Misled into getting part replaced and 30 days later same problem I had with vehicle happened again. Only to find out so called diagnostic done did not happen because if it had the real issue (battery needed to be replaced) would have been discovered. I called several times and left voicemail messages with no response.

Just moved into town from Florida and found Hank's Automotive by word of move through some other auto repair places was very satisfied and grateful to have found them. Highly recommended! Great job!

Got an estimate to replace head gasket. The estimate for the repair would run 1300-1500, it will not be more than $1500 . The estimate stated that the price includes everything, including sending the heads to a machine shop.I had called around and all of the prices were in the $1300-1500 range, so they appeared competitive.I show up to pay the bill. It was over $2000. I noted that $500 had been added. I told him that the bill was wrong. He said the estimate forgot to include the machine shop service.In my younger days, I would likely have been arrested for a series of offenses.By the way, the car continued to over-heat within two days. Not even fixed. Took it back and they said they fixed it. It over heated on the way home.KarmaService: Engine repair

Came highly recommended, reviews clearly support the recommendation. Super nice and easy to deal with so far. Even though my car isn t getting worked on until tomorrow, I feel confident it will be a 5 star review all the way. Very nicen and informative on the phone.

Hank's Automotive is a great place to get your vehicle repaired or have routine maintenance performed. Their services are an amazing value, their labor and parts pricing is competitive. The whole team at Hank's had our vehicle serviced and repaired in a timely manner for a price that didn't ruin our summer. Specifically, Drew was knowledgeable and helpful in resolving a few of our lingering concerns. Thank you to Drew and everyone at Hank's. I would absolutely recommend Hank's Automotive if your vehicle needs routine maintenance or mechanical work.

The guys there are awesome! I'm on the road traveling and so I need to get my car maintenanced often. They're quick, well priced, and I'm not scared to death I'm getting ripped off. Couldn't recommend them enough!

They did not look like they needed my business. Told me workers on lunch. But he as the owner could of come look at my car. No other clients was there. He told me to come back. But made it known that it wouldn't be look at til 3 days later...I can see why he didn't have anyone there that need help. ..

best place ever the switch inside my steer column broke They had my car towed to them fix the switch & fixed other problems that my occur later. honest didn't overcharge me for the tow or the extra things They fixed I highly recommend this place
