Okay I don t know where to start. Walking into this shop as a lady, I have never felt more comfortable. Dylan, Jason, and the rest of the staff were nothing but professional and kind. Fast and absolutely phenomenal. My Tahoe was making a noise and they had it diagnosed within minutes and started to order what I needed. The lobby is so inviting. I was able to work on my computer in comfort. They have a lovely coffee, beverage, and snack area that they immediately welcomed me to. Thank y all so much. If you re looking for somewhere to go, I highly recommend them. My car has been running amazing, no abnormal sounds anymore. Thanks guys.Allison Heath

I was fortunate enough to have had my car break down in the parking lot. They came out and assisted me, explaining every step, showed me the issue and were able to get it fixed in no time. The waiting area is spotless, with snacks and drinks offered. I highly recommend having your car serviced here. Great group of employees willing to go the extra mile.

NC Auto and Diesel Specialists is amazing offering great prices.. knowledgeable and friendly mechanics they have a beautiful and clean waiting area with snacks and lots of drinks they also explain everything in detail and don't push. I recommend very highly

Very nice shop the guys here are very knowledgeable about my Nissan Titan XD Diesel. They helped me with my issue an directed me in the right direction. I definitely will be bringing my truck back for future maintenance
