Taylor was very patient today on the phone answering all of our questions. Then after that, he texted us pictures and kept answering our questions by text and was so helpful and patient. We decided to drive down and see him and the motorcycle trailer we were inquiring about. He is just as helpful in person as he was by phone. SOLD!! Taylor was very thorough in getting us out the door and set up with tag, making sure our bolts were torqued correctly and air in the tires as it should be etc. If we come back to buy something else, we will definitely ask for Taylor! Good experience! Thank you, Taylor.!!!!

After 2 months in the shop, I was told that one of my 2 jet skis was ready to go in the water. Here s what happened when I put it in the water the next day. Anna in the service department was very helpful and tried to offer some some solutions to help me, but then I was called by Jacob the service manager and told not to bring it back there, that there s no way it s their fault that my jet ski sunk, and that they are not going to work on my jet skis anymore. After paying over two thousand dollars to their service I m left with 2 jet skis that don t run. Now I need to put them in another shop and spend more money and hopefully I ll have them for next season. I had also asked to speak to the owner before this even happened and was told by Jacob that s not gonna happen . It s actually a good thing it sank, because they also left a battery connecter loose and I could ve gotten stuck out on the water. Interesting this all happened after I told them I wasn t going to have my other ski serviced there

Purchasing our beautiful new Sunsation was a great experience. Working out the details with Travis was an easy process. Toby's delivery, launch and instructional overview of the boat could not have been any better. Both Travis and Toby were very friendly and professional from start to finish.

Great experience , they ordered the ski we wanted .. parts guys were very friendly . Sales person could use a bit more product knowledge but with the lineup they have I m sure it s hard to keep up with everything good experience overall . Very excited with my purchase and look forward to a continued relationship ..Will order a few more in August

We went in the other day to check out what all they had and we were helped by Joey, he was happy to answer all of our questions and told us everything he knew about each machine. He got us a great deal and was great to talk to while waiting for the finance department to do what they needed to do. Great place to go and we will be back when we go to get a 4-wheeler for my husband, and we will go right to Joey!

Hands down best experience I ve had at a dealership . I saved 8,000 by choosing this place . Brewer cycles I greatly appreciate your rude and unkind services that led me to find this jewel. The sxs sales is just horrible at all other places they treat you like someone will buy it keep moving . These guys will make sure every concern and past experience is addressed and not the same . I look forward to being a long time customer that bus a machine every two years !!!!!! Great job guys

This company has been great to deal with! We bought a Aluma trailer a few months ago to haul a 2015 Gem Car that we own. Then we decided to purchase a new 2021 Gem Car E4. Can't say enough good things about Joey. He helped us decide on the options for the new Gem Car and gave us great suggestions that made for a very good purchase! He also helped us in adding a tailgate to the trailer that we now haul our new Gem Car with. Joey and Stewart answered many questions (on several phone calls) we had before purchasing and also kept us up-to-date on the progress of our order.

Been using Performance East Parts Department for 5+ years for most of my CanAm needs. The guys/women back there always get it taken care of with whatever I need. From Nitrous fills, to the parts, and even accessories. Always a pleasure to shop with them. Bryant, TJ, Vaddem, Josh etc. always willing to help out in any way!!!

Horrible service!! Was told after purchase that my trailer needed a recall repair. Finally dropped it off on 3rd for repairs, called on the 8th and was told that it was scheduled on the 8th for service. What about the rest of the time it sat there?? Now it s the 16th and still nothing so I called. Now the service date is the 16th?? So nothing has been done?? Yep!! The advisor I worked with is no longer there so repairs were canceled and it just sat?? Oh but they ll call with update!! Heard that before but don t worry because Anna said a little too shortly that she s filling in a trying to catch up,so when I tried to speak to service manager of course he s at lunch, but he ll call. Don t know what number cause Anna never bothered to ask it. NEVER again!!!

I took my bike In to have it diagnostic and find out why it s not running properly. Apparently technician found one thing wrong and quoted price and told me that will fix the problem after paying for service's I picked up my bike and it wasn t properly fixed now they expect me to pay an additional fee because they didn t do their job in the first place

If you are in the market for any kind of ATV/UTV/BOAT etc. Give Joey Lombardo a call. This has by far been the best experience with any dealership I have ever been too! Their customer service and undivided attention was second to none. He even took the time to introduce me to the employees in the parts department as well as service department. Even after I made the purchase, they have reached out to me multiple times to ensure my complete satisfaction. They have definitely earned my continued business should I have need in the future!

After the second time in 2 years I carried my Can Am Spyder in for service I check the oil level which was a pint overfill. I siphoned off the pint and the oil was as dark as molasses which indicated my oil had not been changed for at least 2 services that I was charged for. The service manager had my oil changed but there was no compensation for the prior oil change. I saw no way to give No star.

We ordered our boat right after everything was opening up from shutdown. Things were delayed, especially engines. However, Taylor W. was a great salesman and walked us through as we patiently waited for our boat. We picked up our Excel Bay Pro 203 last week. He even took us out on the water and showed us all of it's bells and whistles. Paperwork was a breeze and delivery was perfect. We love it! We appreciate you Taylor and Performance East!

Great service and staff. I dealt with joey start to finish between getting a price over the phone to coming in and purchasing a bike. He did not disappoint. He was very helpful in helping us decide what best fit our needs but did not try to push anything on us. 10/10 recommend

Just wanted to say thanks for the awesome service provided by Justin and the staff at Performance East. Justin worked with me after hours Sat just to secure my bike deal. And when I arrived to pick up the Bike today, all paperwork was completed and ready to go. Everything with the bike was as promised, with no surprises. This was my 1st visit. Very cool place to hangout. Tons of side by side toys. And really loved that custom build unit. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks Justin.

Found out the bike I bought from them wasn t serviced, after I was told it was. Tried contacting them twice, no care or response. Out of a 3 quart capacity it only had a quart of burnt, extremely old oil. I bought it across country, if I would have picked it up personally there is no way I would have bought it. EDIT - I cannot respond to the business response. My concerns were sent to Travis and I never heard from him.

Performance East does an awesome job keeping parts in stock and if they don't have what I need Josh in parts makes sure it's dropshipped right to my door. I've had nothing but good things to say about them, I have a dealer 30 mins from my house but go out of my way 2 1/2 hours just to use Performance East.

Bought a brand new boat from Performance a few months back. All the staff were great. Joey walked us through everything we wanted to look at and we did not feel pressured in any way. Utimately, how we were treated from day one is why we chose Performance East over others. The Finance Manager had everything in order on our pick up date and all that was seamless. We love our new boat! Highly recommend giving this dealer a visit. They are a good group of outdoor enthusiast.

Got a call from Anna on a Friday letting me know that the parts for a recall on my Can Am Spyder were in and I could bring it in the next day to have the work done. When I brought it in she was very friendly and helpful. I left the bike and she called me to let me know the bike was ready. When I arrived she had everything all set. She even had the bike parked under the overhang because it was a hot day. She is a great asset to the company and one of the reasons I come from Smithfield to have my Spyder serviced here.
