I am not going to say that I received good service. It was SUPERIOR! One of the main things I appreciate is that I could speak to anyone and did NOT get different stories about my repairs.Another thing that stands out is Oakly's all around Quality of Service. Not only do I highly recommend them, Oakly's Auto Worx is a straight-shooter establishment. Jake, Heather, & the team always gave me the facts concerning vehicle.

I generally go to Oakleys for my annual auto inspection. They are always quick and courteous. I have also watched them with other customers and they treat everyone the same and they have loyal customers.

They don't mess around...they get things done right and efficiently! Best mechanics ever! Family owned and ran. Ed Oakley is the best and all of his son's are awesome mechanics! Friendly always with a smile!

The staff is friendly and they are knowledgeable in whY they do. My son needed break pads for both front and back first his SUV. AND THE PRICE WAS $225 for front and $225 for the back. They are usually very busy , so best to make an appt.

Got a tire patched. Great job, fast service.Update: got my brakes done. Friendly service, prompt work. I'm not used to paying for diagnostics and they charge. (I know I'm spoiled.) Prices are average for the area.

They are very friendly and helpful. Go out of their way to give you a great experience. They stay pretty busy, but it is worth it! Most honest mechanics I've ever met.

I took my vehicle in about a month ago for a tune up. All went well. They even discovered my fuel filter had probably never been changed. But when I went back 3 weeks later, calling and scheduling a time for the next day in need of front brakes AND rotors. (My dad was a mechanic, so I knew) it was as if they didn't hear me say I needed rotors too. They came and informed me they would need to replace them too, and it was all I could do not to scream and say "I told you that yesterday". But, I was under a lot of stress as my grandmother had just passed away and was buried the day before I had the work done. They do good work at a decent price, but should listen to their customers before hand. Some of us females do know a thing or two about vehicles. I myself used to change my own oil, etc., but am at an age I can't anymore. If I tell you "I know I need rotors" on the phone, then, I KNOW I need rotors, please don't come back in where I'm waiting and tell me I need them. I told you I needed them. Just have them there. ....daughter of a good mechanic

I absolutely love everything about this shop! Everyone is so kind and they make you feel like you re family. I never have an issue getting in nor do I ever wait long. I m super thankful for their hospitality and it s the exact reason I won t go anywhere else!

This place is a family owned business, the Father Ed and son Josh are AMAZING!!! They are very straight forward. They will tell if you if something needs to be done ASAP, if it can't wait alittle while, if you're just good to go. They are extremely fair with their pricing and will always try to find a way to save you money. They never upsell, they have never told me I needed anything I didnt. I went to have an oxygen censor done somewhere else and the place told me 560.00. I went to Oakleys, they did it for 180.00. and it never went off again. When they place their parts in your car you always get a 12-18 month warranty on EVERY part, if it fails for any reason they will replace it. They stay in communication throughout the process of diagnosing the problem. And will even deliver the vehicle to you if you don't have a secondary vehicle to go to the shop. I love this place, have been going to them for 4 years. Highly highly recommend them.

Honesty is there middle name! It's so nice to have a mechanic who will be honest with you and not try to sell you something you don't need. So glad I took my Jeep here, will be back for any of my Mopar needs.

I just LoVE Ed! He still remembers me and he has always been fair about his prices his work and his time. He has a great crew out there and now having moved closer I can make sure to only use his shop for my car needs!!!

These guys are amazing! I moved up here to get a new start, and they have helped me on my vehicle that actually needed a lot done. They treated me with kind words and a better understanding of my car. I m super grateful for their help!

Paid $1,000+ for repairs that ended up being unnecessary. Their misdiagnosis cost me an extra $800. Mass Airflow sensor was the cause of my issues which isn't expensive at all to have replaced in comparison to what they charged me when they were throwing parts at it. Avoid at all costs there are better mechanics around. Very shady people

Mr.Hall, my bill was $1500+ and it wasn't the problem turnaround and they charge me another $2500+ to fix my SUV and it's still not running right, I get mad as hell everytime I think about it, I am thinking about getting a lawyer and taking them to court . I don't reccomend them to no nobody.

Not trying to bash entirely because they did take me home while they repaired my car. I must say though the Before you pay josh and After you pay josh two different people. If I had a rod bearing problem why would you let me pay almost 500 bucks on knock sensor. The thing that really gets to me is now my car ventilation system is awful after they did their mechanical work. Last but not least after he did his work he says I should just sell the car!!Service: Engine repair

They told me I needed a radiator and thermostat and it would be $245.99 for parts I bought my own parts $127.0 0 . They installed my parts and called me to say your cars ready to go. I get there he charged me$412.00 $90.00 was to put in a thermostat two bolts, OK I. Started my car and OMG it smoked worse than a tire on fire and he said oh yeah you also have a blown head gasket you can pour some stuff from the parts store in there and try to bandaid it or my tech c as n do it and I'll have to charge you I would Not recommend OAKLEY S to my worst enemy much less anyone I care about
