I had such a great experience here! The staff was so kind and friendly. They called several times to let me know how my car was doing and to explain what was going on, and they answered my questions in a way that was helpful and easy to understand. As a woman, I have had some not so great experiences with auto shops before, but Triad Select Auto was fantastic. They noticed a couple other things that needed to be fixed but they didn t pressure me into getting them fixed just so I would spend more money. They really cared about me and my vehicle and I will absolutely be returning and recommending!

Cannot recommend Triad Select Auto enough! Super convenient location, clean lobby and restroom, and most of all excellent customer service! Renee at the front desk is SO kind, friendly, and great at breaking down estimates! Renee and Clayton are wonderful at efficiently explaining what s going on with our cars without any fear mongering. Love that I can easily make an appointment on their website and am able to receive text alerts/reminders. So happy Ifound this shop!

I love coming here they take great care of my car and everyone has always been friendly and courteous. When I have questions they take the time to answer them and don t make me feel dumb to ask. They ve got a new girl working the desk and she is a sweetheart. The cookies are also a nice touch :)

They re very nice people. Unfortunately, if you re a woman around college age they will try and get over on you. They told me I needed a catalytic converter because the other repairs wouldn t make a difference without it. As soon as I mentioned calling my father for his opinion, they mentioned that they were not sure that it was broken and were assuming so because of other things. I went to meineke and they said I had no need for a catalytic converter. But they re very nice and convenient.

Phenomenal service. My car was stalling and AAA couldn't diagnose the issue, and I was extremely frustrated. The folks at Triad Select Auto helped walk me through the process with amazing communication and quick service times. Within a few days they had my car running better than it has in months, and I can feel the difference when I drive. I highly recommend their services!

The mechanics at Triad Select Auto have been servicing my car for several years now (at least 3 or more) and I couldn't be more happier with their service. While their pricing may be a little high, it's worth it for quality work. As I always say, you pay for what you get and this is absolutely true when it comes to mechanics. If you want someone to actually care and listen to your concerns when it comes to your car as well as get it done right, the mechanics of Triad Select Auto got your back! They care about you and they care about your car.Also good to know that if you do use the services of Triad Select Auto and your car breaks down after being serviced, the towing fees to your car can be reimbursed later on through a company that they are are affiliated with. I can't tell you how much of a relief that was as I had to use this service recently.I highly recommend them!

Triad Select Auto is fantastic! They always get me in and out in a timely manner and do great work. It took me a while to find a good car shop in Greensboro that talks with their customers and not just at them. 10/10 and highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. I arrived at 8 am for an oil change and to get my air filter changed, and while I was there recieved this and more (tires rotated free of charge, etc) in a timely manner and while I waited in the neat waiting area I was made comfortable by the very friendly young lady at the counter. I believe her name is Renee. The young man repairing my vehicle was Clayton. I will definitely be back for the fast and friendly service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great place, very professional and willing to work with the customer. Unfortunately they are currently short staffed so some slowdowns are unavoidable. Despite that, they seem to perform comparably to other mechanics in the area, which I think says a lot about the skill of the staff they do have.

I went here after having brake issues with my vehicle. And granted I m a college student so of course mechanics will try to get one over on me. They said it would be a little over $1000 to fix my brake issues. After talking to my dad who works on cars himself , I took my car to another place recommended by a friend and they will only be charging me $400. I may not know everything about cars but I know when something don t sound right and so does my pops lol. Beware of the over the top pricing.

I've been going here for over two years. To find a shop and an owner that you can trust is very important, and Jason and his team always treat me fair, and they do good work at a reasonable price. They always aim to please, and they are easy to work with, super kind and friendly. Highly recommend. After searching for a reliable & honest mechanic we have found one here at Triad auto select! We went in not 100% sure and we were told it was the Alternator. The mechanic let us know exactly what we needed what our options were and how much it would cost. They were very honest and understood the importance of our budget. We will be back for repairs and other car needs. Very polite and explained in ways that I understood(I know nothing about cars) WE WILL BE BACK!! Recommend 100 times over thanks for everything.

My daughter goes to school at UNCG. She was having trouble with her car. Oil was leaking out and had no water in the radiator. These people looked at her car and said it was okay. The next day, her motor blew. The guy who answered the phone told my husband they would charge my husband $225 just to go in and CHECK to see what was wrong with it. JUST TO LOOK AT IT!

Jason is not only the best mechanic that will do whatever it takes to get your car on the road, he is also one of the most kind-hearted and thoughtful individuals I ve met in a while. I was broken down on the side of the road and Jason happened to see me and stopped to take a look at my car without me having to ask! He worked with me and with my situation and got me back on the road that day within no time. Outstanding and honest auto care. A hard thing to come by nowadays. I sat in the lobby and did not hear them try to upsell customers, which happens to many people who have little car knowledge. I recommend this shop to all of my friends.

Best service in Greensboro. Jason and his team are the most honest and reliable mechanics I have ever had work on my vehicles. I was a long time patron of another mechanic shop in town, but Triad Select has put my former shop to shame. The mechanics at Triad Select have never tried to sell me something I didn't need and have always helped me accomplish MY priorities/needs with my vehicles. This was my first time going here. I had an issue with my AC and had a piece of plastic hanging from under the car. They fixed the plastic but didn't have the proper machine to recharge my AC. My car apparently uses a newer style. They referred me to another shop for that and didn't charge me anything for the undercarriage work or the diagnostics for the AC. Jason was super friendly and helpful, and even though they couldn't take care of everything in one visit, they were transparent about the whole process. I stopped here after being given the run around and overpriced quotes by multiple local shops for 3 weeks to replace a wheel bearing. I was passing by Triad Select auto and decided to get a quote. They have to best prices. I spoke with Jason and he is sooo patient and nice! He gave me a quote and made me an appointment right away. I was paranoid but they definitely relieved me. I can t Thank Jason and his team enough!!!!

My VW, Jetta. Went here Oct/Nov to get all 4 brakes and rotors replaced. I had to send my car back numerous times for about 2 weeks straight because my brand new brakes kept squealing. Then he finally says They received a set of bad brakes after 2 weeks of sending it back, every other day. Now, here it is just shy of 2 months later and my brakes are squealing AGAIN!!! I came to this shop because they d replaced my front wheel bearing and did a great job. But now I am extremely disappointed.Service: Brakes

I recently took my car here to Jason and it was hands down the best experience I've had with a mechanic. I was able to schedule via text which was very convenient. When I dropped off my car Jason listened to me explain the issues I was having. I'd taken my car somewhere else earlier and they made it sound like a way more complicated and expensive issue but Jason was able to fix my car in a few hours for a reasonable price. Jason was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable (and patient--answering all my questions without making me feel rushed). I'm sure he stays super busy and I really appreciate him fitting me in his schedule and working on my car! Already recommended him to family and friends, definitely 11 out of 10 stars

I needed a reliable commute vehicle and after talking to Jason on the phone he agreed to pick me up for a test drive which went well. We chit-chatted a bit and my first impression was his sincerity. I liked the minivan so we did paperwork for about 30 minutes. Got insurance coverage, tags, etc... The whole kit and kaboodle taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership! You will have a positive experience! I most surely did. Matt B
