Very friendly and helpful with explaining their experiences with your situations. But then I found out that Jimmy went to Dudley and knew coach and them, Clint is the best shop manager I have ever met at a mechanical shop. But they all make you feel like family away from home.

Everyone here is so nice! I went in for an inspection and they went above and beyond. They helped me with things I didn t even noticed like my windshield wipers. I can now see when it rains lol! I really enjoy the environment! I can tell they work great as a team!

Highly recommended top notch service. My check engine light came on and I had no idea where to go because I do not have a regular mechanic anymore. Lucky for me, I googled mechanics and came across Grease Monkey on Burlington Road in Greensboro, NC. A product containing water had been poured into my transmission fluid tank causing the clear liquid to turn into a substance that looked like gravy. Clint, the head mechanic told me that this could have led to very costly engine damage. He ended up flushing the line about 11 times at no extra charge because he was determined to solve my problem. I have tried to write this review many times but if has been difficult to shorten the review. I could write a lot more because my problem was very serious and it took several hours to correct but I was not overcharged. In fact, Jimmy and Clint did everything possible to keep the cost of the damage as low as possible including doing some things at no charge. I came in a stranger and left feeling like I had made new friends. Since I had to be there for a while, I met many customers who were regulars for oil changes and other services and each person that I spoke with said they trust Jimmy and Clint and would never go anywhere else. Now, I know exactly where to go and I can be assured that my issues will be handled efficiently and the charges will be as low as possible. Thank you so much Jimmy, Clint, Duly and Austin. I appreciate everything you did to help me!!

Im so glad I brought my car here. Everybody was nice and worked very quickly. Jimmy is great. When they found a different issue with my car he sat down and explained everything to me and even recommended places I could go to fix my car issues!

Great experience, fast and friendly service. Thankful they were open on Saturday, not a lot of shops are open on Saturdays. Needed a quick NC inspection which I predetermined that my car was good for so that I wouldn't waste anyone's time. Got there right after they opened, was greeted right away from a service tech, explained what I needed, he instructed me of what he needed and what to do. That was it, I was in and out like 15 minutes tops. During that time some of the other techs had some concerning questions about my car like the fact that my oil change sticker said I was due for an oil change at 150k but my car shows to have 235k. I appreciated the concern and explained that I used to have the dealership change the oil but since that sticker I'd been changing it myself. I appreciate a shop that pays attention to things beyond the scope of work intended and brings to the owners attention and still getting the work done in a timely manner. Inspection done and was able to go on about my day as planned.

Me and my fianc� experienced a major problem after visiting this greensboro and stopping for an oil change. We emailed them & Adam promptly contacted us ready and willing to give a solution. Turned out, the problem was due to another oil change place and Adam & Grease Monkey STILL wanted to make sure we got our car fixed and helped us do just that. We come from Raleigh & we are completely loyal to this business just because of their generosity & kindness. Plus, the cherry on top Jimmy gave us excellent customer service 100/10.

Great service with great knowledge. I'm always satisfied and very comfortable that they give extra care for my vehicles. The customer service is beyond awesome. Wouldn't trust anyone else

I stopped in for a vehicle inspection and was immediately greeted. The foreman asked what services they could provide, took down my relevant information even offering additional services for a small fee as part of a donation for "Breast Cancer Awareness." I was escorted to the waiting area by friendly staff, informed of refreshments and if there was anything I needed, to let them know. The inspection service and payment process was efficient. I was then escorted out of the waiting area by a technician to my waiting vehicle to which he opened the door and thanked me for coming in & encouraged me to return! Overall a very positive customer service experience, would definitely recommend!

I am so glad I found this spot, super convenient. The gentleman that met me at the bay door was pure professional, people oriented, knew what he was talking about. That to me was better than any other greeter I've ran into. I travel so I run into alot of greeters. He kept me informed through the entire process of the service. When the techs finished he made sure I was happy with the service.I was escorted to my vehicle by a handsome young man. Not left to find it own my own. Ladies he maybe married, still sweet as ever. I told him he needed to bottle the greeter, he'd be the wealthiest of men. Every female needs to experience this type of service. This was a small town service. I'll rethink going to a dealer if I can get personal service like this.I'm sorry I didn't mention any names, I'm bad with them.This review was strictly volunteer.

I needed a quick inspection yesterday so that I could make it to DMV before they closed.I was told go to Greese Monkey on Burlington Rd. I did, wow the service was so quick and the gents there were just awesome, kind and made me feel important!! Kudos guys impeccable time and service!!

I want to thank Clint and his team for an awesome job today with my car. I needed a new battery and did not wait very long before it was there. I also was impressed with how nice they were. I was very impressed with the quality of service. Staff members were very kind and respectful. I love the the fact that you have two female staff members and they don t just work the cash register. THEY KNOW AUTO MECHANICS. I will recommend your shop to anyone.

Jimmy was an absolute pleasure. He showed me my cabin filter that the dealership said they checked which had to be a complete lie. Deon, Jeff, Anthony, and Quan are the best group of guys. They went out of their way to make my experience easy and pleasurable and all had smiles on their faces. I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience, but these men were so accommodating and went above and beyond - enough to make me leave this review (which I rarely do). I would highly recommend that you give them a try. There are professional, courteous, and incredibly friendly all while doing great service to my vehicle. Highly recommend!Service: Oil change
