Great service. They provided the fastest inspection I've ever had in 30 yrs. I couldn't get in with AAA due to a fully booked schedule. The rep referred me to GM and I must say GM did not disappoint. I will be taking my car to GM from now on and I've already started recommending it to others.

I chose the Grease Monkey on Pisgah Church in Greensboro because I ve been there before, this time the employees made me feel like I was doing them a favor, when I got there someone came and ask what I needed, didn t speak just had a discussed look on his face , there was no other conversation until they were done .When they were done a female flagged me in which a professional way would have been to say Mrs. Macklin we are done, once at the counter she rang up my service gave me my keys no Thank you nothing it was very unprofessional , I felt like I interrupted their day . I ll never go back they must be under new management because in the past it was a lot more friendly and professional.

Extremely friendly technicians and mechanics. This place is super fast and they will not beat around the bush if you need something on or in your car. Inspections are very fast as well, took about 15 minutes all together. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the triad area looking for a great reliable mechanic.

This review will be just as confusing as what I am going through with my brakes... I got the rotors and brakes replaced, the squeal and squeak, and grind bad as if they are old and need replacing. I'm confused because I know they are new. Of course, I took it in and nothing, no squeaky squealing, grinding nothing... However, they stood by their work and said they would make a call to have them checked out and if need be redo them.I just would hate to be in a situation where that squeaky squealing grinding is wearing them down and cause me to need them replaced well before time and expectation.Took it into get an oil change where I always go for an oil change, Precision Auto Tune (now I know people need to sell, sell, sell), but they told me that I need new rotors, it should be like 1.123 but mine are 1.080, wherever I went either used cheap rotors and brakes, over greased them and the brakes are sliding over the rotors and grinding into a stop for being over greased.Look, I'm no mechanic, but I know my brakes should not be making any squeaky squealing grinding noise. And I hope we get to the bottom of it before the rotors are bad...I have to add to this because ever since I got my brakes done my entire breaking system has been failing. I'm not sure what can cause this. I do know that they could not get the brakes on my car and I do not know the process they took to get them to go On. I'm thinking that process Is what caused this domino effect issue. I do also know you can do a process and it can cause damage and interference with the braking system..they should have just got some brakes that fir on my car. I think they got me for realDO NOT GET ANYTHING BUT AN OIL CHANGE DONE AT THIS LOCATION.

I was referred to Pisgah Church Rd, Greensboro, Grease Monkey by my daughter. She spoke very highly of the crew/location. I called Friday? to see if I needed an appointment for an inspection. I had a medical issue with standing too long at that time. A service tech(?) told me a good time to come in, I went in later this week, 9:00am, by 9:11am, they (Robert, Chris, Jaylene, and Sa???) were through! You guys got me in quick and the whole crew was caring, and so very nice, and reasonably priced. You guy have my buisness! I will be back, (when I'm healed,)for an oil change etc. I highly recommend this location, God bless you all, and Thank you so much! Ms Parker

I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars. The fastest service I've ever received! I went in for an oil change, made a little cup of the free coffee they offer, and before I could even finish my coffee, they were done I wish I could remember the gentleman's name (older guy with an awesome beard) but he is the nicest guy ever. I've taken a car there a couple times recently, and even though it was for services they didn't offer, he took the time to explain to me what the issue was exactly, and referred me to another great place that took care of me. Most mechanics would just say "no" and shove me out the door, so I really appreciate his time even though we weren't paying for any services. That's why I decided to go back there for my oil change, and now Grease Monkey has a customer for life P.S. thanks for vaccuming out my car nice touch!Service: Oil change

The mechanics are thorough, knowledgeable, hardworking and honest. They did a great job replacing my alternator a few weeks ago, and the wait today for an oil change and tire rotation was minimal a good value. Bonus points for having women mechanics! The honesty blew me away!I just brought a used car and I had no idea when the oil was last changed. I went to Grease Monkey and told them that I needed a oil change. They informed me that the car used synthetic oil and it would cost $99 to change it. I thought the price was fair and told them to proceed. Five minutes later I was told that the oil doesn't need changing yet, and I should probably wait another 3k miles before changing it. They could have just changed it and took my money and I would have not known the difference, but they didn't. I know where I'm going moving forward to get my oil changed!Service: Oil change

This place is great, the best chain/franchise quick service place I've ever been to. The staff are knowledge and friendly and, most importantly, they don't pressure you into buying as much as they can try to sell you. They give recommendations and options, but they are reasonable and low pressure. They are also very fast, I never have to wait long. I take my car to this place for State Inspections and oil changes every time.Update: They still do a great job, catch mistakes made by other shops, saved me from ruining my transmission.

Great for in and out oil change. Never have to wait more than 30 min. Always clean my windshield and vacuum the floors. Great for general maintenance. They always explain what maintenance needs to be done, and show when it was last done. Fair prices, they send out coupons to remind you of your next oil change. Service is always great and friendly. Been coming here for years, no BS, straightforward car maintenance. Love these guys

AMAZING!!! It took me longer to unpack the stroller and toys for my toddler to keep her entertained than it took for them to complete the work. The gentleman who checked me in gave me an honest estimated wait time but the work was done before the given time.I interacted with about 3 different male technicians and they were all super friendly, professional, and helpful. I mentioned that they were male because sometimes it matters or some car places feel intimidating when you go alone as a woman so some readers may want to know that is not the case at all here.They had chairs and seating around the property as well as inside for your wait.Will definitely not hesitate to return here for future service needs! Loved it...great customer service.

I returned here after having a horrible experience at another shop in Greensboro. SO thrilled I got a second opinion!!! Saved us $170!! I knew from experience the other shop was not being honest. I came back here to Grease Monkey because I recalled several experiences in the past when they provided outstanding, honest service at a fair price! They are wonderful!! The mechanic showed me the parts and it was exactly as I thought!! Consider this garage when you need car services and repair. Visit the location on Pisgah Church Rd. Very nice and honest people! You'll be happy with the results! (Nice waiting area for children as well. )

Extemely fast service and customer service is fantastic! The staff are absolutely wonderful and they treat you like family. They are great at expertly diagnosing issues with all my vehicles (old and new) and also let me know of pending issues before they become problems. Their prices are also lower when compared with estimates from other shops. They even guarantee completion within an estimated time of service with a countdown timer in the waiting room. This is a model for all service shops everywhere.
