This shop does business the old fashioned way. Superb customer service, attention to detail, and tremendous mechanical and electrical knowledge. They worked on my 1974 Ford Bronco and got her ready for Spring. Their ability to work with the customer is second to none and I greatly appreciate the service they provide and am glad to have found a new mechanic in the Greensboro area.

Always helpful and takes great care of my car. Melanie is quick to call with updates and the first time I brought my car to the shop, I received a Thank You card in the mail! That is why I keep going back. I love this shop.

I highly recommend this business! Todd, Melanie and Eric are extremely professional, kind and get the job done right! I feel extremely confident in the repair services they provided on my 1987 R10 Chevy classic pickup truck that I m restoring. Todd is the man-He does great work and takes pride in getting the job done right!This automotive repair shop is a throw-back to the golden days, when businesses knew their customers by name, and took pride in the quality of work provided. They do great work on most every make/model vehicle. I ve seen them working on cars from the 1940-2000 s!The shop is super clean, very organized, efficient and well maintained. Melanie (office manager) is extremely professional and kind. She helped me schedule an appointment to bring my truck in for repair; and communicated with me throughout the repair process. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail a few weeks later! (Awesome customer service) I was blown away by the customer service they provided. They went above and beyond to satisfy every accommodation I asked for, such as, dropping my truck off the day before my appointment and storing it inside the shop at night. I even asked for extra time to pick up my truck which required an extra night of storage-they didn t flinch-was no problem!Todd, Melanie, and Eric are passionate about the work they do and it shows in the quality of customer service and repairs they provide. They made me feel valued as a customer. I look forward to working with them again in the future and highly recommend the work they do here! I drove my truck from Winston-Salem, just to have this shop complete the repairs. Absolutely loved the service, found them in a pinch being new to the area. I am very particular on who works on my super sport truck!.. the Staff is soo down to earth, price was VERY respectable. I actually cannot wait to have more work done here. Actually met the service manager who is an absolute true down to earth lady, the mechanic who wrenched on my vehicle actually talked to me and quoted on the work, and the vehicle. FAMILY owned & managed!! I love it. They showed theyre appreciation to me and i will definitely be a new loyal customer. Look no further- this IS the place! Thanks guys/ gal. !

My longtime mechanic Randall's Tire Pros recommended me here for an electrical problem that I had with my Chevy 3500 box truck that I use specifically for work. I showed up unannounced, and was told it may be a few days since there were people in front of me (no problem). I dropped it off, got a ride home, and received a call a few hours later that everything was done. Much cheaper than expected, and the work was top shelf primo! I love how everyone was so friendly. Today I unexpectedly received a handwritten thank you note in the mail from the owners, super classy move. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone...10 STARS!

First time using these folks. They were recommended to help diagnose some tricky engine issues on our well used/loved Wrangler. I m from Pittsburgh and had an issue about 20 miles away from my destination. I had to google the nearest repair facility which was the auto Doctor. I left the auto doctor being able to continue but with a severe miss. I did my research and found these guys who had me come right in before they closed and repair my truck properly at a fair price. I would highly recommend them, fair honest and knowledgeable.

While traveling, I had car trouble, it was late and all the mechanic shops were closed and would be the following day also. I looked up places closer to where I was going, but also close enough to be covered by my insurance. I stumbled upon this place, read the reviews, and got my car towed there and left a message on their vmail, praying they wouldn't randomly drive by their shop and have me towed. I had never been to the shop, and had gotten a ride to my original destination 2 hours away. They did not fix my car BUT I am giving them 5 stars because they could have took advantage of someone traveling and desperate, could have charged me storage or any fee for having my car there instead they called when they were open and truthfully told me they could not fix my car but recommended me to a place right up the street. They allowed me to have my car towed from their shop and was extremely nice.

We've been coming to this family owned shop around 20 yrs. & we've never had to worry about being taken advantage of. I've never been able to say that about another shop. We moved about an hour away a couple years ago & we still bring both our cars back to Todd. On my last visit (Jan 2016) I waited with a couple who drove down from Virginia because of a friends recommendation.For us, It's priceless to have someone we trust. They have always told us what they found; what can wait & what can't. We both drive used cars, & they have a lot of miles.

I can not say enough good things about this business. We barely made it in the parking lot while having car trouble while driving on vacation. They diagnosed what was wrong, went to get the part, and started work right away to have us out in less than an hour. Amazing. A second gen family owned business with more experience in three automotive technicians than most dealerships. After telling the service manager what beep, whistle, or wiggle your experiencing and set the appointment. Your problem has probably already been diagnosed. When you drive away from Automotive Service Shop you know its been fixed by a pro. Not to mention their performance division creates and maintains some magazine, and car show worthy vehicles.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Family oriented business and the customer service here is great. Highly recommend this car shop , they take pride in their work.I had a problem with my belt and they fixed it right away my car was making a funny noise , they fixed it then the noise proceed I came back in and they took care of the work after finding out it was something else wrong with it.

Todd and Erik are incredible mechanics and Melanie somehow makes everything go smoothly for the customer. Finding a shop like this is rare. They are truly excellent.

Brought my Tiburon here to help with driveablity issues.Tiburon would shoot up in rpms with a slight tap at the gas pedal and pretty much drive itself around. The help of these guys helped solved that issue. She drove back home pretty alright. Will comeback for sure.
