Guys are great there. Tires are fairly priced. Don't bother buying a tire protection program, what a waste of time and money. If your tire goes flat they MIGHT be able to get a tow truck to haul you to a shop for repair. Or your can bring your tire in to them to be plugged. Nonsense.

My experience is a favorable one. The techs who did the actual work did so in a remarkable short time. With professional style I was helped with a tire problem & I also received a quote for the future.

My I would rebuke that person by saying not to get a protection plan.. when you have $150 tires each and you get a nail in your tire and nobody will fix it that s when your protection plan comes into play and literally six months after I bought my tires I got a nail in it that nobody would fix but I had the protection plan which means I got a new tire Tire shops will only fix a hole if it is within a certain area of the tire. If it s anywhere on the side wall anywhere on the edges, they will not touch it.

This is a great team. They were polite, but better than that they had my car in and out! Communication was excellent. I honestly don't know how their prices compare, as I had my car towed there. I feel confident in the work and my car now drives like when I bought it.I had a front end alignment and replaced 3 tires. (I had two flats in a week.)

I had a tire that picked up a nail. I called and they worked me in about 30 minutes. Good people to work with and the technician took his time to explain to me what he did. Also, he expressed some concern about the age and condition of the tire. Charges were less than what I expected. Highly recommended.

They said that if I dropped my van off early in the AM they could have it done before school pick up at 2p. After multiple calls, lying to me saying it was "almost done", I went up there, only to discover six hours after I dropped it off, they hadn't even started on it. Don't tell your customers that you can do something if you can't. I will never go back, and I will tell all my friends to avoid it as well.

I had a really great first time experience. I had a tire issue and came from the Tire Pros in Durham to get things corrected. They had my tire in stock, completed the tire warranty paperwork and provided efficient service. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out. No issues. This will be my new go to for auto services in the area!

The valve stem on my F250 s tire cracked today. I was quickly getting a flat tired and about to be in a bad situation. I went to Wilson s and they got me in immediately and replaced the valve. It didn t cost much and I was really happy that they were able to immensely help me. The guy at the front was super nice and the elderly customers coming in were all very kind, too. I will definitely keep them in mind for future issues.

We were recently in Graham for family business. We needed an emergency tractor tire repair and we stopped by Wilson s Tire for help. They fixed the tire in about 20 minutes. I had some quality service done back in March, and after I received the quality care, I made up in my mine that Bulla Warren will be my Auto Mechanic for as long as I m living and however long they re in service! When I need quotes for repairs, they always outline them perfectly, and responds swiftly back to their email. They do everything the old fashioned way, repairs are done right the first time at an affordable and reasonable price!God bless you, and thank you!CM

I'm from Maryland and have dealt with Bulla-Warren for 40 years before they were Tire Pros but it's the same great bunch of people. Nothing has changed, always a nice place to get your car worked on or tires replaced.Service: TiresService: Tires

This used to be the tried and true Bulla Warren where service and honesty was great. The new owner and operators have made some changes, but appear to be conducting business in similar fashion. I had an incident resulting in damaged rims during tire replacement shortly after the change in ownership. The incident was frustrating but Wilson Tire Pros made it right without issue. I have been back a few times since without issue and believe they are a trustworthy establishment with good customer service.

My wife and I take our automobiles here and are truly happy with there services including that we 100% trust their pricing and labor honesty! My only concern is that I did not see any employees wearing masks during the 2020 covid pandemic. However, I can't remember if they had shields up. I will be going back but hope they wear masks not just for customer safety but their own safety. Such a special business. Businesses like those have been lost. Keep this one going.

Was looking for a particular type of tire for my ride and they not only had them in stock, but at the cheapest price of ANY place I checked in the area. Dealing with them was quick, professional and punctual. I will also add that a very impressive piece of the puzzle is that most of our interaction was done via email due to me being deaf. Anytime I sent a message I quickly received a reply with plenty of detail, honest feedback, etc. THAT is something many companies lack, but not these guys. Impressive!

I had a blowout on I40 3 hours from home. Called and spoke to Jimmy and told him what happened and that I needed a tire. He looked and thankfully they had one exactly like I needed. Got my car there after two guardian angels got my ruined tire off and the spare tire on. They were very professional and had me back on the road in a couple of hours (even short handed these guys went above and beyond). Highly recommend. THANK YOU JIMMY AND CREW!Service: Tires

Got my car wheels changed out - they said they did the alignment but my truck still lists to the rightCouldn t get the tires I wanted in so they asked me if I wanted different ones, was this a bait and switch tactic?Idk
