Ok so, I came and purchased a 2008 Volvo v70. I ve wanted a Volvo wagon as long as I can remember. It drove great for the first day, but on day 2 I noticed something off. I shut the car off and called Brian immediately. He told me not to worry and he would come to where I was at so we can figure it out. Long story short, we got the car to a shop to be fixed, and he is temporarily switching the car out with another for my family and I. Any worries you have, any doubts you may have at any other used car dealer, you won t have them here. Everyone here is nothing but helpful. And they all banded together to make a negative situation into a positive experience overall. I would highly highly highly recommend spriggs to anyone trying to buy a used car. They are not unfair, they are not rude, and they do not lie. You can take what they say to the bank. Will come back and update when everything is resolved.

WARNING Don t waste your time or money They will SCAM you. Let s get started I brought a truck April 2023 not even 48 hours later the truck wouldn t start. Comes to find out it had Electrical problems and MANY MANY problems after that. Had the truck for MAYBE 3 months and for more than half of that time it was in the shop. NOTIED I didn t have to come out of pocket for the repairs but I didn t have a vehicle and still made my car payment. It came to a point they brought me back in to choose another vehicle. COOL. Not even 2 weeks later the car needed brakes like metal to metal the vehicle had NO BRAKES. Brandan took care of it but it costed me my job because I couldn t go to work. The second vehicle I got the front speaker didn t work, the engine light came on , traction light keeps coming on and this is not even a month on having the car. ALSO the back lights don t work so at night I have to drive with my hazard lights on. Ohhh I forgot to mention the car was SALVAGED. I had to google the VIN and the damage WOW. Let s get started on how they operate. They give you a 10 day grace period after your payment date. My father made half of the payment and I was coving the rest I ONLY OWED $130 and they came and picked up my car. COOL paid over 600$ to get my car and on top had to find a ride because I have over an hour away. THEN, the couldn t verify my insurance policy even though they had the insurance binder guess what THEY CAME AND PICK UP MY CAR AGAIN BECAUSE they wanted to didn t get the email of my insurance policy. OVER IT. A waste of money and time. I put 2500$ for a truck my payment was $411. You would think getting a cheaper car that was less my payment would drop why am I paying $400 still. I m trying you DONT DO IT. THE TRUCK I HAD ELECTRICITY PROBLEMS WITH THEY STILL TRYING TO SELL. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Brandon and owner Mike go out of their way to assist and make sure you are satisfied. Honest and down to earth people. I had a couple of extremely minor issues which they immediately addressed. Highly recommend buying here. They were one of the first dealers I went to when looking to purchase a new (used) vehicle. My first impression was positive, good vibes. After looking at several other cars and dealers I went back to SPRIGGS not even positive which vehicle I wanted, they had a few I was interested in. Friendly no pressure sales. I have a low credit score and they didn't give up on finding me financing until I drove away happy!

I love Spriggs Auto. To me they are the new Walking Man's Friend. They help people that no one else would help. And thats why they have plenty of business. And I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have had two cars repaired by Spriggs Auto Clinic and since they did such excellent work on those vehicles I figured they must sell great cars also! When I went to their website to look at the inventory a motorcycle caught my eye. Instead of selling me anything (which Michael could have done) he took the time out to find a bike that would fit my needs as a beginner rider. He went out and found me a bike and I was riding within the week! I highly recommend this business, they don't just sell vehicles, they actually care about the people they put in them!

Very nice and helpful, I have not purchased a car yet still deciding but if I can figure out how to get the payment down some I would love to get the one I like. Everyone was great and I appreciate you staying late to help with since I totaled my car.

I bought a Toyota and was told there was an accident from the previous owner and the car had taken damage to the back of the car. About 2 weeks after purchase I went to put window wiper fluid in my car and to my surprise there was no compartment for it to go. I did more research about the car and the car had serious damage to the front end from the previous owner. My bumper was put back on crooked which I honestly didn t notice until I actually started driving the car. He sold the car to me With bad brakes so I had to spend money right after I bought the car to put new brakes on smh. And their contract is insane. If you fall on hard times don t expect these people to work with you. They are rude when you come to them about issues they should fix as well.

Worst dealership I've ever been to. Waited over 2 hours to be told I couldn't get the car I wanted. They took just long enough to where nothing else would be open wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone pure garbage service!
