Came in 4/2/2024 for an estimate on door damage and painting a aftermarket back bumper, staff was very friendly, clear on communication and straight to the point. Everything was so smooth to where I was even skeptical on the quality of the work, come to drop it off on 4/3/2024 and picked it up 4/9/2024 and man, the work was amazing looks like no damage was even on the car and the paint match on the bumper to car was perfect thought it would be hard with the shade of blue being newer but they nailed it, 10/10 recommend any work on body or paint needed being done by the staff at Maaco will 100% be returning for paint match on future aftermarket parts before and after pictures shown

I am at a loss for words over the negative reviews. Just the past month I had a great experience with the Graham location. The staff (the manager Vespera, Cain, and Laura) were very helpful and nice, they answered all my questions and did a great job on the repairs I asked to be done and the color change on my car. The staff even took pictures of the process so I could have before and after photos of the color change and repairs made. Going above my expectations. This is not the first car they have done for me, I ve had several cars repaired and painted at this location. In the past I ve worked with Matt, had a great experience and the new staff stands up to his great customer service!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I've been fortunate over the years to have very little auto body repair needs. My 2007 BMW 335i was in need of a complete body painting. I didn't have any experience with Maaco, but had been referred to them by a couple of people. After working with Laura and getting an estimate, I dropped off the car to let them work their magic. In just a little over a week, I got the call that the car was ready. WOW! What a difference! It looked like a brand new car. Thanks to Laura and the rest of the crew at Maaco. I highly recommend them for all your body repair needs. Whether its a small bump-up or a complete body painting, they've got you covered.

I came to Maaco here in Graham with a 2010 Tacoma I just bought. There was some pretty serious sun damage on the Roof and the Hood. (Pictures included). I had spent the last few weeks getting estimates at a few shops to get the surfaces repainted, but nobody could give me a better quote than Maaco, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm extremely happy. The finish looks factory, and the color matches EXACTLY. Especially impressive on an 11 year old truck. The staff were very friendly and informative, and they had my truck ready for me on the agreed day with no issues. Great value, fast service, and a job well done. I'll be coming back for any paint needs.Service: Painting

Had a great experience at the Maaco in Graham. Very helpful with the whole process of having my sons car repainted. They even polished up the headlights at no charge. Very nice surprise!! Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we used this business for a repair and a paint. They make the process very easy. Quality work. And this last time it was even done three days ahead of schedule. I do recommend.

My decision to take my 2008 Mercury Marquis from Greensboro to the MAACO Paint and Body Shop in Graham was based on the consistently outstanding reviews for excellent customer service and exceptional workmanship. I could not have been more pleased with the decision and the showroom quality results.Matt did the most immaculate, finely detailed, and highly professional paint and restoration job that anyone could ever ask for. My 15 year old car which had extensive hail damage, and was beginning to rust, looks absolutely new again, and ready to roll for another 100K!Matt s team members, Vespera, Office Manager, and Laura in Sales, were top quality customer service representatives from the detailed assessment and estimate, to the final pick up.I can t recommend this team more highly or thank them enough. They are simply the Best in the Business!

This paint is worse than the 15 year old paint that was on it! Painted in July of 2021, photos less than a year old, the "orange peel" never went away on half of it, and most of the paint on the hood is flaking, so I'll have to get it repainted again. Do not take your car here, it will look great for 3 months and then you'll wish you'd left it alone, find someplace truly local and trustworthy.

I've had these folks paint 3 of my cars and they always do a great job at an affordable price. Twice, I've had them do a complete factory color respray (because I drive my cars a long time and after a couple decades it's nice to freshen up the paint). In this latest project I trusted them with my 1974 MGB GT barn find that I've been restoring. They did rust repair, dent removal, and a few other fixes in addition to the paint and clear coat. They took extra time to make sure that they addressed everything before I picked it up. The whole crew takes pride in their work and their paint holds up over time. There prices are a fraction of what I've gotten quoted from other shops.

They did a awesome job! Got the quarter panels ...rocker panel....corner of the hatch and a few other holes patched.....dammm....the body guys did a great job!and for black.....which is one of the hardest colors to paint.....I would have paid more for what they did!

Can t give this place but a one star,went to pickup our car Friday and it had trash in the paint.Had to leave it and got it back Monday and it looked better,got home and looked at it real good they burned the paint when they buffed it and messed up a spot on the inside of back .So I would not recommend this place you get what you pay for.

I've used this shop four times over the years and I can honestly say that each time the outcome was excellent. Had one car completely re-sprayed and the prep work and finish was fine. Had another extremely expensive sports car that needed a front bumper and paint to match, and the outcome was great. I've used other highly rated body shops in Graham and Burlington, and I can tell you that the quality of this Maaco met or exceeded the other local shops. Customer service is great and very helpful as evidenced last week when the manager fixed an issue I had right there in the parking lot and didn't charge this repeat customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just want to say how great my experience with them was. I purchased a car where the door handle broke off in transport. They were the company that I was sent to for the warranty repair, but I would choose them again and again. They were real, honest, and worked with me on my needs to get the car turned around as quickly as possible. Every interaction I had with them across the process was 100% stellar. I worked with Laura in the office, and she had everything ready for me every time I walked into the office, so it was in and out. 10 out of 10 would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Besides calling them, I ve decided to do a review as well!The ladies in the front office were awesome! They stayed the course, from providing a quote (but ended up being less than quoted! Not mad at that)!Let me just say that when I 1st took my car there, back in 2019, it was ok with all going on in my personal life, I didn t really care!But this present day? I truly believe that there are definitely different painters because this time 7/2023, my 15 years old (2008 Toyota Camry XLE) car looks brand spanking new!I love it! Soo smooth to the touch!I didn t wash it yet, to provide with this review, but can you re a non believer!Even had an issue & Veraspa called immediately to address the issue!Thank you soo very much for everything! You have a forever customer!

The paint job was excellent. Only thing I did not like was my doorhandle was damaged and it was a little dirty. Also, on the inside check engine light was on which wasn t on before, and my traction light was on when is well other than that I will satisfy.Service: PaintingService: Painting

My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday right near closing time. We met Samantha and Matt. It was an awesome experience. They took their time and never rushed looking at our car for the estimate. Sam and Matt were very detailed in their description and estimation and gladly answered every question we had. They even showed us samples of vehicles that they had already painted to make sure we would be happy with what they were proposing. They have both checked in with me over the last two weeks and we haven't even had the car painted yet. Based off of the quality and the customer service, we are definitely getting our car painted here. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Their customer service is outstanding and they are genuinely nice folks.

Excellent service! They painted my moms car in two weeks, just like promised. Sam greeted us and was courteous, friendly and helpful from start to finish. She went over all the prices and took her time to spell out everything, even what to expect afterwards. By the way, the work done to my moms car was great! And she loves the paint job!! For a reasonable price on car painting with guaranteed awesome results, choose the fantastic crew at Maaco of Graham. You wont be disappointed!

We bought a van and the next day dropped it off at Maaco for a desperately needed paint job. It stayed there three or four days. The job was well done! Van looks great, drastically different than how we bought it, and the price was very fair. They are willing to work with people, and take care in their talents and abilities. Friendly, helpful, and professional too. Would definitely go back if I ever needed that service again.
