I went up there for a wheel alignment after changing out my tie rods, I was extremely satisfied. The General Manager Joe was super respectful and welcoming, straight to the point, and made sure I knew what Mavis is about. Not only was the service good, but it was quick and cheap. Didn't even wait 30 minutes on my alignment but Joe made sure I was comfortable while waiting. On top of that the store is super clean and organized. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will be returning if I ever need work.

Visited to purchase a new tire. Joe, the manager, was very helpful, friendly and he knows his job. The place was very clean and comfortable. There was no high pressure selling. He asked how he could help him and he did just that.Excellent work. A very friendly staff. I will be back and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Absolutely wonderful business to work with. They were able to get me in the same day. Everyone is very knowledgable and friendly. Had my brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid changed out/replaced. Prices are outstanding as well, the local Nissan dealership was going to charge a small fortune for the same work. I couldn't be happier and will continue to do repeat business here. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation next, which has been an easy process as well. Thank you so much for providing real customer service in a day and age where most businesses no longer know what that is anymore!

This is a great place to go to for all your tire and brake needs. The staff is all friendly and kind. The general manager, Joe, was especially helpful. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure that my car got what it needed at the best price, without pushing unneeded services.

Came in to get an alignment and some checks done. The online reservation process was quick and easy. They even called after I submitted the reservation request in order to confirm. I was taken care of as soon as I came in. I was updated on how everything was going at regular intervals. Furthermore, I did not feel pressured to buy anything or pay for anything extra. The shop is spotless and everyone working here is very professional and efficient. I will definitely come back here whenever I need more tire or brake services done.

I love my new set of tires and the quality work done on my vehicle! I made an appointment online and the process was simple, easy, convenient and quick. You also can do a walk-in. The staff was very friendly and professional! I felt good with the purchase and install of new tires! The price was amazing and the product was great quality! I will definitely be coming back for future tire purchases as well as maintenance oil changes in the future! Thanks Mavis Tires & Brakes!

Kenneth and his Team welcomed us in and TRULY treated us like family while his capable crew members patched a puncture from a screw. Lovely waiting area with a TV, plenty of built in ports to charge electronic devices right where you're seated, and a window to see through to the bay if you're curious about the progress on your vehicle. Clean restrooms and water fountains. We walked in with NO appointment, or call ahead of time and were taken care of quickly. I drove off 100% confident I stopped at the best place in town. That type of peace of mind is priceless. They certainly go above and beyond, and are very honest and caring with their customers.

This place is amazingly wonderful. Ken is a great person, helped me with tires and oil change. Even better he came and sat with me while I was waiting and explained other things that my car will need. He was not pushy to try and sell me their services. That alone in these times is beautiful. My first time at this store was absolutely wonderful. I was in a rush for time and they got me in and out very quick. Service was wonderful, facilities were clean and tires were great and very affordable. Definitely not my last visit.

I have never had such a great experience at a car place before. The staff are super friendly and keep you posted on what is happening with your car. They consistently update you with cost and ask before doing anything so there are no surprises. They were able to let me know about other problems my car had and were willing to fix it right away. These were problems I knew had existed so they weren't just doing it for more money. They actually did everything they could to make it as cheap for me as possible. They were quick with taking the car back and quick on working on it. A really great experience!!

Took our car to have it serviced and we had a great experience very friendly staff very professional. We love the hours of operation as well. I definitely can trust them to be honest and fair and that is #1 in my opinion.

Very deaf friendly (I m deaf) was willing to write a note for me if I couldn t understand what they said. I came in asked how long it takes and first person said 2 hours which I did not have time but I called and said they can make it finish by one hour and they did. Very happy about it! Thank you!

Realized I had a flat tire when leaving NC to head back to Georgia. I called Mavis to see if they could fit me in asap and was told absolutely! Service was fast and the customer service was awesome!

I promise you! Doesn't matter what location for Mavis Tires I go to. They always have excellent customer service! This location & Hillsborough off ext 165 hwy85 durham is always great service, Thanks Mavis for your quality & attention to detail when asked questions.

Thankfully I caught a flat tire on the highway right before there exit !! They were a great crew with great customer service !! Even though they didn t have my size they tried their best to locate which no one really carries my size of 285/50/20 !! They found a tire at another store location and luckily i have family they could bring to me from Greensboro area !! Needless to say they stuck with me the whole time being I was heading to VA and my destination was 3 hrs away and my house 2 hrs back 85 south let ne use the equipment being that i didn t even have my jack in truck and couldn t get the spare to lower it was seized up and rusted and a size 16 anyways !! Once again thankfully I was at the right location where I needed to be for this emergency!!!

Mavis was really awesome in helping me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. The work I needed was not able to be done at Mavis, but Kenneth took the time to show me specifically what needed to be done, estimated the possible cost for me, and recommended a mechanic. I wasn t even charged for that time and labor. Thank you so much!!

Neat lil' tire shop- brand new- equipment, tools, computerized balancing and alignment, tool car for alignment, wasn't super expensive and they didn't bug me with other "needed repairs" like other shops usually do. Took the car for break check a couple weeks later and the guys were very kind and helpful!

Tae and the mechanics were honest and upfront about the work I asked them to do. They showed me my brake pads and let me know they were fine and it was too early to replace them. Thanks guys for being honest and looking out for me!

Amazing service!! I had a nail in tire with tire rotation and balance. Not a huge sale but customer service was amazing! Brian continued coming out to inform me of process. I didn't have appt so had to wait but lobby was clean. Definitely will be back!

This was my first time here. I like the service I got. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Service time was 11/2 hours or so, expected! Very clean bathrooms. Will be back!!

I came in for two tires, and found out I had to have 3 lugnuts and 2 stud replaced also. They did an amazing job, and they gave me a little bit of a discount because the additional parts and work were going to be more than what I was anticipating!

ken and all his staff were great to work with , personable and knowledgable . i was able to get on their schedule in a timely manner and ken worked to get me a great price . i know i'll be back with other vehicles in our fleet . i'd recommend Mavis in graham to anyone looking for a good price and quality service .

Dropped off truck to get four wheel alignment and oil changed when picked it up mud all over tires and fender wells, greasy handprints all over the truck scratches on the fenders were they didn t use any covers ,oil all down the side of engine in the manifold and on top of the engine and also floorboard inside nasty grease on steering wheel and doorhandles very sloppy

Recommend this place highly. They were able to find a slow leak in my tire when a previous shop did not. This is my new go to place for oil change and tire maintenance care.
