive service shop. They do motorcycle inspections and are near UNCG, so it's convenient if you happen to work or are a student there.

I couldn t be happier to recommend and support this shop. I went to Duncan Exxon in Burlington most of my life. It s a family-owned shop and I trust their judgement. So happy I found this place and met John. Great guy, really helped me out and saved me from getting ripped off by Goodyear. I can t stand franchised auto shops.

Called him asking if he could diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start. Described the issue and what's been done so far, mentioned I would have to have it towed, and he said he to bring it the following morning. Did so, and got turned away angrily over unrelated cosmetic issues to my vehicle with no further looking into anything by him. I used to have good experiences with him in the past with another vehicle but I will never trust him again after his setting me up to waste time and money today.

I have consistently been blown away at the affordability and quality of repair provided by West Lee St. Auto. Having grown up in a family of mechanics I do not trust easily, and found this shop after a mechanic on Spring Garden Street misquoted/requoted repairs multiple times.If you are a college student or strapped for cash, which many in the neighborhood are, this is the best auto shop you can go to for quality of work and economic pricing.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

These guys can do it all! No overcharging or taking advantage of their customers. They truly take time to understand the problem then offer reasonable solutions!

Pulled up to get the motorcycle inspected, no appointment and during lunch time, immediately took my bike back and did the inspection with minutes of me being there, great guys and great service..highly recommend!!
