I had seen this place when it opened, but never really thought about going in there because I already had a place that I always took my vehicles to. Recently they posted a list of tire sizes with prices and somehow it came across my Facebook. My van was in need of tires very badly and he just so happened to have a new set for a very good price, so I took my van there to get them. My experience was awesome! Bill was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him and he seems like a really good guy!! He is very humble and more about helping people out rather than trying to rip their arm off to make a dollar!! I will definitely be going back and will recommend him to everyone! Let s show this man some love and send some business his way because I would love to see him succeed and go far in his business!!

These guys are THE BEST, from pricing to advice about ANY car you may have. Been dealing with them for awhile & my car has ALWAYS RAN LIKE NEW once my problems were fixed. Owner is extremely helpful in every way possible. I love them Bill & Gabe are definitely for US as people

We should be proud places like this still exist. I went here with a flat tire, and the gentlemen at the front told me it could possibly take a few hours before they would have it repaired. It ended up taking them until the next day to have my car finished. However, because he told me one thing and it ended being another, they charged me no labor cost for the job. I only paid for the tire. This is the kind of service you won t get anywhere else. I didn t even mind waiting the extra time to get my car back, because it clearly wasn t their fault. The store owner was very nice about the situation, and he will have my business in the future because of this. I couldn t imagine any big chain mechanic doing this for their customers.

I would not take my truck to any other garage for repairs or any work whatsoever. Bill Cardone, the owner, has a following throughout the Hickory/Unifour area. When I found out he was opening his own shop, I did not hesitate to continue to entrust the care of my truck to Bill and Blue Ridge Automotive. I drive between 40,000 to 50,000 miles a year. I need reliable service for routine maintenance. I also need fast, reliable repairs, and diagnostic competency to determine what may be the issue. You get all of that with Bill. At the end of the day, Bill will see to it that you get your vehicle repaired and back on the road and fixed correctly in a timely manner. Bill is also a car guy not just somebody who learned how to fix vehicles. He knows how to build a car from the ground up. Bill communicates very well, is very approachable, and can easily explain complicated issues to help you understand what your car needs. Lastly, you will never have to worry about unnecessary work being done. Bill Will treat your vehicle like it is his vehicle. Take your vehicle to Bill and Blue Ridge automotive!

I'm so proud of Bill getting his own spot because he definitely DESERVES it !! Bill has been my mechanic for the past 5 years, and he is a very hard-working man !! He's very knowledgeable about cars, and he won't give up or stop until the problem or issue is FIXED !! He also has great help with Gabe!! I love them both!!
