I went to see them yesterday about a damage to my car. I was told that they could fix it and to bring car back today at 1:00 pm. I arrived promptly at 1:00 pm and was told that they were backed up. I was asked to come back today at 5:00 pm. sharp. I arrived at 4:55 pm and was told that they were still running behind and to bring car tomorrow at 9:00. I told them no thank you. I had made two appointments and both times they canceled. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Took my car to the shop in APRIL TO GET REPAIRI RECEIVED MY CAR ON JULY 17th 2020Had over 90 DaysMy. INSURANCE ONLY PAID FOR 30 daysThat s what my POLICY STATESDAMIEN THE CURRENT OWNER OF MAJESTIC BODY SHOPTOLD MY INSURANCE CARRIER HE WOULD PAY FOR ANYTHING OVERMAKE A LONG STORY SHORTI ENDED UP WITH A $2095.00 BILL FROM THE RENTAL CAR COMPANYTHAT WAS JULY 17th HASNT BEEN PAID YETI AM ON A FIX INCOMEI AM A SENIOR CITIZENTHIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR COMMUNITY THAT IS TRYING TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS

The person that owns this business is never there. He comes when he gets ready. They let other outsiders paint cars smh. Very disappointed..
