Twice these folks have completely wasted my time. The first time they were four day behind on pulling a radiator and this time the order we placed for a carrier and a few interior pieces for one of our fleet partners. According to the associate up front the order was never even placed on top of being 3 days behind! We re more than a hour and a half out from their Goldsboro location. These delays waste my employees times and strains relationship with our customers! The employee I spoke to act like she could care less! Unacceptable!

Place use to be a great place. Now you re told one thing and then another happens. If your a shop depending on parts to be delivered better not count on them to get the parts to you in a timely manner. Not even a week later. No longer will be using them.

Thank you for all your hard work and will always buy from you! Best Junkyard I know! Really Good Customer Service and Amazing Quality Parts!

I specialize in ECU programming. We ordered 2 parts, one of them was wrong. We got in touch with Wayne Auto Salvage, I believe we spoke to Scott. Scott shipped out the correct part the next day, and we got a return label to send the old part back. I have to say, in 12 years I have never had such a positive experience. Most salvage yards don't care, they'll blame you for ordering the wrong part, they'll make you to pay for return shipping etc...Mistakes happen, but when you resolve it and make things right, that's what makes you a professional.. Wayne Auto Salvage, I will continue to support your business.

Ordered radiator intercooler, paid.Next day instructed will cost more, additional shipping. Already committed so went along.Couple days later what arrived was leaking oil profusely. UPS not happy about mess. Opened to find what a appears to be a core or scrap cooler not even remotely similar to mine. Was very specific when ordered, brand , condition. Sales rep confirmed, invoice and packing slip specific for part ordered correct. What I received not even close, in addition to highly unprofessional condition shipped.Invoice double for something unidentified, leaking, different brand/ makeSent pictures, explained problem. Won t return calls. Won t answer emails. Requested status for replacement, ignored.Turning over to prosecution for fraud

They don t warranty what they sell and then avoid you. We ve been in the automotive industry over 30 years and this is one of my worst customer service experiences. Purchased Nissan Xterra transmission after 3 weeks it went out. After a rigorous 3 week integration from the third party warranty company they finally sent me a replacement that was visibly in poor condition. Against our better judgment paid labor for the second time. Customer drove vehicle for 2 weeks and noticed a severe wine in the transmission. Technician determined transmission was bad. Contacted WAS the next day to only be told they have to talk with management. At the end of the day we didn t want a $1500 refund just simply store credit. After a month and numerous phone calls and left messages they finally tell me the is nothing they can do? Terrible customer service! Avoid at all cost! Call Port City Auto Parts in Wilmington, they know how to treat customers.

In late September of 2022 I ordered a rear differential for my wife s 2015 Cadillac ATS. A lady named Penelope assisted me and found one which cost me $1955.00. It was sold to me with the 90 day warranty Wayne Auto Parts issues. Now, my wife works from home and mostly drives her car on weekends; so over a five month period she put approximately 2300 miles on the car. At the end of February 2023 I drove the ATS and noticed a roaring noise and took it to our mechanic who confirmed that the rear differential was shot again. I called Wayne Auto Parts to see if they could give me some assistance in replacing the differential again since it only lasted a few months. I was told by an employee named Bruno that the 90 day warranty had expired, but that he would give me $200 off on another $1900 rear end diff. I declined the offer and expressed my disappointment in such a meager offer. Now the interesting part to this:It took me a couple of weeks to find a replacement part and in so doing I discovered that the differential Wayne Auto Salvage sold me in September was for a 2016 Cadillac ATS with an 8 speed transmission .my 2015 has a 6 speed transmission and the gear ratios are different. I was told that while the two parts fit either car, it was inevitable that it would quickly go bad when put on a 2015 model.I called Bruno at Wayne Auto Parts to share this information in hopes they might reconsider the transaction and help me out with the new part. I was told that he would pass this information on to his manager and they would try to research the order information given them. It has been three weeks and I ve heard nothing from this company, nor do I expect it. I paid $1900 for the wrong part and the lack of concern and not even an apology, much less some assistance with the correct part is simply not good business practice. I feel cheated and it isn t right. Please be careful if you deal with this company. I was generous with the one star rating.J T LewisThe manager did call me today (6/20/23) and we discussed the above complaint. While I believe the folks at Wayne Auto Parts did not intentionally sell me the wrong differential, it doesn t change my feelings about the situation ..I paid $1900.00 for a part that wasn t designed for my ATS and i had to spend another $1400 elsewhere to get the right part. The manager offered to assist me in the future if I needed anything and he did apologize for what happened.Tommy Lewis

Wish i could give this business a Negative 10. Most unprofessional people I have EVER delt with. Order parts they knew it was the wrong part. Have not given me my money back or sent anyone out to pick up wrong part! I have been going at this for 4 months. Angie has been the rep handling my account and she is over her head nothing but a bunch of excuses. Will never be using these guys again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM save yourself some headache! They make deliveries' to Washington on a weekly bases. The problem is they will deliver you a new order, they just don't come get there junk! Also to make matters worst you then have to wait on your money! All around bad experience. Im a shop owner been in business for over 50 years so I hate to see how they would treat a walk in person. They do not care!!!!

He is super helpful and really cares about the quality of the parts that he sends out and the satisfaction of the customer. He goes above and beyond to make the experience an easy, pleasant one!! Thank you Wayne's Auto Salvage for all of your help and thank you Spencer for your professionalism.

this staff was very helpful and kept in contact with me after the fact getting information from me to make sure my part was correct. the price was outstanding. I purchased a read end for my 16 ram with 15k for 700. they were very kind and held my part for me while I traveled for a few weeks and they saved me the bolts just so I had some extra. I recommend this company for the diy or shop that needs to get the job done

Only been here once and it's a little unorganized. I walked in there and there was a bunch of people standing around but nobody at the front desk. I stood there inside the lobby for at least 10 minutes before anybody came out and asked who was next. I had already called and purchased my order over the phone. I just needed to go there and pick it up not very good directions on where to go to do that if you've never been there before. When I drove around back to pick up my order the man that checks for your order sheet was very rude. dealing with him over the phone was a lot easier than dealing with them in person. They need more signage and more directions on where to go for certain things. Prices were not bad but had to drive a long way to get there just to be treated rudely. Would go again if I had no other option.

I had been calling around for months trying to find two doors for my avalon. Wanted white so I wouldn't have to pay to have them painted. Got up with Spencer at Wayne's auto salvage. He told me where to check on my car for the color "code" of white. He found two doors for me that day. Asked him to hold them for me for a day. Wasn't sure if I needed more parts. Called back, paid over the phone and picked up the next week. Spencer answered all my questions and talked me through the process. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and helpful with all my questions I had. Especially for someone with limited knowledge of car parts. Bruno took his time explaining and listening to my concerns. Highly recommend for all your Auto Savage needs. Will return again.

Had the very scarce part i needed and Raymond took my order. Upon attempting to pull the part i ordered, they discovered that they in fact did not have it. Raymond treated my right and found the part in another state and had it shipped in for me. I will 100% return for more parts in the event i need them.

Only had the choice of 1 star. I ordered a part and a week later got a call that the part wasn't there . Yes they refunded my money but that's beside the point. I held up my end of the transaction and as a business they should have also. Bruno was the gentleman I dealt with. I did speak with the owner and was told he would look into the matter. I'm sure I'm forgotten by now. I'm in Va so I'm just a nobody to them. I learned my lesson .I found the part I needed from a reputable company .

Very poor communication and management. I was told my part would be ready to picked up by a certain time, I live hours from the location, I arrived on time and 45min later someone finally told me it wouldn t be ready until the next day because he had a busy schedule. They easily could have communicated that hours before. While standing in the waiting room I was asked what I was there for, this woman got the information from me and never mentioned anything after. Not that I was to wait or what I was waiting for, I had to wait until another person came out of their office to again ask for help and tell them what I was waiting for and he told me it wouldn t be ready until tomorrow most likely .Then after when we tried to find out what had happened and why we were communicated with. They wouldn t talk, they kept redirecting the line to the person who told us the part would be ready to pick up, but he wouldn t answer the phone. They had no respect when I was there and zero respect after I left. They COULD have found handled the situation well and kept a long term customer but is seems they re incapable of doing so.

Knowledgeable and friendly crew! Plenty of parts in stock for excellent prices. I would definitely consider it one of the better salvage yards I've been to... Only negative side note/word of caution would be that due to the fact that all the vehicles are exposed to the elements in combination with the age of the vehicles, the majority of parts may be significantly rusted or in otherwise poor condition, so certainly carefully inspect whatever you buy.

We bought an engine that supposedly had 26,000 miles on it and they said we had a warranty for 90 days. The engine was mounted and the truck only ran about 10 miles until the check engine light come on. We checked it and the computer said cylinder 1 had misfired so we replaced the spark plug and the wire. We cranked again and drove for 5 minutes and the check engine light came on again. We went back to the shop and the truck was leaking a mix of coolant and oil so we called the company to explain what happened and they asked for pictures of the taps they put on the engine but we didn t check the marks before because they hadn t told us about it. After sending pictures, they said the engine was overheated and that the warranty didn t cover that. How is it possible for an engine to overheat if it only ran for 10 miles? I do not recommend purchasing anything from here because I believe this could happen to anyone. We lost the money we spent on the installation and the engine, and the company blamed us for their mistake.
