When it comes to communication and trying to get something taken care of like a simple battery warranty exchange is an issue. I can't get anybody on the phone to answer simple questions. Prepare to waste your gas on traveling all the way there for them to answer your question & don t forget to bring your generator with you either or they can t file a claim.

We were driving down U. S. 1 near Pinehurst and obviously blew a hose on the fuel system. We called Freightliner in Gaffney S. C. They recommend we take it to Greensboro Cummins. It was about an hour away from Pinehurst and it was a Sunday. We took a chance and showed up without an appointment. We were greeted by Teresa, aka T. She said the service people wouldn t be in till about 8:00 am. She was very sweet and accommodating. When the service personnel were done with their safety meeting, T introduced me to Q, the service manager. I told him what happened and he said he would send his tech out to see if he could find the problem. Robert fretted me and proceeded to look for the issue. Within 10 minutes he said, found the culprit! He texted Q the engine vin and I went inside. Q looked to see if they had the part, number one high pressure fuel line. They did! Robert installed the part, took it to their cleanup bay and steam cleaned the engine and the rear of the Coach. I ve been in the automotive business for over 40 years and I gotta tell you, this was undoubtedly the best experience ever with a service facility.If you ever need service on your Cummins, go to Greensboro Cummins. This team has gone above and beyond customer service standards. Mike, Q and the team are an absolute credit to Cummings brand. Shame on you Cummins for standing behind your engines I would not let my dog have dinner with you people!!!!!!! When a customer comes to you with a engines and it's clearly the mechanics fault as to why the engine failed and you people don't stand behind your engines well that tells me you all are a SORRY POS!!!!!!!!!

We made it! Thanks to Bill, Brian and Q. I recently purchased a barely used RV with only 2 hours on the Cummings generator. Getting ready for our first long rv trip I could not get the generator to start. So I made an appointment with Greensboro location hoping it was an easy fix or better yet user error. It wasn t.We soon learned it definitely wasn t an easy fix or caused by the generator. Fortunately Brian and Bill insisted we needed our generator for our long trip out west were we would incur lots of 100 plus days. As we were scheduled to leave the next day, we were becoming resigned to the displeasure of no generator.But they convinced us to hang around in their air conditioned waiting room with satellite tv. It was so comfy my adult son even took a long nap while Brian worked for hours until he successfully diagnosed and repaired the problem.As a recently widowed woman, whose husband was very mechanical and handled all of our vehicle maintenance issues, I was afraid of taking the rv to be serviced. I had just taken it back to the rv dealership who barely looked at it and then determined it was the generator. Which it turned out it wasn t. So I don t know what I would have done if they hadn t gone above and beyond to repair the problem the dealership should have repaired.I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the treatment I received. They respected me and treated me honestly throughout the entire process. When I couldn t answer specific mechanical questions they didn t make me feel stupid. Instead they took the time to explain all of the details and information my RV dealership couldn t.Just know you can expect professional and courteous service from this location. They have personally earned my business. No one else will be servicing my generator but this dealership. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful trip.

Make sure they don't rip you off... We have 4 Cummins generators that we service monthly. Quoted over $600 dollars for a generator oil change. Across the country I have used Cummins 50+ times for regular generator service and all other Cummins came in under $300.00. I understand they are free to make their own prices, but not sure why it would cost more than double of everywhere else we have visited.

Took two months to get an appointment to have a truck worked on. Finally had to contact the national Service Manager. I got service then. Now that I have taken my truck in for service it took two weeks to get it inspected. Now I have a fourteen thousand dollar repair. Let's see how good they are repairing my truck. I will post about the service quality.

they have had our ASV RT 120 for over 3 months. we have left multiple messages with their service department to find out what's going on with our machine and nobody will contact us back. even the dealer that we deal with that we bought the machine from has reach out to them and they will not contact them back in my opinion beware of dealing with Cummings Greensboro

This was the first time that they worked on my rv and I had a great experience! I was completely satisfied with the repair on my generator. Bill and Q were very helpful, professional and went above and beyond. Thanks!!

phone tree terrible. puts you automatically to national call center instead of service department. they will not answer phone calls and when leaving a voice mail in the mobile service department they don t even have the courtesy to return the message. still waiting for a phone call from message left 2 days ago. typical cummins service!

The people at this location were nice, but Cummins itself is a bunch of crooks! They charged me two hours to check a belt, and charged me over $150 per hour labor. Was going to try and charge $1900 to fix the belt.

Absolutely no communication. After calling several times and leaving several messages they may finally return a call to get the run around. Had my generator for 6 weeks and never even got a diagnosis...

Cue(not sure on spelling) he is the Second shift service advisor, he is awesome.I drive a wrecker/rollback for a towing service, within one month we had 2 Ftl s go down with Cummins engines in them. We called ahead to Cue we got the trucks there and he got a man right on them to get them back to us PDQ. My truck had another issue a few months later and again Cue got a man on the truck and got it back to us in a week. This was after he called and said it was done but he just didn t feel right so before he had us pick up my truck he checked a few more things on it to make sure we didn t have any more issues.Cue has done a great job, and the techs he has working under him are also great. His wholeCrew went above and beyond for our company to get our service vehicles back on the road and making money.I would highly recommend them for any Cummins engine service.

If you want customer service then go here. The manager of the shop is the best. His workers follow his lead. They treat you with respect, and go above and beyond. I'm a customer for life. Thank you guys.

Worst place ever to go get parts..4 people working and 3 not doing anything, but it was 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. I am a parts courier and stop at 10-12 around town....

Picked up truck from kenly cummins and had a charging issue driving through Greensboro at 10:00 pm called ahead and they said come rite over and they will take a look.

Have a generator down. Been calling for weeks and leaving messages with no response whatsoever. I m wondering if they closed and didn t tell anyone? Tried calling other departments and no one answers.
