Really helpful and honest team here, and they listen to you about your vehicle (as a woman, very impressive ) They ll let you know the best service for your car even if it s a cheaper fix than you thought

We are from out of town, my tire had a nail in it and was going flat. Casey s tire and autom, took a look at my car and got us in and out in no time. Very friendly staff! They even let us bring our puppy in while they were working on my car, charged me $25 to patch it. Where I m from they charge an arm and leg because we live on the beach.

I have found my new forever mechanic! If I need anything done I will be going here if at all possible. These guys are trustworthy and honest and aren't there just to take your money like a lot of mechanics are. My uncle recommended these guys and I can see why. I wish I had known about them sooner! I am beyond happy with the service and quality of service. I wish I could give 10+ stars!

I would not go there. I had them fix my steering column after it broke. Not only did they not do it right, but they charged me another $500 to fix the mistakes that they made. After that, it still doesn t work as well as it did

I absolutely love this place!! They took my 2005 focus and made it drive like it's brand new!!!! I never even considered this being a possibility when I got it, but I am beyond pleased and excited. They are open and honest about what needs to be done and are fair when it comes to price. If you need work on your car take it here!!!!

December 3rd 2021 was my second visit to Casey's and the service was exceptional. I had both wheel Bearings replaced and now my vehicle runs great! The staff at Casey's are very professional and treat every customer with respect. They will do everything they can to ensure customer satisfaction. EXCELLENT and TRUSTWORTHY service. I would have given them 10 stars if it was possible. I took my 2007 Tahoe to a well known chain that I will not name and they said my ball joints and arms were shot and needed to be replaced at the tune of $1,400. I went to Casey's for a second opinion and price quote to do the job, which I normally do not do. After taking the truck back in the shop and three test drives to confirm there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. They could have easily just confirmed the original problem from the other location and grabbed some quick business but they had too much integrity. To top it off, they refused to charge a diagnostic fee since I had already been screwed over from another place. Talk about customer service! They have made me a new lifetime customer. If you are looking for a honest and trustworthy shop then this is the place. Thanks Ted and your staff!

Fantastic communication and service. I have had my radiator replaced here as well as suspension and engine work and everything has been top-notch. They even suggested that I not have a repair done that they saw was unnecessary. I will be returning here for all of my future repair/maintenance needs.

I have been to Casey's time after time and I have never had any trouble with any of the people or service there. The wait is never long, and I am always welcomed with a smile and treated as if I were family. They always try to get you the best deal possible, and even give you discounts. This is a wonderful place filled with warmth of family. I would recommend this place over any other auto service.

I went to get my tire plugged/patched because they are a tire pro shop but the guy that waited on me wouldn t honor my warranty from another tire pro shop after the shop I got the tires said all tire pro shops would honor the warranty so I went to Randell s tire pros and they honored my warranty

The prices here are fair and comprable to other mechanics in the area. However, what makes this place stand out is how honest and accommodating the owner is. Also, he does the job right the first time. You won't have to go back or go to five other shops to fix what he does. You can trust him. I'm actually sad it took me so long to find him and I'm about to move out of Greensboro.

Customer service is completely awesome! Waiting area is very comfortable very friendly with coffee snacks and sodas and water. Technical service is very poignant and on target highly recommend anybody go to Casey's for automotive needs!

When I needed tires I called around for pricing and found that Casey s indeed had the best prices. Once I decided where I was going to buy my tires I then had to figure a way to get my car there since my schedule is so hectic. I couldn t believe it when they told me not to worry that they d come and get my car, put the new tires on and return the car to my work place. They were absolutely the best! They won my business going forward!

Super helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my girlfriend's Prius, and didn't overcharge for unnecessary services. Prices were more than fair and they even cleaned her car interior because she left it a mess when she dropped it off. We'll definitely be back.

Very good service and quality work. It s just so busy for a spur of the moment check or oil change. You must make an appointment for just about anything.

This is where mechanics take their cars to get worked on. These guys know cars and stay consistently trustworthy. We have taken all of our many used and aging cars here for years. Highly recommended if you are struggling to find honest and professional mechanics.

I have serviced, repaired, and purchased tires from Casey's Tire this year and each visit very satisfied. I have finally located a shop that employs highly trained professional mechanics who can fix my automobiles during the first visit. Great honest, dependable shop for all needs and services

Casey's Tire and Automotive does great work and has amazing customer service. They have very fair prices and go the extra mile to insure everything is takin care of on my vehicle. They don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff i don't need. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody in the area, for any of your car services or repairs.

Went there on Thursday without an appointment with check engine light on.They diagnosed my problems and fixed it the same day.Friday I passed inspection.Very good customer service and now Casey will be my spot to take my car.Thanks so much

Brought car here for check engine light work for a random misfire, spent over $600, light came back on for for the same code. Brought it back for the same code, when I brought it back didn't really care to fix vehicle for the reason I brought it in. It's a tire pro place so I know about some of the perks of going to a tire pro shop, Jake the service writer failed to give me tire pro things like roadside assistance for doing business with them. Customer service is everything, didnt get this from here. A place I use to work. Though my money was green, just didnt feel my business was valued.

Allan was very rude to me infront of his staff. If you can't fix my issue don't be rude to me, its the duty of your techs to know if an issue can be solved before they start taking things apart on a truck.
