They couldn't get an oil filter off a 2013 Rav 4 they had 3 of every tire very few full sets a 5' 1 Asian girl at Take 5 in Hickory easily removed the oil filter. Walmart had the wrong size tires for my car ordered

Took my car in on Sunday for an oil change. Upon driving it home, I realized the skid plate was completely dragging upon the ground . A skid plate does not serve much of a purpose on a car, but it s the principal of getting my car back in the same if not better condition after the oil change. Instead, we came back with a skid plate dragging on the ground. Unacceptable.I even took it back to the wal mart and told them what happened- and supposedly they fixed it?But GET THIS: there I am, driving my friend to CLT airport later that day and it starts dragging AGAIN while we are on the freeway. I had to zip tie it at a gas station. Keep in mind, there were NO issues with this before bringing it into this wal mart auto center. Hopefully they can still make it right after the third time (which is again, unacceptable this happened at all )I will update my review if so.Please, do not bring your car here if you are hoping to get it back in the same condition without other things going wrong because of their inability to correctly put things back where they were

I bought new tires from Walmart. Price was reasonable, staff was very pleasant & service was great! Quiet ride just as I read. I will continue to make my purchases with them.

Within 2 weeks 2 of my 4 brand-new tires began showing wires. I took my car back and they refused to honor the warranty. The technicians were extremely kind but the manager told me I would have to purchase two more tires said the problem was between myself and the manufacturer

Found a set of tires for an old 2010 escape at $100 a piece. It cost about 20 bucks to mount each one for a total of $80. Now we're up to $480. At this point I'm actually okay with this except for the fact that the tires that claim that we're in stock is no longer in stock. The only tires they had were all terrains which are basically mud tires. I was reluctant but went ahead since that's all they had. Of course they want to sell you warranty, road hazard, rotations, air checks for an additional $108 now we're up to $560. Then of course the tire sensors are out at a price of $28 each. Now we're up to $672. After taxes and fees were now at $705. After leaving I noticed the tires are extremely loud, bumpy and slightly out of balance. I called the store and asked him if there was any way that I could swap these for regular radials and they declined to help. They basically said you will have to buy an entire new set and there's nothing we can do about it. Even discount tire will give you 3 days if you don't like the tires and they were at $562 for a set with all of the bells and whistles and warranties. So just because it looks like a good deal doesn't mean it is. Disappointed that Walmart would not swap these for me. Now I'm stuck with these for at least 3 years. Yay! Perfect!

I've used Walmart several times in the past for needed tire repairs or replacement. They always do a great job. Like many businesses currently they TOO are short staffed and have had to periodically close their auto service centers accordingly. This is the only reason I couldn't rate them a full 5 stars at this time. Hopefully, it will improve soon...

I had new tires put on my car at this store. I have tried calling all day to make an appointment for my free tire rotation and an oil change. No one answers the phone. Even customer service couldn't help me. How on earth can you do business if you can't answer phones for appointments? I live far away from this store. Am I going to have to drive all the way there just to make an appointment???

My battery died, due to the cold weather. There was a sticker on the battery dated 5/21 when I took it back to Walmart. I walked in and specifically asked if the Walmart batteries hold any type of warranty, without a receipt. Harold told me there wasn t so I purchased a whole new battery. Harold was in the middle of taking his till out of the register and another employee took the battery inside for me and sold me another battery. I wasn t aware until the next day, while reading the receipt, it said plain and simple there s a one year manufacturer warranty with no receipt. I called the battery dept. and was told the correct procedure was that the battery should ve been hooked up to see if it would hold a charge and I should ve received a new battery at no cost and my phone number was taken to receive a call back. Apparently nothing could be done since the batteries are shipped out nightly. I definitely won t be back! If I could give no stars I would!

Called for a tire quote. Phone rang it seemed like 20X before someone picked up. Location said they did not accept appointments, They are 1st come 1st serve. Price quotes were also incorrect. Will be looking for a different Tire store to purchase Tires. Would not recommend this location if looking to buy new Tires.

They refuse to do a oil change even though I called them and confirm it before I came up there. He said they got full of orders by then. I drove straight there. Fifteen mins max. Then I left drove up the road and came back and saw them outside smoking and playing around. They just didn t want to do anything. That was plain and simple. I would never go there again. They need to be shut down. The Walmart salons are the same way. They don t want business just want to sit on their butt and play around.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean, well organized. I've been to several Walmarts over the years. This one is the absolute best. Only took 30 minutes to have my oil changed.

They do not tell you that lifetime balance and rotate is included when you get tires mounted even though there are 2 different prices on the board. So expect to pay an extra 12 dollars per tire! When I asked the manager about it he said if I wanted it taken off the bill the would have to take the weights off of my wheels! This should be illegal. This place will never get my business again!

I have tried to get tires put on for two weekends in a row and they either say they are backed up about two hours or there is no one at the front with a long line of people waiting for someone at the register. The customer service sucks.

Don't even bother. Called twice. 1st time I got a reply of, "hello" and then they hung up. I tried calling again and it rung out to a different department, I got transferred back to auto to hear the phone be picked up and put back down to end the call immediately. Actual trash.

They do a good job. I just giving them 4 stars because I have to get my own oil filter because they don't have one to fit my vehicle.

Their customer service sucks. No one in line and they couldn t help me rotate my tires because they only had 45 mins left on their clock

I went here and first he lost my car keys and asked me if I had them I had to get in my car and crawl through my seats to find them second he didn't put my spare tire back in the place right left it up and down so now my trunk won't open. Waited over 1 hour with 1 other customer in front of me for them to tell me they couldnt put tires on my car because a wheel stud was rusted.
