They were quick, accurate, and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle while I waited. I had four new tires installed and they had to go to the warehouse and pick them up. They thought it would take about two hours for all the service I had performed. Even with having to pick up the tires, they rolled my truck out in two hours. Great job.

They took really good care of me. I had a short time window and needed to get my car inspection done. They took care of the inspection and a minor repair, very quickly and were super nice in the process. Property was very clean and well-maintained. There was a nice waiting area, with eight chairs; two of them up against tables that someone could work at with a laptop. For those that want to explore, there are quite a few places to eat at in the area, within a 5 to 10 minute walk. I will definitely consider this business for future needs.

Needed a couple of tires because of uneven wear and we were in town for work and need tire for a long trip to our next two jobs. Taka and Jarret took great care of me and gave me a a fair price for the work completed. They weren't the cheapest but the were fast, efficient and did great work. Thanks!

One of the few shops around that has an in ground alignment rack for lower vehicles.Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and estimated time to completion was accurate.

I often take my car to Firestone for any oil changes and repairs. Mr.Will and Mr.Tracy were very accommodating and knowledgeable about what work I needed for my car. I appreciate the dependable , quality service from Firestone!

Find another place to get your vehicle serviced. Reviews of good customer service are bogus. Made a 1:00 appointment for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Almost an hour later my vehicle had not even been pulled into a service bay.I had hopes of getting my new company vehicle serviced here, but they showed zero respect/concern for my time. I'll look for another service center.

Everyone was so nice and professional. I am 79 and know nothing about cars, the tech was so kind and explained everything in a language I could understand. The waiting area was clean and quiet.

Very quick, only took an hour for my alignment and it s spot on. After being ran around by other locations these guys did an amazing job shout out to Cam for getting my alignment perfect.

i have been procrastinating to get my brakes done and in a crutch it became crucial that i get them done immediately to accommodate my lifestyle. i have had some work done at this location before and had a decent experience. when i went this time i dropped off my car for an inspection which took a little while because i was doing a same day appointment and i also did it on a saturday. i finally got a call with a quote for my brakes which was $605 for the front brakes and a brake fluid exchange. because i was in a crutch i called my grandfather to assist me with paying for it and he said that was too much and that i need to look elsewhere. i asked my grandfather if he could call and let them know i wasn t interested and he said he would. i arrive back and i see my car in the bay and up in the air for lack of a better term. i walk inside and let someone know that i wasn t interested and he says well that would ve been good to know after he made his snarky remark i apologized because im assuming that my grandfather did not call and that they can take their time to bring my car down. it was not my intention to waste their time as i know they have other customers to assist however, the snarky remark made me and grandfather so happy we did not give them our business. my friends and i come here because its close to summerfield and is reliable in a crutch.. but i will not recommend anyone go there. just because i do not want service from your company and we make a mistake on our end does not permit you to be rude and snarky. i do however recommend that anyone looking for affordable brake work to be done go to Express Oil Change all of the locations (Battleground, Westover Terrace and Main st) quoted me the same price which was a tiny bit cheaper than Firestone and also the location I went to offered me a discount for inconvenience. Along with doing my service same day.

They replaced four tires a few months ago on friends car. He had a low tire and took it to them for repair. They would have to order the tire, so they filled the tire with air and let him drive the car. He had a flat a mile away and we could not get the lugs off to put the spare on. Deplorable!

My experience today was a mixed bag. Trust is very important when it comes to your car. When you find out that you have been lied to more than twice in one day about a service that has been done, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.. There s one manager that I trust, he was upfront all the way. But one guy in particular, , I have my doubts about. He told me twice that something had been done, when clearly it had not. This is my last visit. My family members have also decided not to give their business to this location. They had warned me about this one

Because they got me in at 5:40pm even though they closed at 7pm and had my oil changed with a new filter and replaced my headlight and had me out by 6:30pm. Great fast service

These guys couldn t fix my issue because I have a older vehicle that needed universal joints replaced and they don t do that but they looked at my 4Runner and told me what needed to be replaced and balanced my tires all for $25. Can t ask for much more service than that. Will be going back when I need something done with my tires. Thanks to Tracy and the other guy with the last name the same as mine.

Flat tireI purchased the tires from this fire stone. When I went back with a problem with my tire, I couldn t get it fixed because I had to put fix the flat in the tire get to the fire stone. A little frustrating that wasn t pointed out when I bought the tires

Went from 5 stars to 1 star. I will leave the original review at the end for context.- I replaced some components on my vehicle and needed it aligned, so I took it to Pisgah Firestone for a wheel balance and alignment, because last time I had a good experience with them. I wasn't expecting the whole thing to turn into an ordeal.Long story short, they did not try to adjust the alignment, or tell me that, so I took it on the highway and it was shaking really bad. I called, spoke to the service manager, the tech lied about why he did not adjust the rear toe, and after a agitated conversation over the phone, I took it in again. The second time they could not get the front camber in, and we agreed I would bring it back with adjustable bolts so they could do it.When I, took the car back to Pisgah Firestone, location manager was there, and since he is the manager, I told him my wheels were massively over torqued, and my center cap ring is missing, (I watched the guy toss it during the first service but did not think he would just skip picking it up and originally planned on going to look for it myself), he seemed apprehensive about working on my vehicle. He shook his head and told me he was unhappy how I "jumped all over" his service manager. I told him I had been on the highway, and the car was shaking all over, and then his tech lied about it, so yeah, I was pretty upset. After that he declined the service, saying he didn't need me "badgering" his techs. Overall, he seemed to insinuate I was blaming his tech for things he did not do wrong. I will never go to a Firestone again. They could get someone hurt, or worse.PREVIOUS REVIEW: (Pisgah Firestone was great, the service coordinator staff were very flexible and professional; while I waited, I overheard them interacting with customers, and was impressed. They may take awhile to complete a service, but they were very up-front about it. It looks like the management is actively trying to step up the customer service aspect, compared to other locations. The only problem is, they are still looking for techs, and good help is hard to come by these days. Apparently Firestone is trying to fill the positions right now).

They told me they accept a cashiers checks before I went to the bank and also was told to call the business while in the bank to be sure the bankers check was made out correctly. When I arrived back at Firestone they advised me they will lot accept the cashiers check and the manager would text the associate back but he would not answer the phone calls. The manager of this store was aware of the situation , also I was told my car would not be locked up overnight because most of the associates were gone and I cannot have my car until Monday since they are closed. Apparently they would accept a personal check, not a bakers check which is certified, and they will accept cash. I do not understand why I was told they DO accept a certified check but when I arrive with my payment I was unable to get my vehicle back. They have provided terrible service and I highly DO NOT recommend!!!! There is no reason I should come for a service for my car and now am unable to access my car. Terrible experience and I will take this further.Service: Tires

Excellent service, and comparable pricing for services. The staff is flexible when presented with scheduking changes on the fly. Wife and I had appointments 2.5 hours apart, and they moved her appointment up to be close to mine. Polite staff, and they plus sell without being pushy - a serious bonus nowadays. When they are done with service, at the end, they review what they did, what other items may need attention, and again, are not pushy about it. Signage is good, and they can quote prices for services off the top of their head in most cases. I will consistently use this location for regular maintenance.

Unreal the lack of communication from Will here. Authorized additional work to be done without my approval. I had to wait an extra two hours for work that I never would have approved. It is a fleet vehicle so I didn t have to pay for it but its basic principles. Not coming back.

Walked in for state inspection due to them not taking reservations for inspections. Was quoted 1-1.5 hours so I waited. After 2 hours and a couple of inquiries at the front desk one of the head mechanics came out and said they didn't know I was waiting. Car hadn't even been pulled in yet. 30 minutes before this I was told that I was "next" by front desk. I collected my keys and left and won't be back. Poor communication all around.

Always give me good service and not only that I believe that they are honest and trustworthy! Never known them to mislead me or tell me I need something I don t need. As long as that continues I will give them my business.
