On Sunday I had a flat tire and it didn t help it was also a downpour. Nevertheless Josh s auto and tow service answered my call and was able to respond in minutes. Junior was our tow man and he was fantastic and very professional. I could tell that Junior genuinely cared about my vehicle. He notified me when my car was delivered, took pictures of it and left a note to the dealership to call me. This business is top notch!

I was told within an hour and Junior got here in about 30 minutes! He was super friendly and quickly got me into my car with no damage at all (despite the too dark tint on my windows haha). Thanks so much Junior! Highly recommend!

When my car wouldn t start we called our insurance company and they sent Junior with Josh s Auto & Towing Service. Junior was there when they said he would be and he was so professional and personable.I would definitely request him next time if the need arises.

Junior was great! Showed up at the requested time as we waited for family to arrive to help with the towing travels. Was friendly and considerate making us feel comfortable and stress free with our first towing experience. Would recommend!

Junior was the tow driver and was great. He was pleasant to speak with and made the day a bit easier by joking around with me. Never fun when a car breaks down. Would recommend Josh's Auto and Towing service.

I had a slow leak in my tire. This morning, it was 25 degrees when my daughter came home after working 3rd shift. The tire was almost completely flat. My insurance offers roadside assistance. They dispatched Josh's Auto to my apartment complex. Junior came out, and put the spare tire on for me.Turns out there is a nail and a screw in the tire! Junior was very, polite, friendly, professional and efficient. If I ever needs assistance in the future, I know who to call!

We got a flat tire on the highway tonight and had to call for a tow. Junior, of Josh's Towing, was FANTASTIC! He got to us quickly, was friendly and got our car back home safely. Highly recommend, would definitely use Josh's again.

The receptionist who took my call was friendly. Junior came to pick my vehicle up fairly quickly and was also a really nice and helpful guy. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

Great company. Junior showed up quickly and they were very nice and courteous. First place we went did not have my tire so they took me further. Made sure to not leave me stranded. Very highly recommend!!

Junior got us off the side of the road and where we needed to be fast, and took good care of our car the whole time. It was covered by insurance so I can't speak to price value, but they definitely did a great job!

My car shut down on our way home from Ohio. Fortunately we were close to home, and Josh's towing service was able to tow my car home. Junior was very kind and respectful to myself, and my daughter during the trip home. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks a bunch!

Junior was the tow truck driver that came out to rescue my car which .was bottomed out down a bank. He was polite, professional, and got my car off the bank without any damage. The outcome could of been bad if he had not took his time and had the knowledge he had. For all you towing or wrecker needs ask for Junior.

I needed a tow early this morning and Josh's did not disappoint. They were very polite and were flexible when I told them I was pressed for time. Junior, the driver, showed up early and was quick to load then tow my vehicle to the shop for repairs. I recommend their services to everyone.

I needed to have my truck towed to a trusted shop for some repairs I had been struggling to complete. I called Hagerty Ins Friday & they arranged a covered tow for Monday morning. I received a call from Josh's at 6:15 to inquire about the vehicle size & said she would have the truck here when I needed it. Junior showed up when expected in a beautiful clean truck which is a plus when hauling a vehicle insured by Hagerty. He was extremely professional, polite & treated my truck like it was his own, which was greatly appreciated. When we arrived at the destination he took his time unloading it, took a few pictures, shook my hand & thanked me for me business. You can't ask for anything more than that. I would highly recommend Josh's to anyone needing a tow to anyone. I could not be more pleased.

As soon as road side assistance contacted them, they were there within 30 minutes. Junior is very efficient and professional and we couldn't have had a better person come out to change the tire. I appreciate his kindness and your company's quick response

I was locked out of my sister's vehicle while she was in Utah. Junior came out in record time, we were quoted an hour and fifteen minutes and he was there in under 45, and unlocked the car and got us going in under 10 minutes! And Junior was polite and friendly!

my boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident on christmas eve almost stranded with a dead phone until we stumbled upon josh s auto and towing service. i wish more stars were available because they came and got my boyfriend and took him all the way to wilmington NC on christmas eve. my boyfriends driver junior was amazing and created great conversation the whole way! thank you isn t enough for this company and junior! thank you so much for the work you do everyday and around the holidays. My SUV wouldn't start and I was so thankful Josh's Auto & Towing Service responded quickly! Junior was so helpful and took great care of my vehicle.
