Nathan was fantastic! I have experienced having an intelock box before (long story), just know I have been in sustained recovery for over 10 years. Anyway, this last experience was so much better and Nathan was very attentive to all of my questions and the installation process went flawlessly and was very quick. Smart Start is also the cheapest way to go in Eastern North Carolina and gave me free installation and first month. They also let you check in every 30 or 60 days which works great with my work and school schedule. I was very pleased.

Zack was amazing, I left monitech because equipment malfunction the first day 3 times again on the second day third day had it removed. First day with monitech 6 hours for installation. Zack 45 minutes at the most, very informative your equipment is much easier to operate, smaller and far more convenient. Again Zack was amazingly informative. Would recommend...

Zach was very good. Professional, informative and down to earth. The installation and training was way faster than I anticipated. Overall it was a good experience
