Repairs looked good but the customer service and communication was sub-par. My husband was rear ended in November and we didn't get the approval for repairs until late December. When we called they were closed for the holidays which is understandable . I left a message expecting a call back but instead had to call again a week after they returned returned to work to line up an appointment. The earliest appointment we could get was 2 months out. We understandthat this maybe out of there control and the car was driveable. They never called to remind us of our upcoming appointment, not necessarily but would have been nicewe are adults. When i went to drop it off it was almost like an inconvenience to them. They took the keys and said ok. I had to ask how long they thought it would be in the shop. They said the work would take about a week and they would call when it was ready. When I got to the rental place no one ever reached out to State Farm about the work even though this was lined up through them. I had to get State Farm to reopen the claim. Well a week goes by no call, 2 weeks no call, 3 weeks no call. I called them to follow and wait on hold for 10 minutes only to find out it's been ready for 2 weeks. They claim they called and left a message. I have no missed calls and no messages from them. How long were they going to let my car sit there until they did a follow up call? Then when I go to pick up the car they hand me the keys and say it's out front. No one takes me outside to make sure the work is adequate. I'm now also unsure if I will have to pay for extra time on the rental.

QCS staff was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful with any info needed. All repairs we taken care of in a timely manner and looked great. They even went above & beyond on detailing the inside of my vehicle! It looked AMAZING and was unexpected. I had a wonderful experience with Brandon and Quality Collision Solutions in Graham last week. My 2004 Highlander sustained damage to the front left fender and headlight. Although there was some miscommunication about repairs to the bumper (my mistake!), he made it right. I think the car has never looked better- fair price done quickly with great customer service.

My car doors were heavily damaged as you see in the picture. The team at QCS are highly skilled and very professional. My car looks good as new! From initial phone call to car pickup, I was satisfied. They'll give you a detailed quote for free. Give them a call.

The best service!! I had a hard time dealing with and communicating with the insurance company and the folks at QCS were so patient and understanding. I called so many times and Carrie always assured me it was ok and gave me updates when I requested. My car looks great! I'd recommend anyone bring their vehicle here!!

We ve had Brandon and his staff take care of our Jeep Wrangler when it was rear ended and our Volvo sunroof that was cracked. Excellent work, very friendly to work with, and timely repair work. Definitely recommend!!

Went in for my assessment on the repairs for my car. The guy went out and took pictures and briefly explained to me about the process to repair my car. Gave me a date for repair and an assessment. The cost was way lower than I had imagined. I have not gotten the repairs done just yet but will update with more stars when I do. Just the office visit for assessment was easy breezy and the gentleman who helped me(can't remember his name) seemed to know what he was doing. It all took maybe 30 minutes.Edit: It's been a year since having the work done on my car and I have had zero issues with the work. Car took a few days bc something needed to be replaced and ordered that wasn't expected but sometimes that just happens. Repairs were covered through insurance so I can't really give an opinion on the cost of the work. Seemed reasonable from what the invoice had listed.

Our Honda Pilot had damage to the front bumper and headlamps in 2019. We took it to Brandon and his team at QCS for repair. They did a great repair job and on time as stated. So, Early this 2021 we noticed the headlamps were sweating with moisture in between the lens and bulbs. I called Brandon to ask about the warranty on the headlamps and he told me they had a one year warranty which meant they were out of warranty. Well, let me tell you.....Not only did Brandon replace the headlamps at no charge even know they were out of warranty, he didn't even charge labor for the replacement.If you want quality repair at a fair price and a company that stands by their work, Use Quality Collision Repair.JonServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

QCS took care of some damage to my trucks passenger doors. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Only 7 days from the day I dropped it off till I was able to pick it up. My insurance company wanted to use subpar junkyard parts and QCS fought for me to get me new parts for a 2017 model vehicle less than a year old. While it was there they also spray lined my bed with Bullet Liner and it looks great! Highly recommend if you need either service performed!

Wished I could give a negative review. Not in a million years would I give them my money. I've never left a review, but here you go. I was talked to like a dog for asking Brandon to look at a small dent to see if it could be fixed.. I said the estimate could come at his convenience, no hurry. He said "he couldn't do a thing for me today and I should take another day off work to come back by". In the most hateful way you could imagine! (And I give people the benefit of the doubt on a possible bad day scenario)Apparently he can't look at anything without a computer. The vehicle was 20 feet from where we were standing, by the way.Worst experience for trying to patronize a local business that I've ever experienced..

My car was in a accident recently and I got her back last week. I want to say to Brandon and his team, THANK YOU! I give you guys a 5 star across the board! My overall experience was very informative and professional from the beginning to end. Brandon would take the time to update me on the repairs throughout the entire process. A great incentive to QCS is they give me something to drive while my car was being repaired. They have Rental, How convenient is that!?When I picked up my car, it was clean! Thanks Again and I will be recommending QCS.

QCS did a great job with the door ding/dent and made the doors match. All my interactions with them indicate that this is a well-run business. When I picked up my car, I was happily surprised that they had not only cleaned the exterior but had cleaned the interior as well, including vacuuming the dog hair off the back seat. That is service above and beyond.

They were great when they were taking 10 thousand dollars plus while fixing a front bumper dent, fixed the deployed airbag ... from a minor fender bender that just hit the sensor just right.When the replaced seatbelts never adjusted correctly again and it took us forever to get back there to have them fix what wasn t previously broken, that they replaced, and then was broken... and they said- if you EVER have a problem with ANY thing come back and we ll take care of it Well apparently if they already got paid then you re on your own - they won t help you, they won t take ownership for their workmanship.Perhaps go elsewhere if you want someone who will keep their word.

Totallt professional outfit. Brandon, the owner, is the genuine deal. He did everything exactly as he said he would. Our repair was not simple, yet they turned out perfect work the first time. Highly recommend

This shop does shady work and works for the insurance company not to repair your car 100%Please do not use them as a select service shop on your insurance claim.If the the vehicle was fixed right the first time as stated by your service team there would be no fighting with insurance company.Since your shop released my vehiche not being fixed 100% and stated it was thats poor work on your shop and your shop should be held responsible!Service: Body & Trim

I expected better .After multiple excuses I finally had to,press them to complete the work. The Car was left in lot, in the rain with back window missing and uncovered. .Ultimately the work was satisfactory but I cannot recommend.
