Went here this morning and this guy with ear rings in his ear was awesome he assisted me with air in my tires and just said its not always easy because customers have bad days but he's always been very helpful when we've gone that's why I got my tires from there saving about 400 bucks for a similar tire at a dealership and I get added benefits. Thanks Sam's for hiring someone who seems to work hard to help us regardless of who we are old young black white it don't matter I'm gonna take this time outta of my day to say thanks man for for keeping that same positive energy every time we inquire about something in ture and auto.

Over 2 hours to have tires rotated. They clearly do not take their work seriously and they ve taken their members for granted. They re not even busy, just going through the motions. Sad state of affairs at the Goldsboro Sams Club.

Had an appointment for 0800 for a tire change on my jeep. Show up at 0759 and stand in line for 25 minutes. 0825 it s my turn in line and I m told they don t have my tires and have to order them. Get out of here, I called ahead of time and your tech said you could service my Jeep. Do not waste your customers time and set up appointments you cannot even come close to fulfilling. This is service is not adequate and you should not waste your time. Just go local or to a dedicated tire shop.

I have two bald tires and need replacements, Walmart, and Sam s Auto Centers are closed. I would think that vehicle safety would be a priority even with COV-19. They do not even have the ability to call in workers to help members out with issues of safety. It is understandable that they would not be on hand for general maintenance but this is ridicules.

I was treated very rude by the Joseph in the tire center. After calling the tire center multiple times and the phone just ringing I called customer service to ask what time they closed. She told me 7pm. I asked was that for the tire department also and she said yes. I arrived there at 540 PM and was next inline behind 2 ladies that were taking f a long time. The clock reached 6 and Joseph put up a closed sign as soon as he finished with the ladies. He told me it was now to late to have my tire sensor replaced because it took 30 minutes. He could have told me that during the 20 minutes that he saw me standing in line 3 feet from him. He spent at least 5 minutes trying to sell them a plus membership which they didnt buy. But I will definitely be cancelling my plus membership. I called the store manager and in short they could care less about customer service at the goldsboro Sam's. I hope we get a cosco.

What a waste of time they said it would take 2 hours end up taking 4 hours and then didn t remove the spare tires from the car after we paid never again will go. I tried reaching cooperate.
