* READ THOSE TITLES & CHECK THOSE VIN NUMBERS PEOPLE!! Criminal con-artist Muhomed & his buddy sold me a salvaged 2007 Honda Civic on 9/20/23 and was told that the back bumper was hit. Rushed me into signing papers and kept the paperwork on the way to the bank so I couldn't see the title until I handed him the money. Title was salvaged reconstructed FLOOD car from Florida. Took me for $5,350. Next day 3 codes came on and found out there's a bad antifreeze leak.*Update: Called the guy to see if he would make things right several days later and he said not unless I'd take off the bad reviews online and retract my complaint with BBB. This criminal acting like I did him wrong and he sold me a FLOOD car without telling me. One of the lights that came on showed a leak. He had grease on the gas cap to check that and erased the codes so I wouldn't know. This criminal needs to be behind bars.*Update: replaced knock 1 sensor on engine, power steering pump & lines, broke motor mounts, both back tires dry rotted, shocks & struts, and driver side seat belt locked up. Interior lights need replacing and the hot & cold indicator light goes off and on at random times. I haven't even owned the car 4 months yet. May God punish the evil.

Recently bought a car from Mohanad, he is a very honest man who helped me out a lot when I was trying to purchase my car. Very great customer service, gave me a great experience for my first time buying a car. If you want to purchase a car go to him he will get you right!!

I was in the middle of traveling through Greensboro during travel for the Military and I broke down. I called Alamance Auto and let them know the situation and told me to have it towed over and they would fit it in. Within 24 hours, they had diagnosed and repaired the vehicle (AC Compressor and S belt) and I was back on the road. Honest prices and fixed only what needed to be done. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we have received at Titan Imports for several years now. They fixed an exhaust system problem we had been dealing with and I was impressed by their diagnostic skills. We have all our inspections and oil changes done there. If I have a mechanical issue, I go there first. I highly recommend them.

If you ever having car trouble I highly recommend Titans Imports Inc. My experience with Titan Imports Inc was awesome, David and Mohamed worked as a team to get my car maintenance. If they were unable to get to my car today I don t know what I would of done. Not only was my car fixed but the service was excellent. Thank you so much guys.

I've been going to Titans Imports since I heard about them in February 2018. I talked to the owner before taking my car in for service. He was very pleasant, concerned and helpful. When I went to the shop the following week, the guys found the problem and fixed it. They also took time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car to me. They showed they really cared unlike other auto shops I've been to. They even vacuumed my out & it looked very nice. I asked for business cards to pass to my friends and family. Don't think Titans Imports is just an auto shop. They repair vehicles from accidents, they do state inspections and sell vehicles. I've gone there now a few times and I always pleased with the work the guys do. I have and will continue to tell people about Titans Imports! #GREATJOBGUYS Muhammed is a great salesman. He really takes time to answer any questions you have. Every time I go there, he's always pleasant, never rude. He has a good heart and just wants his/their customers to be happy with their services.

Terrible customer service. Went for an inspection and was told I failed due to a small piece of tread on one of my tire. Inspector said He would not fail me and sell me a tire. If I didn t get the tire from them he would fail me. Tried to hustle me. Called my husband there and the guy says the system timed out and it failed me. After we already stared the tire search with him. He lied and put it in as a fail. When they do your inspection they put your car up on this lift up machine. Where hey can walk over the car as well. They also damaged my car with that machine and tried to charge me full 30.00 price for a failed inspection. Which is against the law. Guy was awful. Not helpful, tried to histMe into a tire because I was a woman and alone. He didn t like when my husband came up to see what small tread I had on my tire so he failed me and then had the nerve to call my husband with a quote for a used tire at 85.00. I m not going to buy a tire from you now after you failed me for that tire. He lied and I will never deal with them again. Worse customer service I ve ever encountered. If I could give it no starts I would!!!! B

The mechanic that helped me pass my car inspection was very consistent and helpful throughout the lengthy process of getting my car inspection ready. If u choose this location you wont be disappointed. Staff is very professional amd understanding. Would reccomend to anyone who asks!

Called three times. Finally pulled up to the business and called, left message. Second call while sitting, left message again. The guy called me back to tell me he was closed till January. Could have put that on the door, could have returned all my other calls. Very disappointed but did find a good place somewhere else to get my three vehicles inspected.

Had a accident and caused some body damage to the front of my car. I heard about titan from a buddy of mine i went up there to check them out they are very helpful and treated me like a friend as soon as i waked in. After they worked on my car it looks brand new like i just bought it. I really like how they are professional and friendly i highly recommend to anyone.

I just purchased a 2007 Kia Sedona mini van from Titan Motors. When I looked at the vehicle there were a few small issues which I requested to be addressed. The owner, Muhaned Mohamed was very willing to take care of the issues before the sale. He was very knowledgeable and got the repairs done quickly and reasonably. I would highly recommend Titan Imports to anyone seeking a direct, honest buying experience. As a plus, they are a full service repair shop and vehicle inspection station, so I will take my repair needs etc. to them as well. Check them out if you are car shopping or in need of a reputable repair place.

I had a terrible experience with Titans Imports. I purchased a 2004 Nissan Xterra from Titans. I spoke with Mohammed. He told me the vehicle was great. He claimed it had just been inspected and ran great. After a test drive Mohammed told me he needed to do a tune up and I could pick up the vehicle the next day. The went back the next afternoon. The mechanic was still "working" on the truck. He claimed the mechanic was installing new fuel injection. I waited an hour. He promised the vehicle would be ready the next day. I picked up the truck the next day. The next morning the truck would not start. I bought a new battery. The truck was fine. The next day the car would not turn over. I took the truck to my mechanic. The CarFax showed there had not been any shop work done to the truck in 7 years. None of the normal maintenance had been done. The truck has been in shop one a week for a month. Mohammed was unfazed when I explained all this. Not to mention I still do not have a title and I am still riding on 30 day tags and it has been well over a month. Do not trust this place! Save your money!

I've had my car for 2 years I never had an issue. If I did I could call them and they would answer all my questions, and fix my car in a timely manner. Very down to earth people and very nice. I can't express how grateful I am to them

They stayed late just to fix my air conditioning so that I could safely take my daughter out in this heat. They were wonderfully kind and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of car work!

Excellent detail work. They take their time and put in effort to make sure your car is clean. Convenient location right off of 85. This is a true one stop shop, they even offer NC state inspections.

I wish I could have zero star for this place not even one, the owner is crooked person, hibitual liar and dishonest person and he does not care at all about customer services , the body work he does is really ugly, poor painting , bad finishing , and sucks services.He hides his identity from the people because he was in jail due to Federal case with FBI and he has been convicted and spent quite some time in Jail(buying & selling stolen cars) but he never learned his lesson yet he is the real owner work behind the scene but he issues me the paper work under (Mitchell Mitchell name) I have never ever met this person during the entire eleven months I wasted with this dude which is not the real owner by the way so he can't face the world with his blacklisted Identity so he uses that person name so he can hide from the Feds but they knows everything and they are watching him very closely and he suppose not to be conducting any kind of bussiness with his real identity at all what so ever that is why he hides his orginal name and I'm wandering how he is still out there keep doing the same sh.... excuse my french over and over again but unfortunately I knew all the facts after too late otherwise I will ever never be there.If your destiny has to bring you across thisfilthy place and nasty personally always doube check his work cause he didn't know what the heck he is doing! ! and If you can't buy any parts yourself double check his prices I have had very bad exp�rience with him he tells me the cost is $168.00 for one part for example while the real price is $65 only from the dealer not even from after market stores so open your eyes and pay close attension to his deeds and his wordsHe had my Honda 2015 CR-V sits in his filthy place for eleven months and he even could not fixed it or figured out what was wrong and give me a reliable running car with agood mechanical and body work after all I end up have to take my car to Crown Honda dealer in Greensboro NC, to get it fix by expert personell and they did fix it in less than 24 hours and we end up by going to the court trying to solve this dispute he should be a shamed off him self , his work and his nasty attitude but I'm not surprised at all.So If you have a choice to go some where else to get your car repair correctly and in a timely manner and have peace of mind and quality of work please do so and avoid that nasty place.Thanks you,Abdul Obead.

I have dealt with this business for 2 years now and find them very cooperative, friendly and do a fast job. They take you fast and with passing by the door almost every day, so convenient for inspections as opposed to Halls Tire on 421.

Mouth cannot express how grateful I am to this great company. About two years ago, one of my mechanics at Honda dealer referred me to this humble man, Mohaned, the manager of Titan Import. The mechanic told me how good Mohaned is. Little did I know that the word good was not enough to describe him. Mohaned is a GREAT man with an exceptional character. He has an exceptional knowledge to all kinds of cars. He is not afraid to tell you the truth. Mohaned will go more than extra miles to satisfy his customers. If you exercise patience with him, he will go more than extra miles to get you EXACTLY what you want in a car.My lovely aunt who has been tired of hearing me praising this wonderful man, recently decided to follow me to Titans Import. As we arrived, I introduced my aunt to Mohaned. My aunt was astonished to see Mohaned. It happened that my aunt has known Mohaned in the past. But for some reason, lost his contact. My aunt did not hesitate to testify how great this great man is.Several times that I have been at Titans Import, I have never come across any customer with a concern . Most times, all I hear them saying is how good Mohaned is.I am not trying to convince anyone about Titans Imports. Seeing is believing. In that note, I will HIGHLY recommend this dealership.Thank you Titans Import! Thank you Mohaned for all your help. People like you is what the world need.

This was a WONDERFUL expierence! I spoke to someone at the shop about what I wanted (wrecked truck bed repaired and repainted) and he gave me a 2day turn around time for my truck...which off the bat I thought to be impossible...but upon arrival....it was done! THEN...he went upon and beyond and even took the wrecked bed off and installed the new one right there! (Originally...I was just going to pick it up) Before leaving everything was switched out and in place and working!!! And the overall Custer Service was Suberb!!! I would definitely recomend this place of service if you need anything done! VERY Pleased!!!! And this comes from someone who is VERY BIG on Customer Service!!! 5 Star all the way!!!#TheGarcias
